don't think ags can hit 84 :/ (remember slayer helm does NOT effect special attacks) I'm 100% sure it does, i've hit 75 with spec, 53 without. Erm yes they do. The game logs all you're clicks and can tell you location from your ip. If you log on at 10pm gmt, then go an a spot where u can afk train eg bandits, then there are no clicks or key presses logged for you and you stay online until 7 or 8 am it'll put up a red flag as you clearly aren't playing the account. But, you could actually be playing. They have no way of proving it.

You don't get banned for afking, Jagex has no way of proving it.

I'm 96 cb and my stats are: Attack:72 Strength:73 Defense:74 Quite sh??ite for my level obviously, but I plan to get my strength and defense up to 80. Any recommendations on places to train?
