On most NPCs' drop tables, there is a small chance that instead of receiving an item from its own drop table, you will instead get a roll again on the 'rare drop table'. The rare drop table contains some of the more exclusive items in the game, including, but not limited to, dragon items, certain rune items, shield halves, key parts and uncut gems. The rare table also contains 'empty slots' - the end result of landing on these empty slots is often referred to as receiving 'no drop' or 'bone drop'. We keep these slots empty for any future drops that we want to add to this table. The rare drop table is shared between a variety of NPCs - e.g. goblins, fire giants, most Slayer creatures. A good way to tell is that if an NPC is known to drop a half key, then it will drop other items from the rare drop table. There are, however, certain very rare drops that are not on the rare drop table, because they are specific to certain NPCs or NPC types (e.g. the draconic visage is only ever dropped by dragons; godsword pieces only by the God Wars Dungeon bosses) and it would not make sense for these items to be dropped by, say, a fire giant. The ring of wealth comes into play whenever you are rolling on the rare drop table, its ability effectively removing most of the empty slots, drastically increasing your chances of receiving an item from the rare drop table. The actual percentage increase differs between NPCs. Adventurers who make regular use of a ring of wealth should find that they receive fewer 'no drops' than adventurers who do not, and, therefore, receive more rare drops and, in the long run, gain more wealth. so a fire giants drops whips? because according to jagex, btw quoted it from game update, that the ring of wealth come into play when rolling on the rare drop table, which consist of keys gems and [cabbage], but also those special items such as the vissage, and godsword shards, unless your telling me a whip is dropped by fire giants, which maybe your are rofl. the ring removes dud spaces from these lists.

Bandos looks cool to most people, it also shows off wealth. As for people not caring if it degrades i hate that barrow's degrade. mostly in the situation of camping some where. Say for example, because i can't think or a melee spot other than spiders. karils vs amradyl. Yes i know it different combat type, but karils degrade's and camping at anvasies is gonna degrade your karils, while if you had full armadyl and a dfs, you have equal if not better stats, and there no need for banking or needing to stop bc ur armour have completly degraded. you might disagree but you can actually camp at anvsies for an entire week before ever banking. although is it cheating to trollhilem tele once or twice ot grab summon points? i bring full armadyl dfs fury ranger boots, basiclly i bring armadyl gwd dungeon gear, but with b2p spell and alchs and 10 titans 2k titan con. srolls. only real reason on rare cases i dislike barrows armour. if i slay i like to bring bandos and guthans to heal. just becasue im lazy to house tele and use my repair stand. and as a few people said before, if price's were frozen and you resold the armour after bandos or dragon cost nothing, while using barrows you pay for the repair cost.

Just to clarify the "special" drops table is the family that includes gems, half keys, d spears, and shield halfs. So the RoW doesn't affect whip drops in any way, shape, or form. Its supposedly effects whips or drops that are monster specific such as d bow or abby whips. i myself have never found them to be anymore useful than without. the new information was realized on the site this week or last. it still probably on the main page. They never said how it effect lootshare cases, i would of been interested in that. so it effects the whips apparently they said for each monster it removes a certain number of these "dud' spaces. which could be only 1 or maybe all, they were really unspecific of the working of the RoW, Till they release every aspect of it and full state how it works im uninterested in putting trust in a item that is someway unspecific way effecting my drops. Ive gotten 5 d boots in one task with no Row. Ive gotten 2 in a task with one. I don't find it to be a set way of effecting drops, and in that case i stand behind the fact of better gear making more kills and thus giving more drops

You're combat lvl is 135? on which account? based on your stats, you're only a 128. I haven't seen a more arrogant semi-high level player than you. Talking about taking kils from another player without even realizing that it's a single combat dungeon and you wouldn't be able to "take" a kill. There are lot of iron drags there and it really wouldn't bother me if he basically camps out on 1 of them. So speaks for yourself when you talk about other 130+ players. I never did it on my way to slayer cape and will not do it now. To the OP, range the iron drags if you really want to do this task and don't worry about what this guy is saying. lol? 128 is the from the account in my Signature that was In dark slayers? By stealing kills he thought you meant doing more damage than the other player thereby getting the drop, not just camping his spawns. And even if you did that, there are what, 4 irons in Kuradal's Dungeon all within a single screen? If you started killing the closest one he'd just find another one in a few seconds. Just being a higher level does not give you permission to be rude or arrogant to other players. Him being a lower level give him permission to slow down my killing as i wait for spawns? No, I'm fine if he kills them as long as he stays out of my why leveling. there to many newbs camping for vissys that they would never get. Im fine if he sits there and as soon as I kill my dragon there dragons to kill. I 'd even be nice and use my lunar spells on him. I'm not so called arrogant, normally as I slay I don't mind casting a heal other or a veng on someone. Actually i love lunar becasue it effects other people, that i look if someone is near by and needs hp, for me to heal other on. If people need items or supplies i normally give them away. Yesterday at dusties a kid was training with a D scim. he mentioned it to me as we were talking, i said why not a ss? he said he didn't have oen i banked at edge grabbed my SS and lent him it for free for 24hrs, tbh went to look in my bank and didn't see it had lent it awhile ago and nvr reemmbered it was there, im just saying metals in brimmy are some of the most annoying task in the game. thanks to new dungeon there no newbs camping vissy's. I understand he's doing a task, but I myself hate brimmy and the metals there b4 the ice castle and new dungeon. So you got 85 slayer? Why not keep on leveling it? why are you gonna camp at tower? I love the new dungeon for this reason people getting 85 slayer and camping at tower. Also ive seen people get 3 whips in a day there. Than 0 whips for 5 days camping there. I know a friend who got around 15 whips camping there for a week, even so its unreliable money in my opinion. but as far as you set up, a bunyip is fine, and guthan's. A row is said to effect drops, um jagex released more information on it this week on how it effects drops, takes empty/dud spaces out of the "special" drop roll menu. I myself have never seen it to be more or less useful and I figure better gear such as z ring means killing faster and more which than results in more chances of a whip drop.

If you wanted a quick combat cape? buy 99 prayer, range or magic. all are easy if you buy them. Chin range or use a cannon. Alch with magic or just mismic barrage, at soul wars. Also add a SC mage hat and you get xp extremely fast. Also funnier than spam clicking alchs. prayer is self explanatory its self how to level. probably cost the most atm though.

Apparently someone never noticed that the dungeon is single combat, which means you can't steal a kill from someone once they've started fighting a dragon. I've never seen the place so crowded that this would be a problem, especially since Jagex added the new areas for killing metals. lol you dumb? there ways to engage the irons, before he does. atm i have a steel dragon task. Maybe id go right now to mess with the newbs. ever here of using a dfs's charges to attack them? but with my herblore i don't use a dfs and whip. but there still ways that ill engage the dragons b4 others do. and I view it like this don't got gear or lvls to kill the dragons don't go and waste people time with you taking 10mins to kill one. But that why I don't go there to many poor newbs farming the dragons with 70 range in black d'hide for a visage they will nvr get. and even with kuradel's dungeon i would just go to the ice fortress in lvl 50 wild before i set foot in the noob ridden infestation.

Gratz Al, decent pull If you say, amazing lvls you had there, seen a 99 that was red to golden arm, no offense but the lvls aren't imprsssive. Sad the the other clan pull 9, but decent lvls from them, I like to see if they clan pulling 9 members had pulled maybe 10-15 if the outcome would of changed. Even with that said Gratz on a deserved win. Nice transitions, sad to see a ranger cocky enough for full green d'hide being out numbered so badly.

I have to say this makes total sense, even so Gratz Dk on your win, Wl better luckk next time. People just dislike you bc of no honor tactics, and such. won't give you a gratz on a win if you earn it or not. eitherway its just a game if both clans had fun than it was a success imo. imo those stats are a waste of time to do iron or any metal dragons no offense. I myself have 91 slayer, taken a break maybe go back into it. Id recommend ranging them limited supplies needed for such, but your gonna hit [cabbage] on them and take you 3 yrs to do the task. and if you ran into me, im 135 full bandos, slayer helm, d boots, fc, fury, z ring, and a bgs. I'd most likely care little for you, taking any kills from you and your slow rate of killing would annoy me, most likely id steal your kills, and camp your spawns. i can also say many 130+ going for the slayer cape would do the same. although all going for the slayer cape would be using kuradels dungeon. not brimmy. either way if you mage them highly expensive in cost for rune's and gear. melee highly expensive at your lvls. range would do the best as you only need range gear such as karils blk d'hide. imo only range armour in game worth it is armadyl, but i don't your funds could buy. even so you just need a anti dragon shield and antifre sip the pot last around 5mins re sip pot and countinue, its slow and boring and tkae you for ever but it is your best option cost effectly to kill the iron at your task, as long as you didn't run into someoen like me who would make your task hell.

Yup. That was kind of what I was trying to say. Stabbing a demon isn't going to do much damage, but slashing it will. Trying to stab/slash a stone golem isn't going to be highly effective, but crushing it or blasting it with magic will be effective. Use a spellcheck for goodness's sake. And learn how to paragraph properly. I can barely read what you're saying. I don't know what the [cabbage] are you talking about in the first paragraph. So rune battleaxe hits 22s or so, at 1 hit per 3.6 seconds. Rune scimitar hits 18s or so at 1 hit per 2.4 second. Rune scimitar hits 1.5 times faster than the battleaxe, so it'll do 1.5x18=27. Much more than the battleaxe. Even if we assume scimitar only hits 16-17 and battleaxe hits 23-24, the rune scimitar still hits more. So the only use for battleaxe is as a "KO" weapon - until the rune 2h comes in. And about the second paragraph: Your point being? I've already stated that there ARE some monster exceptions like waterfiends and such where crushing/stabbing excels. However what I'm saying is the lack of enough monsters that are resistant to slash but weaker against stab/crush to make crushing/stabbing weapons more useful. Exactly the only Reason the Scimatar is used in pking is overtime it deals more damage and hits faster. The battle axe's is alot better for use against melee armour. If you hit decent amount more often people will panic and eat. waste there food as there not dealing damage against you and you kill them. and TBH, i love the idiots who use a r2h against me I'm 125 in f2p, If you put up a r2h i'm in full rune berzerker and rune gaunt you won't hit through that, you lose your shield and i'll wreak you with 15%'s. If that were true then everyone would be using warhammers in pking, which clearly isn't the case right now. And about your statement on monsters, not quite. People still use slash weapons on pretty much any monster apart from waterfiends, metal dragons, etc. I agree that the weapons and armor should have more balance. It's ridiculous to see the F2P world with rune scimitars and full rune armor all the time. They're literally clones of each other! <_< I disagree people you scimatars in pking because of the speed, The rune baxe is clearly the better weapon for crushing a opponents rune armour. Although you hit substantially slower. So If your using a scim your hitting say 18's on average (lol kinda silly with the time's you hit 0's lets leave that for another debate or loook up i spilli i), but with a rune battle axe you hit 22's or so but at 75% the speed of a scim. So you have a kid who fails constantly eating up and saving, because he beleave's he will get ko'd. In f2p its nearly impossible to get koi'd without being piled buy a decent number of opt usally 180+. althoguh very easy if your not pay attention. but even so ppl that sit there eating aren't fighting back so your hitting there not, actually helps you out although no pure or "pker" *** cough cough omg*** will not call you a saver newb. but than again look at the dumbness of pker's. Edit: Thought I'd add somthing else in. Forget who but the person who uses the guthans spear, Is right the spears have quite a usefulness in many pvm situations. Aquanite and waterfiends mostly, although if you look the guthans spear has quite a decent amount of slash bonus to it and crush, although switch to the z spear, and almost nothing in slash and crush but amazing in stab. with my normal slayer setup using my guthan's and veracs bassard and plateskirt, fire cape, warrior ring, yeah i know should get a zerker. my guthan warspear has roughtly +115 in slash aand 100 i believe in crush. now switch to z spaer and ihave around +89 in slash but +115 in stab and around the same in crush. althoguh i find the z spaer to be slower odd i know maybe just the animation. seems like i hit from the side with z spaer like my charctter steps backs and does a feint bb4 hitting. and guthans just swings it in slash(almost like the z spear spec) minus flashy lines lol :thumbsup:

I Suggest , you get someone to lend you, some useful gear. My setup included: inventory. mystic air staff 500 bloods 500 deaths elemental runes mystic hat lol 1 p pot ice titan bc he loooks the best. titan con scrolls. gear setup rune c'bow broad bolts balmung verac bassard arma plateskirt enchanced excalibur karmaja glove's quick tele although you go to fremmik heavan place. (brought just incase) arma plate (didn't use) druidic robe top and bottom the green f2p robe's (lol im 99 magic and only use magic to tele never bought combat robes for fighting with magic) but im 135 and 99 magic 99 rng btw. what i noticed first time she attacks u need to hit with balmung she's says somthing ot the effect "where did you get such a wretched weapon" at the point she will change ccolor it tell u in the chat window, so i walked to top right part of water thna ran to other side of it causing her to be hugged, that time i just watched for color and attacked with the color i needed took me two tries because i thought green was mud, brown is mud so i never ranged her. i equiped a staff and my mystic hat lol, than auto casted the spell needed i was using the 90+ magic spells. althoguh i don't find you need them althouh my mage bonus was +5 or somthing dumb so i had like no magic bonus if you had like +40 it would be fine. basiclly don't need food. Um the gret spike r the rng attack so protect rng or rng deflect. the water blast looking magic think is obviously her mage attack protect from magic whne she uses that. she seemed to me to switch attack stlye every 2-3 color switches, but still pay attention to the hits she's hit around mid 20's on me. with rng, magic 15ish. whne you go and kill her she will say this can't be and walk over to the corner and colapse. than leave room pick up pickaxe planl and tinder go mine the pillar you will die and be in "heaven" again. return, aand you will speak to baba yaga, you wife/husaband will havve died, at one part you get option to attack baba yaga i didn't chooose it tho. if you kill the mother tell me what happens if you choose to attack her sounded interesting. at that part you climb up the ladder the guy will call to you you will go back to relleka and talk to guy in longhall for you reward i choose 450k prayer xp free 91-92 prayer.

AAnd yes theres 100 members on both ml's, but remember True 0wnage has a large gmt unit it was around 4ish i believe we were out so +5 hrs buts it around 9pm, moust of thme were offline, hanging out with family, or somthing. I noticed a larger amout of Downfall in our trip than True 0wnage.

I'm pretty sure our (SE's) leadership realized they were only going after tank tests once it started. At least it was obvious to me, which is why I never really felt the need to post here until you mentioned the "tank test" fact. Fact of the matter is that most of their members failed the tank test and couldn't tank our 114 opts for [cabbage] during their little test. True, Neltak I wasn't there to see how they tanked. Although I only mentioned it because of the fact TNC only wanted a tank test. I really didn't see the need to post on here the TSE defeated TNC.

Gratz TSE, Sorta. I know the TNC leaders, and many members of of TNc. They had just came back from AC'ing for AA. This was a 20min prep for them and not mandatory, They had no interest in fighting it was a joke to them, they only wanted tank tests. I know killu4fun35 there warlord, has no interest in clan wars. They had no interesting in even fighting only being pile'd and praticing tanking. over have there ML, is 125+ in f2p, your saying that they were trying to win, whne you had 50 kills, to there 5? out of there 52 man Ml 41 are 120+. Depending on what they were doing before hand retired's would of came, 5am and Goldblitz and Mr bojingle1. 5am in a 126, Mr bobo is a 125, i know because I occasionly used the account for pkri's when i wasn't using mine. so i mean They weren't really trying to win. It's sad. To see such great clans all closing is such a small amount of time. although it is true, and expected. these leaders are far outgrown Rs. and many of these clans some leaders are only on for wars, an given the present state of pvp, it is become a much larger, task of leading and moderating these clans than they have time for, with real life, issues. But They will all be missed, these were some of the clans that founded my Rs pvp career.And showed me what a great thing the Rs clan communities could be.
