No. This topic is about the harder 99, not the xp rate. So you can pretty much compare summoning ( up to 1.5M+ exp/h ) to Runecrafting which is harder? Exp rate per hour shows a lot whether the skill is hard or not. Slayer is slower which somewhat makes it harder, as it consumes much more time. it may be slower, but that doesnt make it harder. you need to CONCENTRATE with RC. you can just 1-click a monster in slayer and sit back and wait while your bunyip or unicorn heals you. you cant 1 click rc. Slayer takes longer, therefor you still click more. As you have to collect drops, drink potions, sometimes eat etc. Also at some tasks you need to add cannonballs to cannon etc. As well if pietying, monsters die faster meaning you can AFK less.

It actually is a bit like this, people just get skills to 99 and after that go after high experience. There still are people who try to be different from others and do stuff for fun. But many skills are actually useful at high levels, so the training isn't really useless. Agility/Summoning/Prayer being one of them.

Slayer is the most efficient and profitable way to get 99 melees, as well 99 ranged ( with ranging some of the tasks ) and 99 Summoning. You'll get enough profit, even when pietying tasks and it's much more experience per day than just camping. I got 25M + 4M from points with 3M Slayer experience. 25M in runes, arrows, armor etc ( visage, whips, boots, bows go for buying prayer potions, cannonballs etc ). That was with pietying, cannoning some tasks and I still end up with epic profit. Good luck having 72 Slayer and complaining about the cost of bursting for Summoning ;).

Wrong. Why should a clan or clans have the rights to have power over the market? It's just ridiculous and ruining the game for people who want to buy essential items from GE ( Potions, raw material etc ). For example it's impossible to buy prayer potions due to price manipulations and prayer potions are one of the most tradable potions in the game. Yes, it does make skills harder, but Jagex should decide whether to make skills easier or harder. I think it's wrong that players gain power over the market and <1% of RS players can ruin it for the other 99%.

Definitely Slayer, a good example of that is the rank 1 experience in the highscores, Slayer being the lowest. As well, Slayer has the lowest average experience per hour.

Quite of a waste :o? Why not make lava titans ( Obsidian charms aren't hard to get ) and why granite lobsters instead of swamp titans?

I'm not sure, but I was able to get 256k exp in 27 minutes, while making oak doors. Even if it hasn't increased by much, that's still a crapload of exp/hour. Seriously :shock: ? It was like 260K/h before (Without SC Hammers, though ). That's epic!

Defense is useless, because weapons are too powerful for 90+ Defense to handle. It makes a difference, but the strength of weapons just kill it.

Ffs, I seriously hate people who cut the same trees you cut while at teaks and then claim that it won't slow down experience for both of us. Lack of IQ is a major problem in RS.

Most likely best you can do. For blues do Lava titans. Even though Obsidian charms take some time to collect, they are cheaper than doing Rune Minotaurs and as well might get shield/cape drops. For crimson do Swamp titans after you've got 80-85 with blue/green. ( if short form 85, do granite lobsters to 85 and proceed with swamp titans ). Hydras with green then. If you do gold ( i don't though ), go for spirit terrorbirds. Well usually the best you can do works the best.

Anyone has trained construction and can say how much exp/h was boosted due to butler talking less?

Slayer is my favorite skill, so that says something. I do skills that are fun to train. Also to add that Slayer is the slowest skill in RuneScape ( Although some tasks can get up to 60K/h, the average is still lower than ZMI'ing for Runecrafting ). And Summoning is 0.8-0.9 experience per 1 Slayer experience when Slaying for charms. So it's not that easy as it looks.

Finally all combat maxed and 99 summoning :). I've never bursted a rock lobster, all comes from Slayer and about 400-600K is from waterfiends. Did last 230K by waterfiends just to get it faster. Took 18-21M Slayer to bank 96-99 :). Cost from 1-99 = 50-70Mish. Woodcutting next, probably :).

You can actually. There are bounty worlds and just PvP worlds. Go to world select page and there's a filter for PvP worlds. ( Where the 3 circles are, 3rd one has to be green ;) ).

Exactly, people also seem to forget that Construction has been one of the biggest sources of bugs when it comes to skills. I'm really sorry, but that has got to be the biggest piece of .... reasoning i've ever heard. What you mostly are hinting there is that fally massacre was just a small bit of fun and not really anything bad at all. The reason you gave should infact have made the QA team think twice before releasing this piece or garbage(the update itself was great, the programming behind it was the worst in 3 years). I bet it wouldn't be so much fun if you had died at the massacre? It's annoying how people always complain about the bugs and stuff, do it better and quit complaining.

The amount of people unable to play with HD is quite minimal I think. Computer specs have improved lots with years so I'm sure most people have computers that aren't older than 5-6 years. My 4 year old PC ran HD easily.
