Brilliant guide, just used it for my waterfiend task and before now I never liked waterfiends the highlight of 99 summon was actually just being able to block them but you've converted me. The one thing I think is necessary is a 2nd iron titan pouch since mine died :boohoo:

Can you please explain the spot and lure you used on that particular trip here? Thanks in advance I use the exact same spot explained in this guide and the same lure It works after the new update? When was the last time you used that spot? yes it works, i did the duo trip Friday night and soloed again on Sunday EDIT: done another duo trip today

I done a trip and it is significantly easier then before, was duoing with a friend he took 3 unicorns i took 2, we left after his 3rd unicorn died i survived the extra hour without needing any healing. the only change is they do the mage-bomb animation before they change attack style meaning its much easier to kill them without taking any damage at all as you have a little time, not long, to change prayer.

i did a task of 144 spirit mages in 30mins, you can easily kill 250-300 per hour i was using a geyser titan and melee.

i wouldn't start assuming these are permanent changes just yet, wait until after next weeks content update to find out as thats when they will be doing the majority of the bug fixes.

brilliant guide and nice addition with the bandos spirit mages, think il have to try that to pass time while dogs grow EDIT: safe spot been patched :wall:

just got my 4th pair so had to come on and say i love you again \

it backs away because its afraid of you, to fix that just move to the west of the little rock south of you, the one you move behind during the lure, and it will slot back into place :)
