Ganodermic for Miths, afaik it's better than ahrims, and the defense helps a ton. You should be fine with soul split+ overloads though. Ahrims > Void mage.

Desert Bandits are decent, as are armoured zombies... It really depends on what you can have gear-wise

For miths, if you have soul split, you want mage offense (Virtus, Polypore/SoA, arcane stream and arcane sheild, mage defense doesnt really matter, as a unicorn heal enough to keep you alive.
