Can someone get me a list of the minimum levels needed for 97 effigies, with he potions and stuff? (Will be getting 88 sum soon, can use + 10 Citidel boost for those. [bleep] Runecrafting.)

One of my friends recently quit, giving me 500m, along with the supplies for Turmoil,my major goal at the time. Now I have Turm, I'm stuck with what to do. I have overloads, Chaotics (Maul+ Rap) and of course turmoil, as well as 500m in items and cash. I DO NOT want to get any level 99's As I wish to keep my untrimmed hitpointsConstitution cape until 137 combat. Stats: I was thinking of some kind of bossing goal, but Virtus makes most bosses stupidly easy, and I can't nex. That or effigy skills. I have yet to do ROTM, and I have 76 Crafting banked, but agility... /wrists Has anyone got any suggestions? Inb4 give me your money

I'm not exactly a high experience player but I know it annoys me personally :angry: There was a fair amount of ragin when frosts were released afaik, as it's about twice as fast as Dragon Bones. :lol: Also, I feel sorry for anyonewho got 200m herb before overloads...
