Prayer: Frost bones. Nothing more. INSANE exp rates! Herblote: Super Att/Super Strength/ Super energy/ spec rests/ extremes/ overloads. in that order. Lower levels can also be done with normal energy potions if you wish. Smithing: Gold ore is possible and highly afkable, decent exp also. I'm not sure on overall cost, bu I'd say at least 150m for herb...

So the best non-titan method/ gear for me would be? (Cost is not an issue) 97 melees, 93 mage, 91 ranged, will have turm by weekend, Cr +Cm+ stream neck, and a load of other stats. http://runetrack.com/profile.php?user=Ambler3 Other stats are there, can afford about 600m in gear, doubt it wil go over that though.
