2012: Japan GDP $5.458 trillion Or 5,458,000,000,000 Budget 545,800,000,000 (Someone please tell me what the increase is.) Projects: Naval Reistablishment: 2/10 Infrastructure Improvements: 2/10 Modifiers: +1% GDP a year because of "Infrastructure Improvements" Prime Minister Yoshiro Kan's speech I know it doesn't sound speech like, but eh. Cash flow: +605,838,000,000 a year -100,000,000,000 -200,000,000,000 -20,000,000,000 -50,000,000,000 -30,000,000,000 -24,000,000,000 A year (Totals to -424,000,000,000 a year) So First year I lost 54,000,000,000 Leaving me with 491,800,000,000 Second year I lost 424,000,000,000 Leaving me with a grand total of: 673,638,000,000

When do budgets reset? Every year? And damnit, no one has answered my question, how much does your population and GDP grow by each year?

[hide] http://chickencrap.com/media_images/1203.jpg?826 [/hide] So yeah... Anyway, that doesn't really make sense for France to give you money (which is basically what you are saying they are doing) It seems the majority are against you anyway... So... It doesn't happen regardless. Reposting first post with changes GDP $5.458 trillion Or 5,458,000,000,000 Budget 545,800,000,000 I'm not sure how to factor in growth, is it (populationgrowth*population)*GDP Per Capita? Our first act of business is to rebuild the navy, as this is the first line of defense if any foolish attacker were to attempt to attack our glorious islands A large proportion of Japan's budget is now spent on the naval revival project, allocating around 300,000,000,000 spent over 10 years. Meaning 30,000,000,000 a year. We hope to have a sizeable navy after the 10 years We're going for atleast one big battleship (which will be our flagship), 10 submarines, 5 minelayers/sweepers, 5 destroyers, 5 escorts, 3 smaller battleships, 10 missile cruisers, 3 aircraft carriers. Does this seem reasonable, that's 42 ships in 10 years, pretty much 4.2 ships a year. I would also like to know if I can push that higher. As that is like 300 billion man. Our remaining budget goes into improving infrastructure, as our large population density has caused traffic jams which we would like to stop, this will also create jobs to improve our economy. We hope to see a yearly increase over the years and a future increase after the project is completed for a few years after - Let's say 1% increase for 10 years and then 2% for 5 years after that. So 240,000,000,000 1% of that each year for 10 years, and then 2% increase of entire GDP or just the 240,000,000,000, I'm pretty much asking you guys to answer this for me, if you don't I'll just go with the GDP.

You heard it from here folks, France is more British than Scotland is... Even though their main language is French.. I'll get my narc personality disorder checked out soon, don't worry. And no.. Just no. You're saying basically, because of the channel, a French man and an English man MAY OR MAY NOT interact with eachother, so it is perfectly fine to unite the two countries, completely ignoring that it is actually extremely common to meet French people if you're in the UK. Oh and the change is only governmental, my mistake, for a second here I thought you were changing the country.. Yeah, this is completely [developmentally delayed]ed. Because you're saying, merging with a country will not effect the lives of the countrymen of either country... While you are incorrect, it is a huge change, people will realise it is a huge change, people who don't like the French will rise up, people who are nationalist and will think they will lose their culture to french will rise up, businesses who feel the French market may ruin their business will rise up. There are many different factions of people who can rise up and say no to this, and you think they will just let you do it because you're in charge... You know being in charge doesn't just give you the right to say what is right.. People DO have opinions and people VOICE their opinions a lot. And you will get newspapers stating the complete opposite to your views, so that's a pretty piss poor reason to say the citzens auto agree, because the government doesn't fully control the media in Britain. I am assuming stuff that happens in the future BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU DO WHEN THINGS BEGIN TO CHANGE. YOU HAVE TO THINK WHAT WILL HAPPEN SO YOU CAN EFFECTIVELY DEAL WITH IT WHEN IT ARISES. Although you say it's 'mutually beneficial' so the governments auto sign for it and all goes according to plan, I am saying, that the people may not agree with it, and other government parties may not agree with it. And no it doesn't Resistance, you're an idiot By your logic I make an alliance with the Uk China India Russia USA Spain Mexico Brazil Argentina Italy Australia Etc etc And they all merge with me, because we are BFFL's and totally this seems like a good idea, I mean it would be amazing if we all just could just like work together? You know XD?

I'm not sure if you're trolling now.. Or just an idiot. Scotland was conquered.... We didn't 'merge' with them. So that completely destroys your 'scotland arguement' MINOR? Are you serious? The student loans were a minor riot, this would a major riot. People WILL get ahold of guns, people will get ahold of other weapons and people will use them. Scotland's national currency is still the GBP And ok, the EU dissolved, it still leaves a ton of arguements. Just because it's mutually beneficial, does not mean people will do it. It's mutually beneficial if all war was stopped and everyone was ruled under a perfect government... And the fact the french guy will have to give up his power is SOOOO obvious, that he will see it coming and wont agree... And for the last time, an alliance does not equal the right to merge with someone.. It makes NO sense as to why the French government would sign off ALL their power of their country, to a foreign nation so that their economy could suddenly become better (which in my mind sounds perposterous anyway) France's national currency is the Euro, isn't it? So they would have to convert to the British pound, which they wont do... It just doesn't make sense.

Uh saying the 'treaty has been signed' doesn't really work because, it's the fact that treaty has been signed I'm arguing about. See with this hegemony, you can say you do something, and people will argue against it, and then the majority decide what happens. My reasons against your reasons - An alliance does not mean you can merge with them, if so then why isn't Britain and America merged - Do you know the French people that well? I thought not. And there are a TON of nationalists who would disagree with you - I don't see where it says the EU has dissolved, and even so, that is bad reasoning as I could say "The NPC nations decide to suddenly reform the EU, because it was good and it makes no sense it was dissolved" - And just because guns are illegal, does not mean people wont have them... - Uhhh, you said you're merging your government, I don't think that should include economy, because then you are basically merging the two countries..(Why would they give you all their economy, and not let you manage their people) - And that's a pretty sick reason. And this is much bigger than that story... It actually effects the lives of everyone in the country, instead of a select few. My reasons why it wouldn't work - We aren't even similar cultrually, France is very different from UK - Different currencies (One country is going to have to reprint ALL of their money to accomodate the new national currency, and as UK will definately not switch to the Euro and the French will definately not switch to the Pound) - Nationalists (They want a word with you) - One of the leaders is going to have to give up ALLLLL their power pretty much, which doesn't sound like a thing a person would do.

@Retech I think so once, and no it isn't, sure they have a very good train system and such, but their population is too high for their current system, people are packed into trains, much like what happens in China. @Res France merging with Britain? Not in a million years, just because we've built the channel tunnel and not allowed trips to France easier does not mean we want to integrate them into Britain. There would also be rather high amount of anger through both states, and probably more than a police force could handle (granted that some of them may also join the riot)

I'll take the glorious empire of Nippon (Japan) Budget (GDP) $5.458 trillion Or 5,458,000,000,000 I'm not sure how to factor in growth, is it (populationgrowth*population)*GDP Per Capita? Our first act of business is to rebuild the navy, as this is the first line of defense if any foolish attacker were to attempt to attack our glorious islands A large proportion of Japan's budget is now spent on the naval revival project, allocating around 3,000,000,000,000 spent over 10 years. Does this seem reasonable, that's 42 ships in 10 years, pretty much 4.2 ships a year. I would also like to know if I can push that higher. As that is like 3 trillion man. Our remaining budget goes into improving infrastructure, as our large population density has caused traffic jams which we would like to stop, this will also create jobs to improve our economy. We hope to see a 5% return increase to our budget within a few years, and a further 10% increase when the entire project is complete So 2.4 trillion 5% = 120,000,000,000 10% = 240,000,000,000 A total of 360,000,000,000, in let's say 10 years?

Uhhhh, right. (Remember I haven't watched Madoka since it actually ended which was a couple of seasons ago) Or madoka could have made a wish, and died killing that thing and everyone else would be happy except homura because of her weird (almost creepy) fixation on madoka. And as Madoka would DIE fighting, she would not become the strongest witch ever, so it's good. All I literally remember is: Homura tried to solo witch Madoka became the universe Everything was ok I probably need to rewatch it to actually remember properlly, but I remember me thinking "Eh, it was OKAY I guess" Then again not many endings in anime are that good, one thing it DID achieve though was the fact it wont ever need a sequel because most things are explained (and things that aren't are left for a reason) I think the fate Madoka suffers is horrific if you think about it.

I thought the ending was.... Well.... Not that great to be honest

RUNESCAPE IS SO COMPLICATED THAT IT CAN'T USE A SIMPLE CONTROL SCHEME No, it's isometric, so a click based system makes sense.... Furthermore, WASD is useful but not required, and I can't think of a MMO that doesn't use MMO or click based, so I'm not really seeing what you mean. And also, you can't shout at Earth saying he got OP items, that's more the GM's fault for handing them out. And as you can't actively hunt items in Dungeoneering unless you follow the story, it's like saying he shouldn't play the game because he may or may not get better at it.

Oh that's not that disgusting, except a couple of scenes (both of which I holy [cabbage]ted at, so it's very good) It's meant to be a deconsturction of the magic girl genre, showing how it would really be like to be one, and as I have been told, sailor moon was quite like it, in the disgusting factor. It was a really good series, so good choice.

Perfect world is bad and if it's just a remake set in a western world(Which is weird that they call it forsaken... I'm saying their's a possible racist notion to that) then it's probably still bad. The only thing I found fun about it was the double jump, also the enemies having types(Such as strong, weak, fast, etc) was good I guess But, it still suffered from the repetitive cycle, but it had an addition to that cycle which really annoyed me, and it was the fact you can click to go to the NPC or objective and watch as you get autoplioted towards the NPC, which removes all difficulty of the game and it just becomes "Oh I got a quest, just going to click this button and minimise for 5 minutes" (There's only one game that gets away with this feature and that's EVE, and that's because they give a ton of stuff to do while you autopilot (Such as read the quest, look on their built in browser, check the economy, Etc) and because even if you didn't autopilot, you'd get the same effect, because AP does in that game is click the warp gate for you) Furthermore, some of the quests point you in the wrong direction, even if using the autopilot or not, some quests just say something is somewhere where it's not. Also the economy is GOD DAMN TERRIBLE, and perfect world also suffers from what most free MMO's suffer from, and that's cash shops to buy OP items that make you ahead of everyone because you decided that paying for it is a good idea and not a waste of money at all. And these objects sell for way too much in game for anyone who hasn't actually bought one before to ever afford (because a monster drops around a 100 coins (or w/e the currency was) and the object sells for well over a million) So yeah, it's pretty terrible in my opinion.
