Terran war of Aggression against Texas Although the Terran's lost the battle at the capital, it seems they'll win the war. After capturing every province, except one, the Terran's were in good positions to pincer the Texan defensive holding. The damaged alpha squad was sent in first, but this time they will not make the same military blunder as they did before, no this time they were not told to charge, they were told just to delay the Texan forces until the much larger Terran Bravo squad were able to arrive. The Alpha squad got in sight of the Texan fort, it was rather large with gun placements and trenches and barricades and all that. The Texan's were really counting on the Terran's charging again. As the Alpha squad got into their positions and began to create mini trenches, the helicopter brigade came in, knowing they would take far too many casualties dealing with the helicopters out in the open, the Alpha squad retreated back to a small town bordering the city, not too far away, and began to take cover in the buildings. The helicopters, a bit ahead of themselves attacked anyway, and were quickly dealt with, out of the 6 remaining, only 1 damaged one made it back. This demoralised the Texan's, who were very much being cocky after their victory. The alpha squad retook their positions. forming mini-trenches around the fort. This led to a large stalemate between the Texan's and Terran's, the Texan's were too large in comparison to the Terran's for them to successfully assault, but the Texan's would take a large amount of losses charging the Terran trenches. This stalemate completed the Alpha objectives well, and the bravo squad arrived on the otherside of the fort, bringing in air support of around 5 jets who quickly flew over head and destroyed the landed Texan jets. This caused the Texan's to panic, as they began to shamble around to set up a defense on the other side, the alpha Terran's charged, along with the Bravo Terran's, causing a large pincer that led to the complete obliteration of the Texan army, and the conquest fully of Texas, which was quickly annexed by the Terran's. The Terran's are now warned, if they go to war with anyone else they will be dealt with by the bordering states. VICTORY FOR THE TERRAN'S!! In other news, the British Confederecy (Wales Scotland Ireland Cornwall) have began to colonise the Australian, they will release a new map next year. Burgundy declared war on the low lands Tibet and Thailand have begun relation talks with the Pacific nations Scandinavia declared war on Archangel Actual game news I will be adding missions shortly, they are not 'necessary' and are more of an RP element with bonuses. If you want a mission ask for it, I have them set up.

The Back Room
EVE has just had a huge update apparently (you can now walk inside space stations, and it actually looks really good), but the thing abotu EVE is, you have to put the time in to get any where and don't expect to play EVE like you would a regular MMO, no. EVE is more of a hobby, or perhaps a psuedo-job. If you want to do well as well, you need to know what you're doing, so you have to read up on quite a bit also you need to be good with mathematics, it's a math game with a space mini game. Lately I have not been playing any MMO, because I want to save my money up.

Yeah I know they couldn't afford it from 2 years income, but I gave them a starting army and then a bonus from your aggressiveness. If you really want to be pedantic I could say they were funded by a larger nation who wants to protect them... I'll do the next mini update soon

Mini Update: The Terran War of Aggression against Northern Texas With only a year after the massacre at Creek, the Terran unending aggression turned it's eyes towards it's other border buddy, Northern Texas. Although, with Terran's recent aggression, the Texans, and surrounding countries have also built up sizeable forces to deal with the Terran aggression and the Texan's were well prepared for an attack by the Terran forces. The Terran army split 50/50, with one team charging south through the Northern border(Alpha), and the other charging east through the western border(Bravo). The Alpha team encountered the entire Texan army, sizing up to around 18,000 Infantry 4 Tanks 4 Fighters 8 Helicopters In comparison to half ot the Terran army 6,000 Infantry 5,000 Marines 5 Tanks 2 Fighters Before any ground fighting took place though, the skies above Texas were filled with the fighters of both sides. The terran squadron flew in quickly to take out any possible aerial threat, but were quickly matched by a force twice their size, the well oiled and looked after Texan jets obliterated the Terran fighters in such a swift battle the Terrans weren't even a mile past the border. With the Texan's owning the air, the Texan helicopters were able to lay down a large suppression against the oncoming Terran's, backed with their large, 18,000 man infantry army and tank squad. The battle was bloody, the Texan helicopters were easy able to supress the Terran ground troops while any attempts at cover they would be drawn out by Texan footsoldiers or take heavy fire from the tank divisions. Although the large use of helicopters meant the Terran's were able to destroy two full divisions, quite costly for the Texan state, which already is in economical down fall because of this venture. Before the Terran's took too many losses they hastly retreated back to Terra (?) taking 8,890 casualties spread among the infantry/marines divisons. They'll need awhile (year) to replenish the losses fully, but they can still fight. The victorious Texan army has taken up defensive positions in their capital, making sure to keep supplies up incase of a large siege by the remaining terran forces. Although this costly military loss for the terran's took many troops, the bravo squad was able to quickly occupy the rest of the Texan provinces MAP Darker yellow provinces are your armies.

Well lag means that where you click isn't where you click (it happens with me in EU 3) so you can send guys quite far away or even totally miss an opponent when try to set them to attack, also, you could misplace a building... Further more with lag you're slower, and speed is very damn important in StarCraft

I don't own SC2 :P I wish I did, but my pc makes it lag a bit, and a bit of lag is very damn costly. I'll have a new PC and probably SC2 soon.

Europa Universalis 3 Session Thread
Argh, decided to play as France (Mainly cause they seemed fun to play, and I read on the paradox forum somewhere they can get difficult) WELL anyway! I got the italian ambition mission, and annexed Savoy, which then lead to a bunch of other italian missions leading to me having to fight Milan, not too hard, they had a 14K stack and I have 7 10K stacks. Obviously I expected the emperor (at this time Austria, but ONLY BECAUSE I GOD DAMN HELPED THEM A TON, AND THEN THEY BETRAY ME DURING MY WAR WITH BURGUNDY.) to join in because I only just recently got the event for retaking Liguira, which I guess they didn't really act upon cause they had a regency (which still confuses me how they were emperor). Anywho I seriously SERIOUSLY didn't think Austria would have well over 100K troops. Especially when I was seiging Lombardia and I look away, and then I see on the side bar 10,000 V 46,000 and I'm like wat, so I check it out and there's a a bunch of austiran's on my poor little 10K, also apparently, Austria had an amazing supply limit, because 45K troops (after I retreated and they kept it on the same province for a while) regained all it's troops and didn't seem to be taking any attrition, when I would assume they should all be taking 10% which would be 4600 troops to replenish a month So yeah, after the first 45K arrived, more Austrian's just kept pouring in, it was not pretty.

Yeah, that's going to take a lot, I wont allow that with the 'free tech' because I'm going to assume it requires a bunch of techs to actually be able to travel through it. I'm going to go with level 20 weird tech until I really know what you want from this tech

Also the fact that if you stopped selling your oil you stop making money... Anywho, also to clear up some things Air units need ground units IF you are attacking to be used properlly, otherwise they get a big minus in their effectiveness Air units need naval units IF you are attacking over the sea, otherwise they DIE after the battle (unless they're close to land) Tanks also need ground units or get overrun easily - 2070 Hegemony
