  1. There's probably a way to run EU3 without divine wind, if not then I'm out :P.
  2. MFW I BOUGHT DIVINE WIND LITERALLY LAST NIGHT CAUSE I THOUGHT THIS REALLY WOULDN'T HAPPEN [hide] [/hide]
  3. No, cause I feel you should learn how to limit yourself, if you REALLY REALLY need to know it, I'll tell you how much mana you have if you ask for it.
  4. Not really, you can do whatever you want, except things that are totally insane. The only two people limited are Pter and Hakon, cause there powers are the strongest.
  5. No. It recharges.
  6. Ehh, I mean, you get a value (your total mana) and using your curse depletes it, and towards the lower stages you begin noticing some side effects. Mana = 100 Let's say you get yourself down to 50 You begin to feel tired, your abilities may get weaker, if they're weaker they take up less mana though. Get to 30, you could be knocked out through exhaustion, but there is a chance you stay concious through willpower. Below 30, the fun stuff begins. Oh to clear it up Lynx, You turning into wolf takes mana, you being a wolf doesn't. Your power is to change your species but you limited yourself to wolf, so technically you're not using your power when you're not transforming.
  7. Double post but important for people who are still playing. I am revamping the entire system of Cursed Planet AFTER the first Arc, I have a few reasons I am doing this. 1) No one seems to be paying attention to the story (My fault really, I don't really shove it in your face and a lot of doesn't make sense if you didn't pay attention) so I am going to write out going to write out the story if people are interested and I will make the game more plot important. 2) People keep doing their own stuff. So I am going to add a degree of freedom, but please don't exploit it, if I am making it more plot important and you go off somewhere where you really shouldn't be, it could prove problematic. 3) I've been being too easy on you guys. I have 'forgotten' about enemies mid fight so you don't all get killed as this is a perma death game (Well someone could have the power to bring people back). So I am considering ramping up the difficulty, and allow 'check pointing', you get two checkpoints an arc, and they only activate when you ALL die, if someone dies and makes a new guy, the old guy is permantely dead, but the new character cannot join the game until a certain point is reached, this is to avoid people running into the dungeon and making a perfect character for it. Other things I may change. The item system, I have not really created one and thus I just decide what seems fair at the time. I guess this allows me to actually let you have some cool items, but you will not be allowed to see the list. Power system, I have pretty much been randomly deciding when you guys start to be fatigued from your powers, so I have decided that everyone, depending on how much they use their skill will have a power meter that increases. Think mana bar. Again, you will not know when you increase or not, also it can get smaller. I will not make a poll, but can people generally give feedback on this new system, as you are the people who will be playing it, you are also free to suggest anything that you the RP lacked and you want improving.
  8. She's gone now, none of you really noticed her leaving...

Uhm.... Nice topic. Anywho back ontopic. My new character Name: Max Galaxis Class: Commander Speciality: Tactical Backstory: It was a deathly silent simulated night onboard the Galactic Blade. Max was lazely moping in his captain's chair. Bored from the week of surprising peace in the Berlin system, the aluding asteroid fields proved to be a good place for pirate ships to hide away from Terran offcials. Surrounded by his frenzied crew, hungry for loot Max called out "Oi! We aint burnin coal for nutin, full speed ahead!" There was a huge cheer on the bridge until one crewmember remarked "But cap'n we don't bur-" he was quickly silenced by a high five to the face, courtesy of Max himself. "Shuddup you wankers" He warned in a booming voice, his British accent becoming thicker from the bloodlust he was building up. It was not long until the roaring engines of the Galactic Blade caught the attention of other local pirates, who were also keen on a deathmatch. "Cap'n we got enemies off the starboard!! ORDERS!?" his navigator announced excitedly. "GIVE EM 'ELL LADS! I'LL KILL THE MAN WHO KILLS THEIR CAPTAIN FIRST!" It was heavily a one sided fight. Max got ahead of himself and did not notice the pirate FLEET instead of just the pirate ship. His ship was destroyed, but he and a few of his crew were able to use an enemy escape pod to luckily make it to the astare system. Peniless and reduced to only a 5 man crew including himself, Max is keen to get those bastards back.

I'm quite the sore loser. But then again who the hell feels good about losing? Anywho, I'll make a new character for tonights session hopefully. Also I don't want to sound mean here but everyone who has played hegemony has not really used any form of strategy. So no one is really a strategist here. I think Dusty is exempt from this because he seems to be the only one who actually goes for what he wants, everyone else just waits until someone does something and pounces on them. Oh and just goes full force nature on their asses.

I think that was what Archi was kind of hinting at doing. Everyone kept doing puzzles and not paying attention in game. I want more science based puzzles !
  12. Icuownage replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
There are a few puzzles Archi has which if I really stopped and looked at I could probably do. Also Archi what happens to my 1900 merits? Do I keep them if I make another character? Can I donate them to someone? Or are they lost.
  13. Well according to Wikipedia, there is currently a prize fund for the person who can successfully preserve a mouse brain.
  14. Ummm. From what you have said your mind might take that much up [/arrogance] Eh, it's definately more or we would have uploaded by now.
  15. Don't actually feel up to it really, I will prospone until either next week or another free day.
  16. A terrabyte is no where near the required space for a humans mind, I'm not sure if even scientists know it anyway. Anyway Dutch > Any other langugae.
  17. Icuownage replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
Obviously. It's your character you make them up.
  18. My personal view is, to really take everyones opinion, which is difficult to do a lot cause it's very easy for me to get biased and just out right reject something.

But.... That's not what Pagans believe. On topic to space: Be wary with the Dame, the tensions between us and her are arleady so high due to me. (lol)
  20. I guess cause we haven't believed everything have spirits for quite a while, and mechanical things we have created can be automated and thus it's not too far fetched to believe that it is possible to make a robot with full automation (as in AI). We didn't exactly have houses that can build other houses.

Self entertainment device huh... So what's why you keep activating it randomly. Kind of pales what Albert was doing I think.
  22. I disabled the network, but I'm not sure if they somehow got into my private home network.
  23. Archi, don't deny he is a good actor though. Also I pretty much got scared like 10 minutes ago, I was on the internet when a popup comes up from my network centre "New media sharer: Emalovely has appeared". I was like huh, and then check my network, and there's like 3 other PC's on my network. I started crapping myself thinking I was getting hacked, and think "Oh god what do I do". I realise Hamachi is still open, and some of the names in hamachi match some of the PC's in my network, so I close that. But they're still there. So I ctrl alt delete and find hamachi in my processes, close it, they're still there. I ask someone what to do, they say restart your router, I restart my router. THEY'RE STILL THERE. Then I realise the hamachi network is still opened, but my hamachi is closed, so I disable the network, and they disappear. Though I am very paranoid they're still in my pc.
  24. Haha I love only fools and horses, I used to watch it all the time :P

Hope you use the nanites AFTER the defribrilator (when it would be too late to save them) because a shock like that would fry all the nanties I believe.
