There is a difference between trading and investment. In this game, it seems investment is tantamount to takeover. Like I said to Wisp, we welcome German trade, but keep your investment out. (So you can export your cars or whatever) Similarly, I don't think you'd appreciate it if I swooped in and tried to invest in France. Wait, I was trading.... I was investing in the trade and in the country to allow the trade to go more smoothly. You really think all those nations I just invested in are becoming my puppets?

I'm just saying, if every nation left South America, the entire region would fall into shambles. We may have been trading with Peru, but we didn't exactly ask them to join us on anything, we just gave them green tech and moved in on their automobile production. But fine, if you really want to make me leave South America, I can embargo the entire region. Also, I guess the war in Canada is over now?

Not sure if Japan will carry on with the war, I mean it's not really the spirit of the game to kill someone cause they argue with you. And as every player government knows the real reason behind the war, I think the world government does too. So I don't think any country who has any moral standing will just allow Japan to attack you any further.

Germany states that it has plans to stop attacking Argentina, saying that my attack was to bolster the African nation assault. Germany also tells America, that I (think) hold the most populous and capital cities of Canada (Otowwa and Toronto) and that is probably key to taking them over.

I think the game leaders go like this You're not the leader, but the will of the leader. So if the leader is assasinated, the new one still has the same will. I thought I said that the security was decreased, but I may have clicked off that edit, no biggy. Also I say that the mines were for incase China attacked Japan, which we were originally worried about, by the time we realised what actually was going on, it was too late and the mines were being laid, we had no intention to hurt the trade between the two nations. I ask America to pull out of Canada again. I extend an alliance offering to Australia and Canada, as we respect both nations and have gladly protected them.
