Cost: 100 Trillion Paid: 3 Billion Started: 15th Completed: 14th May Years Left: 59 Carbon Nanotubes - German Advanced Space Program [GASP] (I offer partnership with NASA) Cost: 26 Billion Paid: 2 Billion Started: 15th Completed: 14th April Years Left: 28 (I think) Smart Weapons - CompuWeapons (Made up) Cost: 500 Million Paid: 500 Million Started: 15th Completed: 19th Years Left: 3 SPEED TECH: Alternative Plasticts (As in plasticts not created by crude oil, this currently exists in real life, but it is experimental at best) Paid: 1 billion Started: 16th CO2 Reduction Techniques (I literally did not know what else to call it) Paid: 2 Billion Started: 16th [/hide] Changes made to Research: Funding Hydrogen Fuel Cells - Funded 1.5 Billion Hydroponic Towers - Funded 2 Billion AI - Funded 3 billion Carbon Nanotubes - Funded 2 Billion Smart Weapons - Funded 500 Million Added: Alternative Plasticts - 1 Billion CO2 Reduction - 2 Billion Research changes: AI is no longer being researched, instead we're funding Japan's research. Total Cost - 12 Billion Military: [hide] Troop Recruitment Programs (Such as youth barracks, cadets, campaigns): 500 Million (Does this generate troops, or generally just increase quality?) They're also crap in comparison.

Germany declines the idea of a global police force, as that is pretty much what America and the UN is and was.

Hegemony
Well then PM it next time. As in everything

I have no real evidence. Also how did you find out about it? If you found out about it, that means everyone already knows. So they must not care.
-
Hegemony
Not with $300m worth. Plus the ignorant masses don't care. Indonesian media spreads the story. It's on the frontpage of a major newspaper. *A major Indonesian newspaper I spread evidence that Indonesia offered to take the drugs for me, and are mad they didn't recieve sad drugs.

When you realise police do this all the time, it's going to hilarious.

I publically apologise to Britain OOC (Are Europe pissed? I mean Britain isn't really part of the EU) I state that such an occurance should not hinder such a crucial part of the future of Europe, especially in such critical times. German security is praised for their great capture, and the 250 million of the 300, is used to improve the security measures and work conditions for the staff. 50 Million is sent to the Brazillian government. I also accept Japan's invitation for another join research project.

Germany also agrees to it, but says "These sort of things only really effect the nations who sign it, so it might not be as effective as you think"

Well I'm not sure if economy works like that. I thought the more money you place into it, the more inflation increases. Also I thought the recession was all about people borrowing money they don't have I.E taking out loans, credit interest and stuff like that.

Hegemony
Sure, but if it fails, I expect compensation.

Asks Brazil to improve on geography. Anywho, if we're starting research -Joint project Hydrogen fuel cells with Japan 50 million 1/X (X= to be modded) -Vertical Farming 150 million 1/X -Robotics, AI 150 million 1/X -Carbon nanotubes 150 million 1/X -Smart Weapons 150 million 1/X So that's like 650 Million on resesarch, might spend more 500 million goes into army funding (I haven't decided my army yet) I will not pay into Brazil's idea, until I see some actual evidence that it works.

Freelance thinkers? Okay Germany also funds them the same price that the Japanese government has funded them, to allow German companies to create them, they're also given the option of allowing German scientists to work with them, this will give them an extra 10 million in funding. I'm not sure how economy works, so I'm just gunna say we study our economy, and the European economy to see where the problem may stem from or if it will affect us. Security staff at public transports, such as Airports and Railways are told to be on their toes, but no real security measures except that are taken. I ask Japan to join our research team in Hydrogen fuel cells, the plan is to make a cost effective hydrogen powered cars, and as Japanese and German cars are some of the leading manufacterers, it will be useful for lowering carbon emissions all together. I ask Japan for atleast 50 million (That's how much I'm putting in) to get the project underway, and they're guarunteed the research. With the dissolve of the UN, Germany pushes forward the idea of a much stronger unification in the EU. (I'll post more later)

Hmmm back story is cool. Frederik Von Stahl Took power after the crash of the UN shook the German government that the president had to resign. Anyway he was old news. Stahl has many plans for Germany, mainly keeping diplomatic ties with friendly nations, now that the UN is dissolved, to keep on top of technological advancements, and hopes to be part of the first man to Mars mission, if it ever happens. To keep Europe, European, and to have the central Germanic nations in a strong bond. He also wants Germany's presence felt all over the world.

Jus' had some serious bs on pokemon white. First gym leader, his first pokemon finds a ton of oran berries (his power is pickup, which activates rarely) so each time it's close to dying it gets freakin healed, it spams work up, and then just proceeds to one hit the rest of my pokemon.

@Retech I love dreams where I conquer the world, it's so awesome!

The Back Room
I had two very weird dreams, both involving teachers from my school. One had me going to Mars, where we got to visit the human base there, (I guess it was set in the future), but on the way there, one of our members gets lost, I think he was the engineer, and I end up teleporting back to Earth, yeah out of [bleep]ing no where. The other had me on a bus ride, with people similar to my age, but none I could recognise, and my teacher was with me. Then someone shouted they were going to kill someone, stabbed them, and they started falling, policeman freakin spawned behind me, shoves me out of the way (cue slow mo) and I watch as he shoots the knife guy in the neck. [bleep]ing weird dreams.

Guys I have a test to see who's not Hex. We all shoot ourselves in the head. Why? Cause Hex wasn't crazy enough to do that, and if he is then we've killed him! Win-win huh?
