  1. I think at like 90 you don't burn Sharks anymore with gauntlets. Until then, use Swords.
  2. At least you should feel good about helping someone play the game. I remember being a noob myself too. But that was the time of RSC where you were on your own, no knowledge bases.
  3. I doubt it since it's calculated from the base level. You can't wear a whip with less than 70 atk with boosts either.
  4. I am a mousekey veteran already :) Also thanks.
  5. I am trying to reach the quest cape and I just beat Do no Evil. I heard Monkey Knife Fighters are great exp. Would they be better than Coshing for my goal of 74 Thieiving?
  6. My first goal is to get the quest cape. I am 6 quests short of it and one of them obv is Nomad Requiem. I can't really get 92 herb or pray as my highest skill is 92 and even that is an easy and cheap one =/
  7. So many different methods here :D Thanks anyways guys, this will motivate be a lot. Also, by suicide runs, I mean't without tort or stuff and just to get a feel of the whole thing.
  8. Thank you. Those posts really gave me motivation. I will try again after a bit of training. Edit: Should I do a couple of suicide runs to learn a bit about him so I wouldn't waste 300k for dying with a full tort >_>
  9. I tried to challenge Nomad anyways. Hit him like twice successfully taking a big hit every time. Then I died lol. Tiem for some training...
  10. Thank you for the video. Should I bring a tort full on Brews with one Kyatt pouch? How does the Kyatt tactic work and what happens?
  11. I hear a lot of mixed opinions about it. Some say you need to be like maxed and some say it's not that hard. Well I will get at least 80 ranged before attempting it. Thank you.
  12. I usually just range some certain tasks I get. Is that a viable method?
  13. So you suggest I train my ranged to at least 80 and my defence to 85 before even considering to give it a try? Range is going to be a pain, but Def will be easy. Any other methods to range than Chinning? I cannot afford that.
  14. I only have one piece of void which I got from the void stares back. This is going to be one tough quest to even start with >_>
  15. So I am screwed without 85 ranged? Range sucks imo. And how much did Arma cost again? I don't think I can afford it.

    Nomad

I am going to try to do Nomad next. Will I be able to do it with my levels? My combat stats are 85 attack, 84 str, 81 def, 84 con, 71 range, 87 mage, 71 pray and 68 summon. Will I be able to beat the quest and how should do I do it? What gear would the best and etc.
  17. I really liked the quest storywise. Jagex humor always seems to win, at least for me. The problems with this quest was the puzzles were really stupid, simple, plain and easy. They were hard because it took me forever to have any idea how to control those characters. I don't do quests for their rewards anyways, just for the joy of it and I liked this one really.
  18. I tell you this the short way: Worst update, ever. Not only does it give dumb boosts, it forces everyone to be a member all the time and now the game will turn into a million "sirs" in the ge showing off with their cool emoter. No thanks. Too bad I am soo addicted to this game and just can't quit. Well that's how we are =/
  19. It's just that you would be dumb to cut trees in the first place.
  20. To be honest, who doesn't have an aura weapon next month? Emotes, clothes and effect are yet another stupid show off stuff that noobs can show us at the ge. Crappy update.
  21. Today? You need to wait at least a week before getting the rocks again.
  22. Mining: Granite is the way to go, gold sucks in all ways. Smithing: I would suggest that Fishing: Barbarian is pretty great exp and the agility exp really helps out for 70 agility, in fact, I got my 70 agility there :) Hunter: I guess you could try red salamanders. Agility: Wildy when you can, it's much better than barbarian Thieving: I can't help with this one sorry Herblore: Watch the Grimys spreadsheets or whatever it was for the most cost effective potion to make. Crafting: Blowing glass is pretty cheap. Also buy your daily Battlestaves and add your best orbs on them and alch. Green dhide is also an option. Runecrafting: Get like 55 RC with Natures, then go to ZMI, it's way better. Natures are only like 16k exp per hour for your level. Construction: Oak benches or something or cheap, but pretty slow. There aren't really cheap ways, expect to lose some cash. Farming: Plant your best trees whenever you can and plant herbs and sweetcorn. You get 70 farm in no time. My 2 cents :)
  23. Row doesn't affect BCP or tassets because it's a unique drop, not on the rare drop table.
  24. Wow thanks a lot, I will definitely try to solo mole, it should be fun lmao :D And btw, I misspelled in the OP. I don't spend on herbs, I mean't to say that's where I get most of my money :P Anyways, most of these I already do. I collect Bstaves, manage my kingom and stuff. Dragons are a no no, I can't stand anything where there are more players than the monsters you are trying to kill.
