Seems like an interesting method. I have seen it somewhere. It would give additional mage exp and fish exp which would allow me to train 4 skills at the same time. Nice. I will try that out.

I generally do Barbarian fishing a lot. I heard that if you catch 2 fish and drop and keep fishing, it will be much better xp. How much better would it be? Worth the required attention? I can consistently drop my inv in less than 10 seconds and I get pretty good exp. I want numbers :)

And without risk. You can get 2 patches dead and still profit. With Torstol a single dead patch is a huge loss.

I think with all that, Torstols are more profitable.

Then he should go for it. With Juju, Scroll of life and a bit of luck, Torstols can give huge amount of money for the effort invested.

Torstol gives less profit average than Snapdragons and have much more risk involved. Scroll of life might make it better, but you need at least 8 Torstols to start profiting from a patch and if a single one dies you are screwed.

Then it seems pretty cool. But it sounds crappy.

I dunno, but so far I have gotten the most from Hellhounds. Also, why would you want to hunt for gold anyways? They are very low exp.

Poison Ivy can grant you like 15k exp per day at best. Torstol is overall much worse than Snapdragons from my person experience. I don't use Juju pots or scroll of life though.

So how many Rocktails can I fish per hour? How much exp is that? I heard it was like 40k So is the profit worth it or should I return to barbarian fish?

Plant trees. The best ones available. Trees are the only way to get some real experience in Farm. They cost a lot though...

You all know how we can hide public, friends and such chats at will. I would really like to filter out Quick Chat separately. It's one of the most [developmentally delayed]ed things in the game right now. I am hanging at the GE and I don't mind people talking so I keep public on. Then someone gets a level in some skill, let's say Fletching. He happily says something like "yay Fletch 70 :)" Then it happens... "My Fletching level is 99" "My Fletching level is 74" "My Fletching level is 82" "My Fletching level is 92" "My Fletching level is 71" "My Fletching level is 98" "My Fletching level is 88" "My Fletching level is 79" "My Fletching level is 99" "My Fletching level is 3" Seriously, stop spamming my game it's so frustrating and let the guy enjoy his achievement! Don't always suddenly start showing off every time someone achieves something! It's soooo frustrating and we need a filter to take out the Quick Chat.

If there isnt one now there sure as hell wasnt one then. 06 - still had the doom sayers that flooded the game and forums saying "RS sucks now, this games going to die soon, etc." Still had lurers, bots and scammers everywhere. It DID had personal trading but DIDNT have clan chat (I think clan chat brough as much community as the GE destroyed). RS is teh same as it was then, just with more skills and quests and better graphics. Oh and back in 06 it was all the rage to talk about how "miniclippers" are immature and destroyed the social fabric of runescape actually I feel clan chat has destroyed the communitie a lot.. No longer you'll get into a random talk with strangers, and no longer you'll easily meet new people while mining/fishing/skilling.. People are always busy in "their" clanchat! I actually end up talking with strangers while doing stuff almost every day.
