The Great Unknown
Sure Grim. If you planned to be playing a lot though, maybe we could figure out a way to have two groups that work together most of the time?

The Back Room
So many evil fish haters! Land meat is much unhealthier for you. Also, you probaly couldn't survive a day in Japan. :ohnoes:

The Great Unknown
 We welcome him aboard, but I need to think of a new team name. Anyhow, the team heads to town again where they started and follows one of the roads. (Off for the night, thanks Stork. :P)

Totally agree with N_odie. Raw fish nom nom nom What are slim jims?

The Great Unknown
Bwahahaha. Isabel adds her enchant to the alligator, so it actually becomes balance. (Since she just raised it with dark and Elisa used her enchant, so it would evne out if Isabel added her enchant. It was sorta bugging me a bit. Does it have any magical properties?) After all of that, the party travels away from the swamp to some sort of road, so that they could possibly meet a travelling merchant.

The Great Unknown
Jen and Isabel work on healing Elisa and themselves, while the pet alligator keeps watch. Its name will be Flossom. Then they gut the alligators which aren't pets. Meanwhile, Jen creates magical ice javelins, which Elisa and Isabel each enchant half of them with their magic.

The Great Unknown
Wait, so they're dead? Jen finishes making spikes of ice around them in a complete circle, while Isabel tries to heal Elisa again. Then Jen skins the raccoons, saving their pelts. After that, she tries to skin the alligators for valuable alligator skins as well. Finally, Isabel/Healed Elisa attempt to turn the four alligator skeletons remaining into alligator skeleton pets! (Like moving ones) The skeletons are outside the spike wall when this happens.

The Back Room
The funny thing is that when I was trying to make an exit at the end of some Hegemony or another, I used the same picture of Nixon.

The Great Unknown
Oh, I thought the spikes were surrounding them. Isabel tries to summon tentacles of darkness to rip and claw at the alligators (Hooray, Icu's tactics), while Jen fires her ice shards that she was saving. Then she tries to enchant her elemental staff into a long-handled staff mace, and smashes at the alligators with that. Elisa tries to burn through the alligators with highly concentrated light beams.

The Great Unknown
Are the alligators dead? Isabel heals Elisa, who in turn tries to heal herself. Jen makes a second layer of ice spikes, firing the ice shards if necessary.

The Back Room
While I appreciate that Nex and Earth are trying to snoop around, their information is either outdated, incorrect, or misleading. The mark of a true papparazo is to use only factual information and use it in a misleading way. You're not quite there yet.

Hooray! Thanks. :P

I don't get one. :(

The Back Room
I'd give it a shot Earth, on weekends.

The Back Room
The tavern existed before any "true" roleplaying even existed here.

The Back Room
That's because there's no "super" Hegemony like the first one, where everyone was playing.

The Great Unknown
It is likely that you died Nex, unless you wanted to still be alive, in which case there'd be a reason you weren't sucked into the collapsing volcano. The only reason Grim was the one brought into the mess was because she was helping Jen originally, and he was definitely the strongest player character. (When I became mod, I made Jen a super beasty 30 ice magic though) Jen creates spikes of ice (like the ones they used to make out of wood to impale charging calvary) surrounding the party. Isabel tries to make shadow copies of the party when she wakes up, and Elisa tries to make the creatures blind. The goal is that the animals will slip on the ice, become blinded, and get impaled on spikes of ice. Jen fires the ice shards she was keeping as a deterrant.

The Great Unknown
Elisa and Isabel move the ball of light covered in darkness further into the swamp. Then Isabel suddenly uncovers the light, trying to blind any creatures with the sudden burst of light (and maybe bring something out?) Jen freezes anything that moves in the swamp (except the ball of light of course or her teamates)
-
The Great Unknown
Elisa tries to create a ball of bright light. Isabel tries to cover that ball with darkness. Jen (I'll take the ice magic exp then and change her element to ice) tries to create a crust of snow along the swamp, to make it easy to traverse.
-
The Great Unknown
Elisa illuminates the area ahead of them, while Isabel conceals them with darkness. Jen draws water from the swamp and forms them into ice shards, which she levitated until she needs them.

The Great Unknown
Okay, I think I'll play as a leader. (I want to go with NPCs) Jen, Mage of Water (Which includes Ice?) Isabel, Mage of Darkness Elisa, Mage of Light Team Trinity. I'll start by heading west. Woohoo for unbalanced teams! [hide=Backstory] Backstory: After Nex and Ieyfura scaled the volcano to chase "The One", they fought a climatic battle. In the process, the volcano was gouged of its magma and an opening into the underworld was formed. Meanwhile, the siege of Ikana had been lifted after the invading armies destroyed each other. In the horizon past the wizard's tower, the world began to distort, a consequence of the battle with "The One." Grim and Jen encountered evil creatures rising from the depths and held them off, while they sent an elemental to warn the remnants of the Wizard's tower of the severity of the situation, as the area was obscured by a thick fog. The wizards of the tower began the spell to seal the portal and construct a gleaming tower above it, which would be the source of power to block it forever. They needed powerful wizards to protect them in the process. Isabel and Elisabeth, Jen's two sisters, teleported Grim and Jen with them into the depths of the underworld, clearing level after level until they finally reached the ring of magma separating the outer areas of the underworld where evil resided, from the inner areas where evil spawned. Their familliars were repulsed by a magical circle, forcing them to walk across a rickety wooden bridge. As they crossed on foot, it broke the bonds of the evil demon king, Satan, releasing him from his bind. He quickly lashed out at them, forcing them to flee back across the bridge. As they took off on their flying familliars, Satan continued to grow in size and climbed upwards along the very sides of the underworld itself, staying close behind them. As the party escaped from the clutches of the underworld, Satan emerged for the first time in eons. He was temporarily blinded, allowing Paul, Ikana's governor, to send hundreds of city guardsmen at the demon king. As they were mercilessly butchered, Archi had enough time to aim the newly rebuilt suntower at Satan's eye and fired, inflicting a painful wound. Satan flailed his talons and fell backwards into his prison, just as the wizards completed their work. However, Jen, Isabel, Elisabeth, and Grim were hit by Satan's arm and fell into the prison with him. Grim was seemingly incinerated by the magma, while the siblings fell into the inner circle, never to be seen again. Until they woke up without their memories or their magic. [/hide]

Delta V
It's really the same thing. For example, you could reconfigure little parts in the bomb so that the antimatter remains separated and can be safely disposed of. Or use psionics to reconfigure a jet engine slightly so that the afterburn melts the exterior and causes the engine to fall apart.
-
Delta V
Couldn't psionics stop that though? Since we're talking about mass, psionics could probaly take it out or convert the weapon into something harmless, or maybe even turn it around without activating it.

Napoleonic Hegemony
I would've easily stomped the Chinese with those bear calvary. :(

The Back Room
Doesn't work without an interactive map.
