  1. Oh Dusty, are any of the technologies I selected too "modern." Yay, Dusty is here. Maybe he can tell Rocco to post his fleet now.
  2. Probaly. Russia declares itself the most technologically advanced country in the world, by sheer number of technologies.
  3. Yes Britain, but you wouldn't be getting the money. In this case, it's like we split it 50-50 for the cost. Also, my tech advancement is just as fast as everyone elses now. So Icu, yay or nay? ---- Archi, I didn't get my advancement because of the nobility flight. Now it works the same for me as everyone else. I don't even know how you do that, so I've just said that I'm investing a set amount for this many years (I'm going by reset)
  4. I can only offer 2 million for the ergonomic hoe individually, but I will pay 5 million for both Hydrogen and Ergonomic hoe. (Same price for both combined as the Puddling process) Nay Britain, I can research it myself if necessary. With my offer, the money goes to you instead of my scientists.
  5. Well it's somewhere in there. It was when we were comparing army sizes, and then we talked about how we didn't need to. Then Dusty said that we did, but he was lazy transferring PMs. SOMEONE TELL ME I'M NOT CRAZY! Russia offers 5 million for both the ergonomic hoe and hydrogen technologies. It also offers 2 million for Britain's winter technology.
  6. I thought fleet/army numbers were supposed to be freely available? I don't have an ulterior motive for this question either. I just want to make a fleet that's larger, but I don't want to spend more than I have to. Besides, France is richer AND closer to you. :P
  7. Oh Rocco and Icu, can you post your fleet numbers?
  8. Actually it was great for me to aid the revolutionaries. Now I have a strong ally.
  9. I don't know about everyone else, but I have an ulterior motive.
  10. Russia consults France against sending King Louis to the Netherlands, as they seem to be cooking up some sort of orgy with all these exiled aristocrats.
  11. So you CAN spell! -collective gasp- That Windows module thing did sound suspicious, since I don't have one. :P
  12. IT'S 1791! NOBILITY FLIGHT MODIFIER IS GONE! I'M FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Ello ello Dusty, my bonds have come due. Techs please!
  13. I was just pointing out that in such a serious case, they would throw it out from a single mistake. The tavern is much more casual, but even then, it does take a lot of effort to read a sentence riddled with mistakes. It's not really a big deal, but it does help the rest of us out. Where did you get it? EDIT: Craaaaaaap
  14. Well the only reason I still took you seriously was because I knew you in real life. It's not the understanding that matters. If you were writing a resume and the employer found a spelling mistake in the first line, they're just going to throw the entire thing out.
  15. It might take down grammar a notch, but it certainly helps.
  16. For the sake of irony, can you keep him in the Bastille?
  17. Skillfully done Rocco! -applauds- Oh Dusty, how long did it take to put so many purple dots on Britain?
  18. It better be a mock trial, because any reasonable revolutionary wouldn't risk an impartial jury. Russia keeps the offer for King Louis being exiled to Russia. Also, a Russian jury is offered as an impartial jury, if the revolutionaries actually want one.
  19. I had this strange vision, of a Viking longboat sailing along the coast of the thirteen colonies. They spot a prosperous farming village in Pennsylvania and land, hefting large battle axes and showing how "musculus" they were for lifting such heavy weapons (Vikings played by Mather). Then a group of ragtag militia (played by Rocco) come out of the village with Brown Bess muskets and begin shooting at the Vikings, who drop their battleaxes and flee into their boat. They scavenge through their things, before coming up with rifles. A firefight ensues until the Vikings run out of bullets, while the militia are holed up in the village. Then the vikings sail away to continue their plunder elsewhere.
  20. This game began in 1776, and the current year is the winter of 1790.
  21. Russia celebrates the newly Revolutionised France with a grand musical performance in Saint Petersburg, with music from French composers.
  22. Russia suggests that Persia moves people to the coast rather than the coast to the people.
  23. That's not true! I use sarcasm all the time.
  24. North America, Rocco. :) Mather, I think you should ask Dusty about it first.
  25. It's different! This time, the king doesn't abdicate his throne, the nobles are exiled, and I'm sieging the heck out of his forces. So is he going to accept it? :D
