Hegemony
I am putting all the money that isn't spent on researches into my space fund. Basically it can only be used for the mission I described to Archi, and cannot be removed. That way, it won't be abusable in the way that you can save up money from decade to decade.

The Back Room
"Things that are good in ballroom dance competitions are good in war. Firstly you must coordinate with your partner effectively. Secondly you must appear strong and confident to the viewers. Thirdly you must be graceful when stepping on a competitor's foot.

That doesn't make any sense though. I've been posting quite a lot.

Dungeoneering
(Sorry, I have to go now) -Grim The stone quickly melts and joins the rest of the magma in the pool. -Tairn You manage to create a gleaming white bridge to the solid ground, but as its existence transcends any of the elemental magics, you have no clue whether it will hold or not.

-Kemios "A what? I know that some lunatics preach about strange creatures of bone and evolution, but I didn't expect it to come from you!" -Grim The magma seems far to hot to even remotely solidify it. The cold fire hawk turns into a hot fire hawk due to the magical properties associating fire in the volcano, burning your rump. -Tairn Thankfully Grim's goofyness only extends to burning your rumps, removing the need for a suppression barrier.

Dungeoneering
-Tairn and Grim Despite the traumatic experience, neither of you seems to be hurt that badly. When you manage to escape the confines of the rubble pile, the sight truly astounds you. The two of you seem to be in a huge cavern, the size of the volcano. A column of high grade lava is the centerpiece of the entire place, extending from the depths of the volcano to near the top, where little bits of it seem to be exploding into much large amounts of "normal" lava. Finally you snap out of your dazed state of mind, and notice that you are standing on a precarious chunk of granite roughly ten feet in diameter floating along the surface of the magma. Several more chunks of granite float idly by, and solid ground lies at the edge of the pond of lava. -Earth You arrive in a decent-sized room with channels cut into the floor. There seem to be two holes in the wall, plugged with two rocks, one basalt and one granite.
-
Dungeoneering
Basically the entire volcano is engulfed in a lava flow, and the only choices are to try and turn back, try to go up against thousands of pounds of molten rock, or go into that convienient burrow that the rest of the party found.
-
Dungeoneering
-Tairn The room begins to collapse, but your barrier manages to block the loose pieces of rock (see Grim's part). After a while, you are knocked out and awaken in a pile of rubble. -Earth You notice a huge influx of lava, which might be a problem to walking up the mountain. (Can someone explain what happened?) -Grim You pop the basaltic cap and a jet of lava streams out, filling the other half of the channels with lava before draining down into the floor. The entire room starts subducting into the volcano itself, and it begins to shake violently. Thankfully you are shielded by Tairn's shield. You are knocked unconcious after smashing into a wall, and awaken in a pile of rubble.

-Kemios "Ah yes, a phoenix...A very respectable choice, a very wise one indeed! You will need a jar with the ashes of something that lived a life of great virtue, valor, and courageousness. That will be the most difficult task. You will also need to obtain a fire orb of natural make." -Grim You pull out the granite plug, and a small jet of lava streams out of the hole. It follows an intricate path, eventually filling half of the ditches in the room, before disappearing into the floor below. A rumbling begins in the bowels of the volcano, and the roof begins to move. -Tairn The rock seem to fit fine in the ditches, but you have a feeling it's purely coicidence.

Dungeoneering
-Hui Your incredibly feeble attempt happens to knock yourself unconcious. -Hakon The lava begins flowing down the volcano, leaving the area near the burrow and around the rest of the adventurers unscathed. -Grim You switch to thermal vision temporarily, before discovering that the extreme heat of the volcano would render you blind if you stayed on thermal for long, so you change back. You arrive in a more cave-like room with jagged edges. There seems to be intricately carved ditches in the floor interweaving and heading every which way, including deeper into the volcano. You notice two holes seemingly plugged by rock. One seems to be some sort of granite, while the other seems to be basalt. -Tairn The room seems rather ordinary and normal in every way. You arrive in the next room (see Grim's section).

-Everyone entering the burrow After a seemingly long time in a rather narrow passageway, you emerge in relatively small room with a few rocky outcrops. Attached to the room is a narrow stairwell, leading further into the volcano. You detect nothing out of the ordinary in this specific room. -Tairn Through some magical inquiry and Grim's extensive knowledge into magic, you quickly realize that the "layers" of the underworld are sandwiched together. Like the lava in the rivers receives its heat from a lower plane, the aura of magic which was cast into the ground was absorbed into the lower plane.

Dungeoneering
-Grim The burrow grows large enough to fit a portly noble. -Tairn The adventurers feel a slight boost of assuredness in their ability to hit targets. +0.1 Black magic

Dungeoneering
Okay, I don't perfectly remember where everyone was, but I think they were all in the vicinity of the volcano. So. -Everyone With a hideous and gleeful laugh, the fearsome mage fired a huge wave of soot at the adventurers, before passing on towards the village. By the time the party recovered, the One had reached the top of the volcano. He turned and held his hands palms down towards the magma below, and a white elm staff rose from the depths of the abyss and returned to the One once more. He quickly turned to the adventurers, waved goodbye, and fell backwards into the volcano. Suddenly, the volcano begins to erupt and belch soot and smoke. Thanks to Grim's knowledge, he realizes that the volcano is a shield volcano, even though it is quite steep and jagged, and will erupt smooth and runny lava. And thanks to Mather's thinking, the party is informed of a small burrow in the volcano, maybe a place to escape the running lava?

Dungeoneering
Tonight, I'll be having a Dungeoneering session btw, if three people are interested. Please use common sense. If you are the only one on the tavern, then don't say you're here yet.

How do you find the "who posted there"?

Repair of the pretty continental defence walls that were ill-maintained by their European occupiers (cough cough) has been completed, and everything is all nice and jazzy now.

The End of the Beginning
Jen is rather astonished at the crazy jumping man. Regardless, she took a second masterwork arrow and began weaving her elemental crafts. Despite never receiving sorcery training in her entire life, Jen learned slowly from her experiences in the forest, and soon began to use the rhythms of the earth and nature in her hunting. Jen looses the arrow directly into one of the dragon's eyes. It was not a fatal wound, but it caused the dragon to reel backwards in surprise. Sensing danger, Jen stepped back out into the part of the cave inaccessable to the dragons, before sticking her arm out and magically retrieving the masterwork arrow from Earth's shoulder, and patching the wound.

The End of the Beginning
(I did? I had no clue how to say that an arrow was flying and he might've been hit, unless I made it obvious)

The End of the Beginning
(Maybe a campaign on entering a Drow city?) Jen leaped into the cave and spotted a host of dragons, and the flaming eye man. She fires a single masterwork arrow, specially designed for penetrating a dragon's hide. Suddenly, a crazy wild man jumps in front, almost in the path of the arrow...

The End of the Beginning
Jen followed Rashid from the canopy of the strange forest until he slowly entered the cave. She wondered if there was more than one dragon in the cave. Filled with greed, Jen notched her bow and moved siliently into the cave behind Rashid, hopefully not disturbing him.

The End of the Beginning
That would take a long time to find.

The End of the Beginning
In Russia, trees shoot you! (Unrelated) As Jen headed into the forest atop the various trees, she discovered a startling happening. The trees...shot...crossbow...bolts. Thankfully she was literally on the trees themselves and was out of range of the bolts, but it made her wonder what kind of forest she was in. Despite this, she pressed on, where she continued onward. Soon after, she saw a strange man with flaming eyes walking below her. Jen was incredibly curious, and followed quickly and quietly behind him. Unfortunately, the branches on the trees in the forest were not as sturdy as the occasional conifer in the North, and due to her misjudgement, a branch fell towards the fiery tempered man. ---- Is 14 good? I got a 9.

The End of the Beginning
Yes, a forest of trees shooting crossbow bolts... Not a bit overpowered in any way?

The End of the Beginning
Jen had heard tales of dragons from people all over the barren steppes of her northern homes. Occasionally a lone dragon would fly over her village during days of calm and bellow a fearsome yet proud roar, for everyone to hear. "Large they are! They travel in huge packs and pillage our homes!" "Bigger than a cow, and many times more dangerous!" "Valuable, profitable, rare. I'll give you a bag of gold, a fine house, twenty serfs, and a new horse if you can bring me one, dead or alive." "Majestic creatures. Very friendly. Don't believe the word of those who seek to destroy them. They are greedy and evil people." When she heard a roar once more, she knew immediately what it was, and thoughts of wealth filled her mind. A landowner...set for life. Jen quickly retrieved her best arrows from her pouch. She had once been given them by a neighboring village when she rescued a child from a bear's den. The gift had been paltry compared to the effort it took to track down the child, for she was only a teenager then, but now they had come in handy. Jen climbed stealthily from tree to tree towards her prey...

Manifest Destiny
Well it sorta fell apart after people started using five thousand favour every day, and such. I think I will try to make some system for it (and make it daily) so it moves at a nice pace.
