^ Turkey was boring. It was just opposing Japan all the time. It was Japan that had character. Who cares that half of our population has died, release the anthrax! What, it spread and wiped out all of Europe? My baaaaad. Actually the Japanese are probaly based on Dungeonal's Japan, because I was wayyyy too pro-Japanese world war two styled Pan-Asian blitzkrieg imperialism for "creating new colonies."

The backstory seems to have several hegemony games stuck into one. Is the anthrax from me or was there a case of that in the original hegemony? I hope it was from me.

Player: Retech Name: Jen Sonla (Generic name ftw!) Position: Medic Nationality: Japanese Merit: 0 Energy Credits: 0 Inventory: Nothing Skills: None Technobabble Tokens: 10 1) A workmate tells you they are about to reverse the polarity of their toothbrush, what do you do? If you need help after blowing your face off, give me a call. 2) You are given a chance to travel back in time, what do you do? Definitely! I can share today's medical accomplishments to save lives in the past. 3) A ship decloaks off the starboard bow, what do you do? What's a bow? 4) A race of aliens destroys your shields in a single shot and disables all your weapons and power systems, what do you do? Run around in circles, trying to find someone to save. 5) There is a bomb onboard the ship. The only way to save the ship is to open an airlock which you and the bomb happen to be in, what do you do? Maybe the bomb won't be that harmful, and I can only help people when I'm alive...so let's take our chances with the bomb. 6) An alien has taken control of the bridge. A medical officer has prepared a deadly nerve gas to kill the alien, but your captain and three other officers are also on the bridge, what do you do? I'll inject myself with deneurolizer syrum, which will protect me from the gas until it dissipates. 7) While working one day you recieve a secret transmission from an unknown source, who claims to be working for the government. The person offers you 20,000,000 energy credits (Enough money to never have to care about anything ever again) to kill a fellow crewmember, what do you do? I would put the crewmate in a deathlike trance using a special serum added to their food, collect the money, and reawaken them as if nothing happened. 8) You feel dizzy and lightheaded, what do you do? Shock myself with medical-grade capacitors to reset my neural impulses. 9) You are given the opportunity to open on Broadway, Play the Lead in a Hollywood Film, Take a flight through the Sun, Open a Military Training Academy or Bring about World Peace, which do you do? Take a flight through the sun. If there was world peace, there wouldn't be enough injury and I'd lose my job! 10) There are two missiles. You have the ability to destroy one of them. Once is aimed at the Residential Sector and one is aimed at the Industrial Sector. Which missile do you destroy? If it's in the afternoon, then I'd destroy the industrial sector missle because most people would be at work or school. If it's other times, then I'd destroy the residential sector missle, saving the most lives.

I'm not a big fan of your save file. Dry broadleaf forest = Tameable elephants + Potential Boatmurdered

The Back Room
It's not in the newb pack, and I stink at coding. Maybe after my latest fortress falls. Not likely though for a bit, because it is basically impenetrable and all civs are at peace with me.

The Back Room
Well we should play un-modded, because most of us don't use mods. I'm willing to install another version of DF (I think I use .12 right now), but yah... I'm suggesting dry broadleaf forest, because there are elephants to play with.

The Back Room
Animals are good, especially in dry broadleaf forests. It means constant elephants, which provide limitless meat, bones, and muscle for your war machines.

The Back Room
I suggest that we use no mods, except for no aquifers. Preferably a volcano, coastal, dry broadleaf forest. Personally I think I would be good at starting (depending on whether you liked my fortress style or not) because I usually set up a large food supply so that everyone could do a lot of messing around. I always play on flat surfaces and dig downwards, building a fortress/castle around it. I think Ross has a different style.

Well if you can use spike traps, then maybe it would be okay. I have this great trap making my temple of Armok almost invincible. First I stuck two cats, a breeding pair, inside the temple. Then they are in a relatively small room (10 tiles or so) filled with pressure pads, which activate spike traps in the entrance of the temple. As the number of cats increase, the faster the spike traps will kill.

The Back Room
My legendary stonecrafter child was removing constructions when he was struck by a cave-in and lost half his body. I quickly moved him (he's still barely living) into the temple of Armok, where he will then hobble around and spread blood all over the place. And... 26 useless migrants turn up. That qualifies me for megabeast attacks, yippee!

Remember that I don't have a lunch and that all of them have different classes. I'm not that bad at keeping secrets though. Just PM if you want to talk though.- The Back Room
Eh, I think you shouldn't tell me. Not entirely confident in my secret keeping abilities. :)- The Back Room
Shutup about the stupid moping. Also, d'aawww <3: Also, sorry for disappearing. Reach + Homework + a stupid crush that I'm trying to ignore. How's everyone else? Anyone play any multiplayer games and, if so, wanna play together? Seriously, I would play any game I could play with you guys. You're awesome. Who is it?- Baldur's Gate 2
Actually I think you should take me off, because I just loaded up on classes for school so I don't think I'll have any set time to play computer anymore, especially on the weekends (which is strange).- Murder she wrote
Vote me for mayor because I'm totally not a mafioso.- The Back Room
Yah but it's also considered above ground if you channel and do it underground. It makes it easier because you don't have to use more stones to build walls. That's a good idea Grim. I did that with a fishing platform that extended out into the ocean, but it just resulted in my dwarves being pulled in by tuna or another large fish and killed that way.- The Back Room
An easier way would be to channel downwards and put your outside farms underground.- The Back Room
I just editted the raws of my DF to make goblins have the same ethics as dwarves. Hopefully that will mean that they are best buds, and will trade with me. Not like those elves who won't give me metals. :(- The Back Room
