As much as I would hate to disagree with you on this subject, I think its quite the opposite. Pures (Zerkers in particular) have likley had to get toro's several times due to death in PvP. Because of this they have likely played tons and tons of games as different roles and thus know how the game works. Its more the skillers and other people who never had an interest in the game which prove to be difficult because they don't know how to play. Point being, Pures likely know what they are doing and they have a reason to win (because they want to get their torso's back). The only downfall is they may leave before wave 10 if they have achieved the points they needed. Point taken. Many of the pures may know what they're doing. But there are some who never knew and refuse to learn, as well as those just starting out and ignoring every word of instruction that comes their way. The only pures that go to BA, are Rune pures. Rune pures take time, effort and knowledge of the game to create, so from my perspective all rune pures should know the basics of what to expect.

Maybe because it has crappy defence bonuses. And fighter torso obviously hasn't, I mean, who wouldn't want to pk in something with def bonuses equal to an addy chain/plate! The stat of Slash on the Torso is +4 compared to the rune plate, and is the most common style of combat.

Hardest firecape ever, No init, ava's, God book with 55 HP + 70 Range getting it :) #6 Total.

Also, like to add that most "Mains" who could not afford use the BCP resorted to the Fighter Torso, so it's not mainly cause of pures. Oh the updated torso has a 62 to 66 Stab Defence bonus, -40 to -30 Mage Bonus and 0 to +30 Summoning Defence bonus.

We've decided to adjust the stats - putting the strength bonus back. This does mean that the other stats need to be reduced back to towards their original states (to balance it with other armour in the game). The prayer set bonus will remain on the armour. This is being to released into the game shortly (so will mean the worlds being rebooted). Hope you still enjoy playing the mini-game and the various other rewards and that this change keeps the torso of value. jagex is considering putting the +4 strength back, so quit ur trolling ANYWHOO can someone check whether or not a master penance horn = more experience gain while @ barb assault? i have no reason to believe that the penance horn is for anything but show, but u know, i'm curious Because if it's just for show, i'm getting lvl 5 healer and not bothering with anything else, teams always need healers more than other classes usually (at least they did back in the olde days :P) You do realize considering is not confirmed lol. I am a (near) Maxed 75 Attack Zerker pure I really love it but I have made a tank recently and am loving it even more. 1-39 Defence pures absolutely fail so hard... lol
