I know the professors from Beth Mardutho who designed the scripts, so that was like the first thing I tried. It doesn't work on Windows 7. Edit: Never mind, the installer wouldn't work but I was able to extract the file and install the alphabets separately.

Yep. There are many Islamic terror groups but also many of them, like Hamas and Hezbollah, have many innocent people caught up with them and also double as political parties [although even that aspect of them I hate]. And many people seem to make it sound sometimes as if all Middle Eastern people, let alone Muslims, support the militant factions. I for one have heard many people call the supposed "Hezbollah" (Party of God) Al Hezb-Al Shaytan (The Party of/for Satan). I found it funny though because the Patriarch of the Maronites called Hezbollah "the so-called Hezbollah" and they got extremely insulted. It's a bit hazey because not everyone in the group are crazy extremists who make acts of terrorism, but the group itself illegally hoards weapons, commits to terrorism and controls their own militia.

That looks like Nestorian and Estrangela.If it helps to give exact names, Estrangela Edessa (sometimes spelled Estrangelo Edessa) is commonly found on operating systems and is the default provided one, which I am not looking for. I am not particularly interested in Nestorian either (but thanks again). Serto Jerusalem (or any other version of Serto) is what I'm having trouble finding. Out of pure curiosity, how much of the Qu'ran and the books of the Old Testament have you read to intellectually state this? I agree but then again the Qu'ran is shorter, written differently, uses a later developed understand of God ("NT" God understanding vs. "OT" God) and has a few instances of aggression. I'm just curious to see if you thought that out or just felt like making a statement based on nothing.

So I'm having a bit of problem getting a certain alphabet onto my computer. I've been trying to get a specific alphabet used in Syriac (Aramaic) called Serto. Windows offers an alphabet called "Syriac" but that is known as the Estrangela form. There are certain programs around like Meltho Fonts, but they only seem to work on Windows 2000 (and I use Window 7). Also, all the attachments I've seen only work with IE and I have Firefox. It really depends on what I'm doing. If I'm typing in English, I'll think in English. If I'm with people and for instance we're drinking Arabic coffee, I think in Arabic. If I'm praying, especially if I hear the phrase "the words the Lord gave us" I think in Syriac. It was interesting once though because I was translating back and forth so quickly between Italian and English that I spoke English to the Italian people and Italian to the English people and thought correspondingly. I guess it was a result of overload. haha

The ACLU doing what they do best: fighting discrimination. I see the ACLU as the epitome of hypocrisy. They claim to be against religious discrimination yet they themselves are the largest discriminators in the country (if not, the world). Attempting to ban "Merry Christmas" is a step too far for me. If you claim to be offended by hearing the word "Christmas," than you're just a pro-troll in real life. And going around telling little kids that Santa isn't real is the biggest [bleep] move ever. It's not about believing in some myth, it's about childhood innocence and happiness. Finding out you got a gift "from Santa" is so much nicer than from your parents (as a kid, of course). If you take that away because you seem to think it has actual religious connotations to it, you're worse than a common racist. Also, I find it extremely ironic that they attempt to defend the First Amendment to no end, yet they force religious objects (e.g. a Crucifix or Star of David) to be taken down in public areas (even your desk at work). If that's not impeding on the first amendment, than I don't know what is. It's hilariously hypocritical to boast religious tolerance yet if anyone disagrees with the far Left politically, they go ape[cabbage]. But it's okay. You obviously have it all figured out. I don't want it built there. What? I'm a religious Maronite and a conservative and I'd rather see it built then not. So I haven't seen this posted nor did I find it through a quick search so I apologize if this topic was already fabricated/deleted. So I'm curious to see everyone's take on the mosque being planned to be built in the vicinity of ground zero. For those of you who haven't heard of it, although I'm sure mostly everyone has, Muslims are planning to build a mosque in several minutes walking distance from Ground Zero which has upset many people due to various reasons, many claiming such construction would be a slap in the face to the family of victims. So what is your opinion? If you believe it shouldn't be built, why not? If you believe it should be built, why so? I personally believe that the reason why so many people oppose the construction of a mosque by ground zero is because many Americans feel that would be a type of memorial for 9/11. This, however, I think is just paranoia and Islamophobia. Probably none of the Muslims involved with the construction of this mosque had anything to do with 9/11, nor probably supported it. Since 9/11 Middle Eastern people of every religious [and non-religious!] affiliation have been discriminated against, by verbal comments and assumptions. With that in mind, these Muslims just want a house of worship and it is protected under the US's policy of religious freedom to build said house. If they wish to do so, they have all right. However I always like to question, just because you have the right to do something, does that mean you should disregard the sensitivity of others? And my response is no [after all, that's what turn the other cheek is about, ignoring a small insult if it doesn't obstruct your personal operation under your ideals, it is quite classless to fight to be the one with the last word]. Quite frankly I think the Muslims should find a location situated sightly further away to be consider to people who think it will be a monument to 9/11, however to compensate for their consideration the new location should be purchased by the objectors and the old site would have to be reimbursed to the owner as well.

I find it a bit strange the guy from Al Kharid who sells boxes calls you by the title Effendi (my lord). A more accurate term of endearment would have been habib. But I guess the quest was pretty amusing overall. I liked how you could listen into Jessika & Korasi's conversations for more detail or continue on at will. I can see they're trying to make quests choice filled yet still revolve around the same plot. I use to hate how in every quest your allegiance was to Saradomin.

My schedule for this year, senior year, thank God last year of high school: Period 1: Art History AP Period 2: Calculus AB AP Period 3: Chemistry AP + Lab Period 4: English IV Honors Period 5: Italian IV Honors Period 6: Microeconomics AP Period 7: Senior Theology Honors Lunch time class: Theology Seminar I have a pretty bland schedule. I made the best out of what I could pick though. For my school being such a regionally well known high school it really lacks in specific/interesting classes. Oh well as a senior at least we get some nice privileges like double the lunch period of underclassmen, comfy uniform polos (they're made out of like jersey mesh instead of the underclassmen rice sack polos), we get to vote for our class blazer color (supposedly light blue, but everyone I talked to voted tomato red) and we get out in April.

I've been called a lot of things. Some idiots tend to see my realism as hopeless depression and deem me "emo", which it doesn't help that I also wear all black as a cultural/religious tradition. I use to be the stereotypical snobby rich kid in grammar school, I guess I'm still a preppy rich kid (no longer snobby, but many claim I'm an elitist). I like to think of myself as philanthropic intellectual leader who just so happens to have a ready access to funding. I don't really like to hear people attach my parent's income to what kind of person it makes me. Interestingly enough I once took a teen subculture/group position quiz a while ago and my result was the straightedge snobby group leader.

I myself go to Europe frequently, stay at the best and have no objections. But that's because I'm using my parents money who are voluntarily paying not my fellow countryman's. And I wouldn't tell my friend to stay in America instead of going to a foreign country because they'd be using their own money so I'd have no right to tell them so. Plus the President receives a wage and generally is a man of wealth, so I think he should pay all expenses for his wife. Do you get national financial assistance with your vacation costs? And its the type of attitude that 'its only a few hundred thousand dollars and not much so it doesn't make a difference' that causes a country to have debt. Every drop counts and in a country that emphasizes its equality of all people and lack of a monarch I find it funny someone who isn't an elected official can consume so many funds for their own enjoyment.

I'm sure many have heard of Mrs. Obama's vacation to Spain and I thought it would be an interesting topic to discuss in the current world situation. Article: Mrs. Obama's Vacation With the US having almost a 10% employment rate is it really right for Mrs. Obama to be taking a private vacation in a foreign country at a lavish instead of at least traveling locally and boosting local economy? It is right for her to be using hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars for her own pleasure? Quite frankly this is where I see a republic no better than an absolute monarchy because she is not even an elected official and yet she is harvesting obviously lavish benefits from the backs of the laborers. Should she have shown a little bit of restraint or is this acceptable? Discuss.

WTF. I had my MTK running for over 3 months now and you know how much I got (collected it just now)? 15 million... 3months? How's that possible, I went on vacation for 17 days and when I got back my MTK yielded a 7mil profit.
