I've got things like ties, a bow tie, a nice black pin stripe suit already (looking at a gray one as well at some point). I'm interested with the pocket square/flower thing though. That sounds like an awesome little addition. I've got a pretty nice Pulsar watch as well. More on the blazer, what's the difference between a Blazer and a Suit Jacket? That's my biggest question for you. I'm trying to create a new look for myself that I can get ready before running off to college, that's what my intent with this thread was way back when. Now I know more of what to look for. My goal is for a Nice overall look, sort of like these kinds of looks, not the full on suit and tie, but not sloppy. And I've got plenty of casual kicks, 3 colors of Converse, a pair of running/athletic shoes, and a pair of nice white shoes too. I just don't have a nice pair of dress shoes. So I'm starting to prepare a more classy college wardrobe currently a Senior in High School, and I'm curious about some of the "Timeless" pieces that people talk about. And also, how can I be a little "Risky?" I prefer well fit items (by well fit I mean not super large/baggy, not suffocatingly tight). - I have a wide set body type - For a rough estimate a Loose medium shirt, or a tighter large shirt, size 34 pants, shoes size 10 - 10 1/2 I'm thinking along the lines of getting some items like: - Black and Brown dress shoes - Black and Grey Dress Pants - Nicely fitting Khaki's - Multiple pairs of Dark Jeans (Live near an outlet place, get like $60 Nauticas for $20 :D) - Lighter colored Jeans - A Pair of white Pants - More solid colored shirts - A Cardigan is a big thing on my list Any help?

I can't take this post seriously, so I won't. fun fact: lrn2googlemudslinging. I loled at all those ads. I did say that I have no clue about American politics. I suppose the question I'm really asking is "Do these ads actually work?" If they don't, than that would put me at ease. Because of DAS (Dumb American Syndrome) the ads do work because of the stupid people who are uninterested in politics that see the slander ads and vote for who they think looks the best/sounds the best without looking into the details of it. That's why our government shifts from Republican to Democrat every election. That, and depending on how well the economy's doing determines the elections for the most part. When GDP is high and unemployment is low is a big decider as to how people view presidency's as being good or bad. Like when Clinton was in office, unemployment was low and there was high prosperity. Which is why he's regarded as a good president.

Will it work if we get a suit off the rack tailored? I'm curious because my only suit so far has been off the rack and the fit is kind of generic but I was wondering if its able to be tailored well for a better fit.

So I'm at a camp right now, and I'm terribly struggling at talking to girls here :/ I've never been away from home for this long, ATM I've been gone for a week and these girls are all just so different. I'm fine one on one but these girls are always in groups with the guys that are smooth as hell. I've got two weeks left here :/ Any advice "Guru's"?

It's no big designer tags but still. They send out 25% off entire order stuff like no ones business So I got this watch, never had one and it was 50% off so I thought why not? I think the biggest problem guys have on this thread (Self included) is the initial in with the girl for a multitude of reasons. My problem is that I know literally everyone at my high school :/ all 400 kids. Everyones got their social clicks that have been together for years and the girls I hangout with I've talked with them and none really sparked that much interest with me. I need to meet more girls outside of school, like I posted around the turn of the new year about advice with a girl that I took as a Blind Date to my schools homecoming. I blew that because I couldn't really tell that she was into me. I thought she just wanted to be friends, but looking back I realize that she did have interest in me (and is now with a different guy :mellow: ) If tomorrow when I went out and met a girl and it ended up in a long lasting relationship, I'd be the happiest man alive. I envy couples that are really close and are always together, always having someone to talk to, someone to be with. Bleh, I can't wait for college...

eh, I don't really like those as much tbh. They've got a bit of flash too them sure. We've just got different tastes :P
