Iconic, it does have relevance when you are attacked by russian motherships. And you CAN be an influential person in the countries areas, influencing actions taken by them. and HEll yes rivalries are a gameplay issue. I'm not a fan of a hegenomy, and people like the Dungeoneering style. HEgenomies don't last long nowadays.. Maybe a new combination,like my Overlording set? But more based off of Hegenomy than Dungeoneering.
