amazing isnt it, didnt this kick into overdrive in like last December or something, it looks like its we're backtracking on everything important that made runescape unique, Im making the prediction here that next we'll see a full downloadable client written in like c++ or something with J-ex a new scriptish tab/window/frame to give easy convenient access to various commonly used actions I suppose only time will tell ... hmm, perhaps we should interrogate time :-? Not really since all cutscenes are cinematics and we have hundreds of them. really?, i could've swore everything was cutscenes

Seems kind of selfish tbh :???: this made me laugh holiday items breed selfishness(well, post santa anyways, the others entwined in greed) <_< think about it: you have an item that could only be obtained from a single event, so if you create the account after the event your stuck out of luck not only that but you have to log in during the event to get it they're pretty much the only items that are like, "i got this and you can never have it, no matter how hard you try" anyway, i voted broach because i thought it'd be fun to sit in the wildy or other desolate places like burg de rott and yell at people as a pile of bones "Hey you, ya got a band-aid?"

lets take some guesses: :^_^: Elemental (Air, Earth, Water, Fire) - Shield the basic tools for any mage to protect themselves, used in all standard spells Mind - Helm - most peoples minds are in their head, though for some that's debatable Body - Body Um, the ribcage and its corresponding... If you need an explanation here, you don't deserve one Cosmic - ??? pants, because we all know that's where some people's universe resides Chaos - ??? ring or cape because we already have gauntlets or cape because its the least stable thing your wearing Nature - ??? gloves or boots because we plant things with our hands or our feet are always on the ground Law - ??? boots or gloves, really put your foot down or the long arm of the law Death - ??? if this isn't a weapon, I'd be surprised, come taste my deadly soft cape of , not just death, EVIL DEATH, [insert evil laugh]!!!! Blood - ??? cape or ammy, a cape is free flowing and goes all over your body, like a cloak, or an ammy rests close to your heart Soul - ??? pretty much same as above, but the ammy is closest to your center

i think i'll give my two bits of opinion into this: my guess is the ritual site, with it being pretty much right next to the wilderness do you think jenneca's ring and the spirit world could come into play, i mean the old man at the barrows knows about it and he showed a more interesting side of himself in temple of sennestian, what do you think the chances are? spirit -- soul some speculation, perhaps the Mahjarrat ritual stone may be the soul alter in the spirit world, just a thought i remember hearing about the moonclan creating the altars, but i forgot where, could someone tell me where it was brought up(official- where ingame or what lore or what postbag) about the moonclan and runecrafing altars for the person who was asking about how they could get to some altars i haven't been to the temple of light yet, but as far as the vampires at the blood altar go, the moonclan can already read minds actively, so it might be possible for them to send false messages to the vyres mind-reading (vyres seem to think we're worthless cattle so why would they expect any human to be able to read minds) and for the elemental cape, i don't find it all that unbelievable, we have an obsidian one after all, although i think cosmic cape sounds more appealing just my thoughts

heres how i see it: we're adventurers, not mystical scholars who've devoted their life to the study of magic and all its intricacies we're given a spellbook that tells us how to preform specific spells, we're not exactly the brightest crayons in the box. i see it as at the beginning of the game we've effectively memorized the whole spellbook, i see us as just going through the motions without knowing whats going on under the hood, and as adventurers thats good enough for us( i can use magic, YAY!!!!), because we ,as I see it, took the time to memorize the whole thing we weren't exactly given a set of super complicated, intricate spells, inferring that perhaps the enchant onyx bolt spell is equally simple, mearly creating a channel for their life force to flow into us. on the other hand ancient magiks is infused into our memory so the castings can be far more complicated because we're not going through all the motions of memoriizng it, with it instead being written directly to our brain, guthans is in the same boat because its not some novice jack of all trades creating the enchantment from a blueprint for everyday use but a master/grandmaster/god? of mythical arts custom crafting an enchantment for a specific purpose (war?), this would allow for far more complicated enchantments/spells. perhaps where onyx bolts just create a channel from their life force to yours, blood spells and guthans may simply grab whatever energy is there, be it their soul, lifeforce, or whatever energy field is keeping them animated, and convert it to a type of regenerative energy that is then infused into our blood which ships it out to the damaged portions of our body like the good transportation network it is =================================================================================================== so to sum it up: guthans was made by something with magical experties and as such as a far more powerful and complex enchantment than we could manage ancient magiks were infused into our mind and as such can be far more complex since we didn't have to learn them or understand them onyx bolts are made by ... US! we learned the enchantment and it has to be simple to be readily usable by a people out to explore and help( or harm as the case may be) the world for fame(infamy) and/or rewards(loot) thats my interpretation of it anyway |^_^|

i doubt it, most of the ones i've seen seem to be saying they're going to quit
