Actually, this isn't a problem, going into court. I have an alibi, with Volta and Albert as witnesses. There's no motive, if they look through my records they'll find that I am incapable of so much as defending myself with firearms, hence I had no reason to break in. The prisoners were escaping when said crime was committed, they could easily have wanted to rearm themselves. I even have other charges to plead guilty to, one involving the assault and temporary death of a senior officer, so they'll know I'm not trying to get off free. I could probably even successfully pin it on Vasily, if I wanted, though Archi wouldn't have him punished.

Mather, it did a whole lot of nothing. Aside from that, Nero, why did you have to place the blame on me? Why not pin it on the Kalinka or escapees?

Cavalry sabres might be the closest thing in warfare? I don't know, seems closest.

Lee. Stop being stupid. :P Perfectly fine to post just about anything you want in here, seems. Also, for my drawing, the bottom right corner is the bottom of a robe, the upper left is a semi-wing thing with its base at the shoulder of the figure. They have long, draping sleeves and are holding a sword.

Selling bicycles? Hrm... :-k You could always join your local SCA, Grim! It's either The West Kingdom or Caid, Probably. Finding your local SCA My branch has Practical Fencing, Show Fencing, Throwing Weapons and Heavy Fighting. Everything from daggers to claymores. One of the fencing sabre-thingies is more like a longsword, and could probably slice you in half if it was sharp. :-# Also, my once-crush friend seems to be getting into more arguments at the lunchtable than before. I'm starting to wonder if giving her knives was a bad idea in even more ways. Not that I think she'd actually flip out that much, of course. Probably.

Here's my favourite so far. Also, random artsy photo.

I've been messing about with sketching. Can't draw faces, pants, or feet. Hands are fine, arms ok, I'm getting better with body shape, wings so-so, but I such at drawing much other than robes for the bottom parts of clothing and feet I just have trouble with. Might be able to do them without shoes, but maybe not. My style also consists of (arguably) artistic scribble and scratch; parts of a picture or the whole thing will be vague, undefined, and maybe hard to see as intended. That's mostly with pencil though, with pen I've been getting much more defined in some parts... though again bits of my doodles devolve into black clouds. That's partly intentional. I have one really good but odd one... lemme see here...

I've been working on my art talents too, not that good of course, but maybe I'll try to design a fighter or something!

As soon as possible, I will be looking into a personal fighter vessel. Nothin' but a good old fashion, bristling-with-weaponry, one-man gunship. Also, I think that Dusty's violence in the last game was because his position was usurped. He generally doesn't go trolly if he has command of a situation, I don't think. For my position in the crew, I think I'll primarily stick to the Colony. I'll be acting as a sort of squire and support to Jeremiah as well, watching his back and such on missions.

#-o That was D&D, though I suppose this game could have the same problems. I never said I was better than you, and I do wish I'd pick up my own lazy ass and wander around town taking pictures or something. Photography is one of the few outdoor activities I find very interesting, I've got some really cool sky pictures.

Hey, it's YOUR blood. Better to have it back in your system. :P

I'm out. Sorry, but no SRD, and a system that looks more tossed-together and complicated than Pathfinder is simply unapproachable.

Also, everyone shot you last game Mather. Hell, when I blew up that transport of ours, I got 10 merits because you were caught in the blast.

 Honestly I don't mind this all that much. So long as Retech is one of the Captains, and Ico the colony manager. Equal votes would make SI a separate entity as well, I imagine, I don't want anyone lording over him this time, fun as it was for me.

I'm going out on a limb and assuming that it's fun to try and cast you in a bad light. :P You're a good leader, but you're also the kind of leader who would genocide an entire species for looking at you funny. Hence the need for a higher authority.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're doing it because people don't want to make a worthless vote, and they probably won't click to see who voted for who before changing to the leader. That and you don't want to support an opponent.

The hell is everyone voting for Nero now? He can be leader, but if we vote for SI then he won't control us against our will. And you realize that a vote for yourself is not counted, Nero.

What do you mean, Zombie Apocalypse? That's not even close to my Zombie Apocalyspe contingency plan! :P

Hence why I want Nero as Captain under SI. 'Cause he was a good commander, but I don't want him to do something utterly unacceptable without us being able to do anything.

And I almost subdued Nero singlehandedly, but we decided that I would probably kill myself too and he let me go. Honestly, though, I had the means and the intent to literally rip his ship in half and detonate the core reactor to take out the drones. I'm pretty sure that's one reason the Terrans aren't fond of Psions. :D

Let's review, in roleplay terms. We shouldn't really be voting on any other basis. Mather: Servile, adheres to protocol over orders. Researcher. Possible colony manager. Nex Disqualified SI: Actions by consensus, omnipotent, exploitable. AI. Possible management/captaincy. Lynx Removed by request Resistance: Strict, lacks empathy. Settler. Possible management/captaincy. Stork: Practical, belligerent. AI. Possible captaincy. Grim: Possibly insane, potentially volatile. Researcher. Unsuitable for management Ico: Moderate, practical. Settler. Ideal colony manager. Ross Disqualified Earth: Apathetic, possibly insane. Engineer. Unsuitable for management. Retech: Practical, nondescript, loyalist. AI. Recommended captaincy. Nero: Loyalist, potentially volatile, dangerous to superiors. Tactical. Possible captaincy. Mask: Possibly delusional, uncaring. Medic. Unsuitable for management. Paul Psyche evaluation unavailable Drake Psyche evaluation unavailable So, options are: Colony Manager: Mather, SI, Resistance, Ico. Captaincy: SI, Resistance, Stork, Retech, Nero Remembering that WE SHOULDN'T BE MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON LAST GAME, I would vote Ico for Colony Manager because he can be trusted to do what's best for the people, Retech for Captain because he can be trusted to make intelligent and practical decisions, and SI for Captain because we don't want to be potentially made helpless by an abusive commander. I think Dusty should be First Officer under SI, with no more vote than the rest of us but command unless outvoted by the majority. Resistance could potentially act as Retech's First Officer, with command if Retech is not present. - Last one to post wins
