Me neither. And is it just me, or do the horses in Mo Creatures go into an unending spiral when you move the mouse to the side?

Mather, I believe the conclusion was that his mind processed pain differently. I believe he could still feel some sort of sensation, but it wasn't inhibiting. It's an extraordinary mutation, most likely, even more so from the chance that a pain-inhibiting mutation and one nearly forgoing bleeding would both occur in one individual. Stan Lee's superhumans is quite an interesting show. What reminded me of it, and the man in New York, was your mention of the Finnish man who can endure heat. He was featured as well.

Mental... Not defined as 'insane...'

Might be interesting.

Purely mental Psionic techniques, I would imagine, are extremely dangerous if you mishandle them. Chi may even have a bit of a point, with personality bleed and such. Psionics is not exactly a defined science if I am correct, and most anything is possible along one line or another in every slice of life. And it is, in fact, possible to be resistant to pain. One particular individual, somewhere in New York I believe, is capable of pushing a sharp rod of metal in one side of his arm and pulling it out the other. He does not bleed, either. It was put to the test, and determined to be a true physical trait rather than illusion. He can do it to multiple sections of his body, and you can actually see through the hole.

... Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are sane nihilists are there not? Anyways, I may or may not participate in these next two sessions. This disease has really floored me, and for some reason taken away my tolerance for electronic games among other things. It also is making me type in a bit of an odd fashion, and making me talk in Yoda-esque fashion. I certainly seem to catch odd viruses, or at least experience interesting - if uncommon - side effects.

I know someone named Keegan. He has tricorn hair. Anyways, I suggest you look into the White Noise webcomic Wits. Not sure if you'd like it or not, but it's cool and has a genetically engineered furry who kicks ass.

Seems a lot of my classmates read manga, though the only one I've heard of from there is Fruit's Basket. It was read by a wierd lady's man sort of guy. There was also one with a talking bear I couldn't help but associate with Soviet Russia. I think it was even wearing a military officer visor-hat.

Home sick. Really sucks. How are you folks?

The Back Room
Do you know what sucks? Being so caught up in a fever that you can't move your arm to change the channel.

You know, I think I like your idea of Psionics only being specialists after all. The more we have, the less emotionally influential they will be. I mean, tossing thunderbolts is all well and good, but if it's something the enemy is used to then there will be more countermeasures. I'll try not to deploy the Kinesis Gear too much, just save it as a surprise.

Bwahahahaha! This means you either have to do a session today, Archi, or face massive accumulating session-debt! Lemme get Retech to work up the figures...

Call of Duty 7: Black OPs
Eh, whoops, can't remember what I was thinking at that moment but I believe you are correct. :P

Battlefield Discussion Thread
Discussion on CoD generally seems to be primarily rants. About the weapons, about the developers, about the players, and so forth.

Yay Wisp is back! :) Hegemony is a bit of a dead horse, though there may be those who disagree. Space is fun, it's really in a category of its own, but it's your choice as to whether or not you give it a try.

It is worth trading your soul for. Just don't get it for the PS3, broke my heart when the community died. And when the guy I always played Squad Deathmatch with died. But those are unrelated.

That's quite the phrase; "If they aren't ticking the trigger is digital." Appropriate. EDIT: And I thought Ross ran sessions on Wednesday recently? Seems like it might work better, less mod burnout.

Call of Duty 7: Black OPs
Heh, back in MW2 I would get massive killstreaks with a knife and pistol. Enemies seem to target the far-off guy with the noob tube before the guy running right towards them with a knife. I got a kickass Final Kill-cam once, wish it had been recorded. :P

Call of Duty 7: Black OPs
It seems I've found my specialty. Light machine guns FTW! Normally I have a horrible Kill/Death ratio, but a Stoner got me 23/12 in Free-for-all.

Asgardians are the master race. >.> But yeah, I mean I'm TFed as well. Just don't like the sound of high lord admiral Dusty. Are we having a make-up session today?

... Are you sure that's how it goes? I thought it was the King said to chop the baby in half, and the real mother was the one who objected.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gEAuyDaH7A&feature=related Demon's Souls makes you want to cry in so many different ways. Usually, cry with rage. Not so for the section of the game this music goes to.
