  1. Granted, and there was much rejoicing, though the poor trolls got stomache aches. I wish I could practice with my throwing axes in the back yard; currently anywhere I set up the targets is likely to injure someone on the ricochet.

No, Mather, you will most certainly not. I'd sooner give SI absolute control, which I must say is an idea I actually quite like, assuming Dusty can't walk in and completely reprogram him. I am willing to act as Captain, at least in name, though someone else should step up as well to provide a guiding force. Won't hurt to have two people balancing each other either.

Gavrill issues forgotten, ICU might make a fair Captain. He might give the Unity purpose, whereas I would serve as little more than a manager. Honestly Ross has always been the best choice, and Nero in the beginning, but the former seems to dislike his post and the latter is obviously not a choice. EDIT: A Democracy may work, ICU, but I feel like there might be unforeseen issues.
  4. Granted. The world is struck by eternal winter. I wish all medications were rose-scented.
  5. What the hell are you talking about, Earth? And please, be tolerant of any abnormal behaviour in these next few days. I'm on a form of steroid inhaler, antibiotics, and a narcotic. Plus anything that smells of roses must be evil.

Depending on the conditions in the new system, it might be interesting to see a sort of 2025 thing going on. A sort of rather more ideal than usual black-market mentality, sort of scrappy ships, more ground combat, and so on. Sort of 'as humanity rebuilds' and our relations with any native beings and Dusty's motley crew, when and if they arrive.

Meh. We just need a good storyline to get us back on track. Dusty's good at ruining games, but Archi's Space is better than that. Almost certainly.
  9. Hrm, a rose scented nasal spray. Seems that the more serious the disease, the less horrid the medication.
  10. Granted. I wish for more throwing axes.
  11. Well, c'est la vie. Getting put on 5 separate medications, evidently, should be interesting.
  12. The bastard child of insomnia and whooping cough is getting me sent to convenient care at the local hospital, with any luck I'll be back in time for today's session.

Prospekt, how could I forget! EDIT: Speaking of the website, is my Psych analysis really that difficult? Must be those darn Psionics complicatin' things. :P

I suggest we stop talking tech with the enemy. That aside, if there is or ever will be some reasonable method of research, I am leaving the Unity. Dusty is an almighty [puncture] who won't stop messing things for you even when he's not an adversary, and the Unity command structure is composed of logistical incompetents. As for the rest of the crew, they're either next-to-useless resource drains or too trigger-happy to approach combat in an intelligent fashion. Ok, well, not all of them. But most of the regulars. I'm inclined to just go on Asgard with comms-lizard.
  15. I was actually going to let you guys get it. I was considering getting on my white-name joke account to help. >.>
  16. Is it Ribbons, Shiny?
  17. <_< You're worse than OT, Shiny. EDIT: And Who. You too.
  18. Pfft. On Monday I'm leaving knives in a girl's mailbox. [hide]Not in an insane-murderer-calling-card sort of way.[/hide]
  19. Good idea- count to ~10~ before a user posts! BONUS ROUND!
  20. Getting what game Dax? :| I liek gaemz. :ugeek:
  21. NOOOOO YOU ACCURSED BEAST! YOU HAVE RUINED OUR PROGRE- ... Oh, wait. Really though that didn't seem quite fair.
  22. They have "Speculation:" over that screenshot, of course it's not official. :P

I really don't know why we designed it the way we did in the first place. We need some sort of helmet-mask system similar to modern airplanes and my Psionic technology can be used for an uplink vastly superior to whatever the hell it is that you cobbled together. EDIT: One today Dusty. And Ross, about the Shell device. Do you not consider an exponentially expanding, self-maintaining resource generator useful?
  24. What's it from then?
