I don't feel like spending one session in every solar system before moving on, nor do I feel like going on a genocidal spree against all the rest of the universe under a jackass Admiral. They cannot control my brain. Even if you could come up with legitimate reasoning enough to make it plausible, I of all people would certainly manage safeguards.
