  1. My town is good at three things as well: Music Theatre Academics There's our top-spot choirs, Running to Places, Cornell, Grassroots... It's an interesting town to say the least. My school also had a 'follow your dreams' seminar thing yesterday, which was surprisingly good (and took up the whole six-hour schoolday), but by far the best part was my friend Alex being handed the mic and saying he wanted to get rich and spend the money in support of Communist brotherhood. Beforehand the speaker had said not to laugh at anyone's dreams, no matter what they were, but even he was bent over laughing.
  2. Coldplay. I'm a vague fan of Parov Stelar, Crystal Castles, andthe Gorillaz. I also like choral music, especially acapella. :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=28GUU1YbP_E
  3. So are we restarting Space then? And what's this you say about electrifiying the bloom...? I quite like electrical weaponry, and it sounds like it would fit my Kinesis Gear/CSF-VOL.
  4. *Sigh* You guys... disturbing content one moment, Fridge Brilliance the next.
  5. Giving someone a gift. Bad things happening because it was ill-thought-out.
  6. Granted. It was a delicious compression of all the world's evil, and I am now hailed as a hero for cleansing the world of violence, hate, and every other bane of man's existence. Did I mention it was a really good cookie? I wish people kept to themselves any negative thoughts pertaining to interpersonal relations.
  7. I made Jen once, her character sort of spelled the name, with a curving staff, billowing robes, and a raised arm. It was one of my best drawings, but my math teacher threw it away. *Sigh*
  8. They weren't anonymous, I asked her if she would like them for Valentine's. I was out of school and could barely walk, otherwise I would've tried to find a way to give them to her myself. And I wouldn't give her anything else on Valentine's other than the knives, the knives were meant to be a gift between friends no matter how we feel about each other. I don't want to burden her worrying about my feelings, or about whether she should accept the gift.
  9. Love is putting knives on someone's doorstep on Valentine's Day. Though she liked them, it was altogether an ill-thought-out idea. <_<
  10. Love is an inexplicable, illogical attraction or affection towards an individual. Computers are smarter than that. :P And YAY! Rocco's alive!
  11. No way to conceal my bastard of an Heirloom Weapon, either. :D And you don't think wearing several scarves at a time will- Wait! I know! I'll set the Bladed Scarf against the Reinforced Scarf, where it won't do any damage, wrap that around my shoulders as a sort of, wear the pockets as another layer, then wrap the normal scarf around my neck and face. Brilliant! But I can conceal the Spiked Chain as well, it's not as if you can't case it in leather and use it as a belt. Choices, choices... The real question here, though, is whether to keep the Hand Crossbows. They might be useful, but would a different sort be better?
  12. Off to the great beyond. Who needs the Unity, anyways? If I find a Hazudra taping a bomb to my ship, I'm using them as a figurehead. Captain-on-the-run Faust, signing off forever.
  13. You're right, Grim, now that I think on it. A full-steel throwing axe is much different than a tomahawk with a wooden haft, despite any similarities in shape. Moving on. Should I switch out the Hand Crossbows, and should I keep the Spiked Chain or the Bladed Scarf? I'm starting to wonder exactly how I'll wear four scarves at once, I already do damage against grappling opponents, and the Spiked Chain does more damage. Alternatively, I'd take suggestions for any other Martial or Exotic weapon that's either double, light, or usable with Weapon Finesse.
  14. Seems like it was spikes all along the whip... But looking things up, apparently a real-life Sica is very different from a Shotel. I suppose it doesn't matter, I don't get Weapon Finesse on one handed weapons anyways. I do want to know if they can count as Daggers for concealment though. :twss:
  15. I really don't think it makes sense for just miniaturized weapons. The whip and scorpion whip are much less similar, yet they both count under the same feat.
  16. Retech, I don't think that's what he meant by fitting your character. EDIT: Grim, just forget it. Stuff the damn animal companion concept, that was my only opportunity anyways. Also not answering my other question.
  17. Not servant, I was going with some story of having lifted one out of a foreign black market. Meh. http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services/livestock *Sigh* Are you willing to give a cost? Why would a Pseudodragon need money anyways? "This blade is a smaller, lighter version of the shotel." I'm pretty sure that counts, the SRD doesn't mark things as it should sometimes... Like the nonfunctioning links under Goods and Services, or the exclusion of the Bladed Scarf's 10ft maximum melee range. EDIT: Where the heck are you guys getting all this information anyways? I don't see any Elven Spiked Chains...
  18. #-o OH LOOKIE! THAT DRUID HAS A TARRASQUE FAMILIAR! Anyways, my post?
  19. Damnit. Pseudodragons are bought or hired, for 200gp, and are more like hirelings or cohorts or whatever than familiars. As for the Exotic Weaponry, whoops on my part. I'll replace the Swordbreakers and Butterfly Knife with normal Daggers, and drop the Thorn Bracers. The rest I need recommendations on for what to keep (as many as three), and I would also ask the GM if both the Shotel and Sica (since the latter is just miniaturized) are both included under Shotel proficiency. Oh, and I'm taking a Boar Spear to make up for the loss of my other weaponry.
  20. Most of it I have stuffed in the saddlebags, only the equipment and weaponry is carried constantly (though it might be switched out for heavier loads). A Pseudodragon is basically the housecat of the dragon world. It's about the same size as a housecat as well. They're as intelligent as I am, and can speak Draconic telepathically (maybe verbally as well).
  21. I am coming back as a Rogue, old Seluphar stayed behind to help the Half-Nymphs partly out of guilt and partly out of annoyance at his companions. He also lost Nattercain somewhere along the line, and my new character found him (I'm still paying the cost, though). I'm going to be less of a party face this time, and more of the sneak/I-can't-believe-you-had-a-plan-for-that person. 1000 starting gold and a comb through the SRD can do amazing things. Point out any problems you see. EDIT: Altered the scores for higher damage and to avoid encumbrance. EDIT: Seriously, feedback pwease. :P Info V [hide]Ability Scores: Strength: 16 Dexterity: 19 Constitution: 11 Intelligence: 10 Wisdom: 9 Charisma: 12 Feats: Two Weapon Fighting Weapon Finesse Exotic Weapon Proficiency Traits: Armour Expert Heirloom Weapon Let's see, for weapons we have: Meteor Hammer (Heirloom) Bladed Scarf Spiked Chain Butterfly Knife Hand Crossbow (x2) Thorn Bracer (x2) Swordbreaker Dagger (x2) (Possibly a Boar Spear, Garotte, Battle Poi, and/or Shotel+Sica as well) For armour and bodywear: Studded Leather Pickpocket's Outfit Barbed Vest Adventurer's Sash Masterwork Backpack Cleats Scarf Pocketed Scarf Reinforced Scarf Springloaded Wrist Sheath (2) Animals: Light Horse (Combat Trained) Pseudodragon Miscellaneous: Tear-Away Peasant's Outfit Entertainer's Outfit Military Saddle Saddlebags Swarmsuit Earplugs Smoked Goggles False Jewelry Poison Pill Ring Signet Ring Crowbar Masterwork Thieve's Tools Signal Horn Silent Whistle False Manacles Waterproof Hooded Lantern Small Steel Mirror Flint and Steel Sealing Wax (3) False-Bottomed Cup (5) Glass Bottle (5) Weapon Cord (8) Caltrops (10) Charcoal (10) Oil (10) Parchment (10) Folding Chair Portable Ram Fishing Net[/hide] EDIT: Feel free to ignore the Miscellaneous items list, I kinda went insane. 22. No, I meant you literally did not seem to pay attention to what I was trying to do. Your character is undefined enough that it's not going to manifest much else other than greed and spite, and Earth didn't make a character. I just don't want to have to deal with it, which is what being your diplomat means.
  23. No, it's because I'm tired of dealiing with people who just won't listen. And Earth. Mostly Earth. Oh, and Jen too.
  24. Have a fun time, I won't be playing any longer.
  25. I like the bard concept in all instances, but last time I tried to make a Druid.
