What does full penance have to do with the horn? full horn+ upgraded horn= longer lasting till the horn is empty= longer time period of double xp for mining, fm, or agility

+1 All the quests you can stand. Good to knock them down and get the xp rewards sooner than later. Achievement diaries are also nice motivators to train skills (especially with the addition of the elite ones). ya, i love doing quest but havent gotten around it much lately, and i do like those acheivment diaries... hope to get my qp before any 99s

those are my stats, im getting 60 dg, summoning, prayer, slayer, and 70 mining. after that i dont know what to do, im thinking about getting 69-70 herblore or 80-84 mage, probably gunna do some major questing, but what do you guys think i should do? after the prayer and mining i should have around 12-13millish, and thats just money, i dont have armour
