i love the cat thingy..... Anatomy is off...the hands are especially anatomically incorrrect his pex seem more like breasts than like muscles, and other than that the only muscles visible are his biceps....no shoulder muscle, no neck muscle, no tricep, forcep,abs or anything... his forearms need to be longer and hands need to be larger...he would also look better with five fingers... more of his neck needs to show, and he needs larger shoulder muscles (between neck and shoulder joint), and he has no jaw line at all..its a curve...jawlines are not a curve... he is twisted VERY odd like...he has ratrher wide hips for a man...his lower torso is extremely feminine

ok fine i wont say it again but A. you can tell the difference, line tool, dodge and burn, and gradient all look completely different...... (i know in your newest one you didnt.. but 2/3...i mean...) B. you have said you used it before, but now you say you dont...a little confusing there.... C. i care whether i get on some random egotistical teenagers nerves that i dont know why? yeh...kthx bye

you use dodge and burn, last time i checked you cant do that in paint :wink: but yes gimp paint and GG are all free and good programs...GG and gimp are good because they have various brush shapes, sizes..they also have layers and opacity which is helpful

why did you already get maya? there are plenty of free progs for beginners....i suggest like jab said doing your own polygons...and make a few low poly items from scratch...youll get better...work on basics then work on details...good luck though, but 10,000 usd....is a little much for starting a hobby

i tried to fix his muscles..this is just an example, i know its not perfect the guy on the far left is in an impossible position.... the one on the far right looks odd right now too im guessing the legs are just a guide right now..... and your proportions are quite off....and your heads are circles....dont mix realism with cartoonism...it doesnt look good...i know the head i drew sucks...it was the circle tool, ut imo it still looks better

now just remember that doesnt make it any better.... draw in real life, it helps, ALOT its simple, no detail, the wrong kind of shading perspective is way off......as are proportions

i reccomend learning to draw before you learn how to pixel...it will help you ALOT with anatomy and detail right now, you sig lacks the following shading (gradients dont make good shading) Detail (well.. it just not detailed) Action (i understand it is a wip...but still his pose is just....he CANT be attakcing or defending or anything in that pose) A good pose (line tool=your enemy) Proportions

the clothing looks ALL messed up, i dunno what it is, maybe you made your random folds too random, and they are in areas folds couldnt happen also, her face is very masculine.... couldnt tell it was femal at first glance ...your sword is broken, its at an angle

dithering? lol and thier nose is too small.. their eye may be a tad too small also
