Steam has both mass effect 1 and 2, and right now they're on sale for $5 each. My PC isn't exactly the greatest for running games on it unfortunately. But the way the ps3 version of ME2 was set up, I pretty much made all the more major decisions in ME1 before actually starting ME2.

Got Mass Effect 2 for ps3 (I don't own an xbox, so unfortunately, no Mass Effect 1 for me). But wow, they really accommodate the ps3 players at the start of ME2. Been playing it non-stop for the past few days. I've never been so immersed in a game before. Almost 20 hours in, and not a single moment has screamed dull to me.

Then nope. :(

I'll talk to Stork about it. I'm willing to bring it back with a few minor restrictions, but I'm still a bit doubtful that this would be a positive maneuver. Also, more feedback from the rest of the Taverners on the matter would be appreciated as well.

As long as I can still have fun while playing without friends (they all play mw3 and ONLY mw3) then I'd probably get it. The bf says it's considerably less entertaining when you don't have friends to play with though. So I think I'll hold off till a later date. But glad to know I can still play by myself online anyway. lol

Sale's almost over on Amazon for BF3. I still can't decide if I want it or not. Is it possible to play by yourself while online (aka, not having a dedicated team) and still be able to contribute to the team anyway? That'll probably be a deciding factor, because I don't know anyone who plays it personally.
