From the line below we will not discuss the overpowering of Mathers race. Mather, you are trying to big yourself up, please stop. Rocco, your not being that friendly. Arch will depower your race. Archi, Is my race ok? Ooh, a triangle! :) :) :) Line of lack of discussion. _________________________________

Rocco summed up what I was trying to say. Grim, I like your race more than Mathers race though. Mather, lets not focus on meaning of words. your a Quagaity Qwoo!!! Archi, is my race ok?

Capslock signifys a certain type of person and your acting like that sort of person now. Why don't you come up with another race, I also dislike the fact that your copying stargate; I may be copying futurama a little bit but atleast I've changed and adapted and been a little creative with it. Edit: Mather, no you wouldn't - You'd be the evil guy right from the start because your so overpowered.

Rocco: I am playing with my reasonable race and doing pretty well. Nex: I am playing with my reasonable race and doing pretty well. Edel: I am playing with my reasonable race and doing pretty well. Mather: RAGGHHHH!!!!!! BWAH, UNKILLABLE!!! BWAH CAPSLOCKCAPSLOCK
  6. Oh dear god I need to try that, I know what you mean about the lemon being sour but being nice because of sweet; if you look at pancakes. I think its probably just lemon extract, sugar and heat. (he probably also licked the one you ate)

Well, they can't psionically communicate and don't really have a mouth, infact in my origional drawings they had a human like mouth but I thought it was a bit weird. They can't really communicate with gestures and such so I guess there mutes :P. i think a sort of vibrating stick on the end of the brain could vibrate and make understandable noises, of course english couldn't be pronounced; there language would be buzzz-buzzz-buzzzzzzz-zzzz-zzzz-buzz-buzzzzz.

    Oh [cabbage]!!
  10. Uh, it's not more reliable at all. Invision is much more customisable with the new hooks system etc.. Unless of course you have some evidence for your claims? I suppose it probably isn't more customisable its about the same but it is certaintly more reliable, PHBB doesn't rely on Javascript and doesn't have searching problems. Its also a lot simpler to use. Thankyou Racheya! Also, there is a quote limit that needs changing.

No, the first is a lobster that I've photoshopped, the second is a brainslug with eye and deely-boppers removed and the third I drew.
  12. Thankyou for not merging, that was a pretty [developmentally delayed]ed idea. Like mixing strawberry jam and marmalade.... wait that would be a good idea, I wonder what it tastes like. I suppose it would be pretty citrusy but it would still have the strawberry in it, it would probably be too sweet for me, I'd prefer peanut butter mixed with marmalade.
  13. Why are admins titles removed sometimes?

Fifthed!!! Name: Zygons Description: The actual zygon is a brain in a shell. [hide]?2cm? Zygon with slime is roughly size of fist. [/hide] Within the shell is the brain of the zygon, the shell cannot move at all its just a brain in a shell, on its own it pretty much can't do anything, on its own it basically sits there and thinks. Although the brain is extremly small it is extremly powerful and a lot more powerful than humans, infact it is hundreds of times more powerful than than the human brain and has roughly the equivelant processing power of fifty Earthen supercomputers (so maths and logical thought and memory is extremly powerful). Creative thought is impossible to measure but it is a huge time more powerful than the human creative complex. Due to the evolution of the Zygon it is very effective at tactics, complex puzzles, and mimicry (due to being able to remember every aspect of a persons mannerisms). All zygons have eidatic memory, absoloute pitch and a number of other intellgent things. The outer shell of the zygon is on average 1.2 cm thick and works as a natural psionic-damper. The zygon brain secretes an extremly oily slime from, it is so oily that on a scale of oilyness from one to ten it would be twelve. The transparent slime seeps through small holes in the shell and creates a body for the zygon. If you look closely you can see the brain. As the brain secretes slime it also releases a couple of other things suh as nerves and tubes. Green - The actual slime Blue - Nerves (can tense and relax and send electrical signals through the slime basically making the slime the zygons muscle) Purple - Slippyness and oilyness, I didn't know how to convey it. Red - Small microscopic tubes which can suck protein out of anything that the zygon eats. Zygons usually eat small rodents, they will probably take a dead mouse and suck it dry, leaving the fat and bones and collecting all the nutrients; especially protien which is the only required one, the rest are just a bonus. You will probably see Zygons with mice or other animals floating around in their slime, these are expelled later on. P.S Slime can be tensed as hard as rubber. Life span twenty years. Tensing of slime in a line succession can push items out at extremly fast speeds like an arrow. Tensing allows jumping .5 metres in the air. Brain can be ejected. Slime and nerves regrow. Birth is done by growing another brain assexually which is than ejected out and left to grow new slime. __ In short, a shell that secretes a slime which they can control if connected to the slime, extremly intellegent, extremly weak, senses using vibration __ If your wondering what would happen if two were put on top of each other, the answer is that they would merge but could be pulled apart due to meat tubes and nerves connecting them. Advantages Genius ten percent of normal cost and times of research. better tactics. good at learning languages and stuff. better theory of objects and can therfore reverse engineer things that can not usually be reverse engineered. ejection brain can be ejected if in imminent danger, Archi please PM me I have some stuff to tell you about this. oilyness Weapons that don't hurt the brain will just slip through, nanobots will just slide through and if connected as an nanite they will all fall apart. psionics No psionics can touch there brain. Disadvantages Weak peforms badly in wars killed easily slow takes longer to get to places. liquid composition freezes, melts easily. small stature Can't reach things. Can anyone who thinks of anymore advantages or disadvantages please tell me in this thread.

Which means that it would just slip through the zygons.
  16. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
Funny thing is I don't, and even if I did you would just slip off them, I have a brain and nerves, the brain is powered by protein delivered by microscopic tubes, but with the slippyness it would take an act of masterpiece for you to stay in the same place for more than a couple of seconds, and if the zygon truly does become engulfed it will eject its brain and find and produce some more slime.
  17. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
Regardless of that if they attack the zygons they will fall to pieces and if they try to control me they will slip out of me, its a win-win for me.
  18. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
You would loose your limb, yes but taking control of me would be impossible due to the same reason you loose your limbs, if you try to move forward you just fall out, and now you have a load of un-coardinated and ungripping nanites, unless you used a weapon me just throwing my people at you could kill you.
  19. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
Lol and my race can be killed by stepping on them, it doesn't matter; I'm tactically better than Mather. Also, Mather's race litterally can't touch my race without his race falling to bits lol.
  20. Dusty, do you have any idea what my treasury is?
  21. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
Oh dear god no, Ross! Mather shall use his nabadaquah, the metal which creates energy by simply sitting still!!
  22. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
How do they move? Congratulations, you have now made a new race; it is called the lump of metal.

Organic computers could form naturally if the only way to survive would be by intellegence, now just imagine it started from a silicone based lifeform. Archi, I want to have a pretty straight forward race but even though I am the weakest race in game I'd like to have a psionic bio-dampener around the brain of my race, this blocks psioenergy, could this happen naturally if a psionic jellivore was present on the zygon home planet? This will also mean that I can't psionically attack. My race is going to be able to eject it's brain out of it's body by changing tension, this will rip all the nerves off but give the brain legs so it can crawl away. Lol.

Rarrghh!!! Nom Nom Nom Nom!!! RARRRRGGGHHHH!!!! Fear the triffids!! To be honest, plants would be the easiest to play as, you'd just have to make them well adaptable and than just claim that your spores are now in every single planet; you gain victory by conquest!
  25. Iconic replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
It would leave you a little bit safer from attacks. I'm dislike the idea of nanobots attacking me, I don't mind if someone hits me with a club or fires a zapper ray at me but I am not having a weapon which I can't destroy with brute force; its just not fun. The zygons basically evolved intellegent but weak because they were just so slippy, they stayed as one clump of mass but nearly all the animals who attempted to eat them managed to get the zygon in its mouth before it slipping out onto the floor and rolling slowly away. Most of the predators (or jellivores) who tried to grab the zygons only managed to get the non oily ones and as natural selection states; the jelly ones prevail. Intellegence adapted as a way of gaining a mate (they weren't asexual back then) and by luck intellegence was a little attractive. Soon small clans of zygons began to form resulting in battle tactics and inventions being required for survival, as all zygons are ugly the only attractive thing can be personality and intellegence. Greasy mass Nanoforms who pass through a zygon will fall apart due to oily composition and individual nanomites will not be able to function well.
