  1. Lolol, I was actually playing alot of sw that day, barraging :P (watches some people facepalm) My love and her clan are facing a few major wars and of course I can't let her go through that all by herself (she tends to go on when others give up, rawr). Speaking of which, if you're good at sw or know some people that are eho are up for some fun/challenge, please send me a pm on here and I'll let you know which world(s) this is taking place in + cc name etc. Would be much appericiated! Just reminding y'all that I've also got a social life to work on, which is going to increase these coming years. This year will still contain alot of Rs gametime, but next year...who knows how things will turn out! Will deffo get the top half skills on highscores to 200m though, thats for sure ;) Oh and some interesting news, Chilly posted a little story somewhere as a vid description that she's going for all 99s instead of sticking to slayer until 200m. This means Tezz will become the rank 2 slayer if he keeps it up! :) Edit: Oh and, wb Langer! Did you have a good vacation in Jamaica? Hope all went well! :)
  2. Congratz Jeb!!!! & nice 1 Trey :)
  3. ^What the heck? I've never even said that lmao, was someone else who did  And you're right Foot :P , don't care much for daily records because they can be brawlered etc easily.
  4. @Xensure: That is a really good post and I agree with you on most of it. If you put it the way you did I can understand where you're coming from, but try to see it from someone else's view aswell :P The point that I feel strong about is the guidelines that are being set. For example, Zarfot had an exceptional efficiency rate. As stated before, noone has lived up to it to go beyond it or equal it. YET, those exp/hour rates are being used as a guideline for EVERYONE. I'm talking about human capabilities now, and seeing as I'm really pushing them for awhile now, I hope that you would consider my input aswell. Zarfot admitted he tried to play 16 hours ONCE and stated it was like hell. Why? because being so efficient (example: 80k mining exp in an hour) requires perfect focus, not to miss any game ticks. Don't forget he only played about 6 hours a day (sometimes even less). Now it's easy to say 'he has college so he wasn't able to do more hours', but that's not the real reason. The real reason is that no one can keep up that pace for longer than a few hours a day. While, taking it a bit easier and be more relaxed about things like I am enables you to play alot longer a day. You might not like it, but in the end the person who plays alot longer per day gains the most exp, not matter how time efficient the other player is. Now you could say ''But Zarfot is ranked high on time left till all skills 200m!'' but to be objective, being efficient is only part of the reason why he's up there. The other reason is because he got luckier than anyone else concerning game updates, enabling him to reach some goals alot easier than others, not the mention that he used his yt subscribers to gain benefit aswell. There are alot of Zarfot idolizers and they get very jumpy very fast when someone isn't praising him, but I don't see how any of those people could disagree with these facts. Either way, when figuring out the fastest way to 200m all skills like you said (the purpose of all those calculations you make), then you should also consider if your calculations are humanly viable. And, as said, the person who takes it a bit easier and does more relaxing things, enabling them to play alot longer, ends up with more exp at the end of the day, thus finishing the all skills 200m goal faster. Factors such as luck are not included when saying this though, but we can't control things such as luck. The part that bothered me is that there were about 5 pages of calculations spent on something that just isn't humanly viable (I speak from experience), hence I said, don't solve everything with math. These are real people that are on their way to all skills 200m, not machines. It's essential that you include the human capability side in your calcs, otherwise they turn obsolete and no longer related to the thread, but become pure time killing 'bickering' for people who enjoy calculating stuff out. @Oscarr: that is unfortunate, but I didn't train with jadinko's, hunt pots or hunting brawlers so it is understandable that my record gets passed now.
  5. Got a Jmod msg about this that was typo'd, so I wasn't able to understand what to do now. Bit dissapointed Jagex doesn't contact me about this on their own, while they clearly do bother with Guinness Book records. (the wildy/ft voting for example). If they want publicity then I suggest they contact me about this asap, lol. Also annoyed that only a few of them are reachable + it's unclear which Jmod handles what at Jagex. :\ Edit: @Viv: not over a 5 year period they don't. Also, I'm not aiming for 18 or 19 hours a day avrg - wouldn't want to get dissapointed by the result. I should be able to reach 17 hours a day avrg for 5 years long.
  6. Would be cool if you could get 200m prayer, woodcutting and fletching at the same time. Be the first to 3 200m skills on the same day and add another achievement to your many accolades. actually jdelacroix did this, didnt he? powerbury through slayer in a week please :D Lol ^_^ frost bones, maybe some dragon depending how fast I get frosts. Gotta leave some records for other people aswell, so Jdela can have that one XD :P
  7. Prayer, most likely. My plans tend to change sometimes too though hehe :)
  8. @Rs2: TRUE NOLIFERS GIVE UP SCHOOL TO PLAY SCAPE!!@11!@!!12 (kidding, don't worry :P) @Haimonek and Sig: Ty! :P hunting is quite a bit more tedious, I can assure you! Lol
  9. omg hoi Michi <3

  10. ^Low is my favourite Rs player :P We were kind of racing 200m range vs 200m dung, was amazed how he was able to keep up. He can play pure all nighters, + he has alot of easy skills left open. Also has quite a bit of slay exp, so I feel that he's a definite contender for the top 15 in the (near) future :)
  11. Vouch this, if you can't handle the sight of simple caculations, why are you in a discussion thread like this? Also Xensure, would it be possible for your spreadsheet to incorporate the rates if one were to use effigies on slayer? I'm not too familar with google spreadsheets Where did I say that it was rocket science or something? Xen/Thai and possibly a few others are definitely into maths though, expanding on that would likely interest them if they aren't 'there' already. Either way, this is a discussion (thread) about who reaches 200m in all skills and the possibility of it, if it turns into pure calculations and bickering about why you should use dkl on fish instead of agil for example, well, yeah. Pointless to argue, it seems - so whatever. Ty Arib, and Jojoe, time for a church of Zarfot vid perhaps? ;)
  12. +5 years - 2 things. First, it has already existed 10 years and 5 more isn't too unreasonable. Second, who spends 18 hours a day playing a game that is hopeless it will last just a few more years longer. ^I don't suppose you play many other games? If Rs continues to run on Java, there WILL be new games that are going to outclass it. The appeal that Rs has is: decent f2p content, detailed highscores and high difficulty to reach levels/exp (time consuming). Wilderness/free trade/staking will return, not really an appeal, but it will draw in money from rwt dealers, botters and pkers. The pkers are usually young and either got too attached to Rs's pk mechanics to find that appeal in another game, or just don't know any better. Like you said, Rs has been up and running for 10 years, which is a positive thing for them aswell. They've built up quite a few loyal players who won't go easily. Difficulty has been dropping for a long while now, and the other appeals that Rs has are slowly crippling aswell. Wilderness/free trade is returning for a reason, you know. But feel free to explain why you think Rs will survive atleast 5 more years? :) Yes kids, take a lesson from drumgun here. Use dem math skills for better things than RS, lol what a waste. btw wuts maths lol idk i just going 2 keep playin rs cuz doze crosses and dashes and stuff dont maeka sense 2 me. ppl who do math go to harvard obviously and those who dont obviously nolyfe a game that won't exist in 5 years. obviously. ^Harvard 'or something', it was just a random example. Edit: Kinda agree with Squishers point a few posts below, either way, would be a good idea to make use of those brains and earn some good money I'd say :P . As stated in previous posts, Rs isn't all that I focus on. So, obviously you should learn to read more carefully. Slaying obviously has nothing to do with combat in any way lol whered u guys get that idea r u stupid. obviously it's just a matter of preference. It is a well known fact that it takes no more skill to learn the best ways to kill a set of 20 monsters as opposed to just killing abyssal demons. ^Since when are you bound to killing one type of monster if you don't train your combat with slayer? Abby demons isn't all that I've killed, and even so, that's not even an objective statement - it's not like everyone that doesn't train cb with slayer kills abby demons alot lol. @Thai: Of course some maths is fine, but 5+ pages of just maths is a bit too much I would say (feel free to disagree lol, just my opinion). Not saying that the info isn't interesting, I just feel that it's a bit too off topic concerning the actual thread to be discussed in such detail :o . It would fit perfectly into an efficiency thread for all skills, or, as suggested earlier, a guide of the most efficient training ways for each skill. :P Edit: Thanks Zhow :) , though Rs wise, Zarfots efficiency hasn't been thrumped by anyone else, so mediocre certainly doesn't fit him I would say :o
  13. no need to fletch there no need to cannon there maybe magic imbue but in reality youd be hoping to be trading/crafting all the time and not worry bout imbu ing But there may be a need to fletch there if too much wc xp is gotten opening effigies :ohnoes: what else is a decent skill to fletch while doing, except agility, rc, slayer, fishing? I'm also wondering arib. How far would you take the whole cave crawler thing? xensure shows that it is best for 5 non combat 200m's If i had the money id probably do it I'd say do slayer and RC at cave crawlers, then do Agility at black dragons, then Fishing at black demons. Maybe throw in some TDs as well to break up the monotony. Welcome to EffigyScape or CavecrawlerScape. *wonders why people think this game will exist longer than +5 years* Guys, be careful not to nerdify the thread please. Not everyone likes to solve EVERYTHING with math... >.> it's nice you have the brain capacity to make those calculations, but use them to go study at Harvard or something (getting requirments first ofc) instead of wasting it on Runescape lol. Following the most efficient way (aka that spreadsheet) would make bootcamp look like a freaking 5 star vacation. 'But some people have done this!!!!' yeah, few hours a day for like 2 weeks max? No one is able to do those things the way they've been written down longterm, mainly because it doesn't allow to do anything else at the same time (either requiring too much focus or missing the max xp/h possible due to it) + it would take years either way. *injects the thread with a dose of reality* There, glad we figured that one out. @Xensure: I believe the purpose of the thread is who will reach 200m in all skills and whether its possible to do or not. Imo, posting tedious ways like spending 7k hours at cave crawlers (seriously guys LOL) doesn't improve that discussion in any way. If you need something to bicker about, join a math club if making calculations about things that only a handful of people take interest in is where you get your kicks from (let alone that no one would be able to do it the fair way atleast aka not acc sharing or anything). On that note, efficiency is merely a sub topic on this thread aswell and should definitely not become the main point of discussion. I'd rather read a -50% post quantity if the quality improves, so to say. @ 200m range gratzers: Tyvm :) ! Also, slayer is not a cb skill, so it has nothing to do with becoming the ultimate cb master or w/e. Just because slayer is a skill that you can gain exp for doesn't make it superior to its camping counterpart. It's a matter of preference, and nothing more. It's the actual cb skills that count. Anyone who finds there's something beyond that is either a slayer fanboy or a camper troller. It usually goes mixed together.
  14. Lol, do you have divine power? I'm going on holidays in Jamaica tomorrow, so I'll post a weekly update later today, something I rarely do on thursdays. :( ???????????????? You're gonna miss my 200m ranged then =[ and I was looking forward to that being in the update lol. Anyway have fun m8! Jamaica...buy me a ticket aswell plox? XD @Zhow: I believe earlier in the thread it was said that Suomi is doing slayer after dg :)
  15. The plan is: wait until Jagex fully complete their plan of making slayer the easiest skill on Runescape. (or atleast alot easier). Just #1 exp/#1 all combat for now though :)
  16. Well, not exactly inefficient - more like horrific lol. The slayer exp of all top players was low before all those slayer updates came out that made it fun. Everyone was envying Skateenjoi for training that horrific skill that was slayer past 100m. All skills 200m wasn't on anyones mind back then, it's just that people got lucky with all them updates on slayer. I was already halfway through maxing combat (without training slayer) when slayer became do-able 200m exp wise before going mentally insane in attempt of trying. Can't reverse that, would've been a long way off 200m slayer either way. And no, I don't have any Jagex mods added that tell me about some future updates either haha. It was just bad luck - getting punished for taking initiative basically. CombatScape anyone? :\ Iamsomebody, it would be nice if you actually read posts instead of well....whatever you're doing. I'm not posting this for fun, you know lol
  17. Thanks. But you better get real and realize that juju hunter potions don't take 0 time. No lackies [sic. per the mascot wannabe] are going to be able to get it for you. Nor is it meaningful to talk about farming on an xp/hr basis without considering you can only grow so many things per day. But, please get 200mil in everything but farming then show us how its done like on the spreadsheet. The actual training from latest video I was going off of my friend with 130m hunt xp made was 275k or so xp/h but that was before jebrim pointed out another vid being 300k+ so its actually even faster then I originally said. Also sorry for sounding like an a.. on some of my recent posts my bad, bad last year or so and just been thinking alot today so not good day, again my bad (= and you just got the level card pulled on you by drumgun....ouch then again its not a grindfest debate, when it comes to xp/h and efficiency arib knows what hes talking about Extreme example, but if a lvl 3 with no experience at all watches a few pro skiller vids, then comes on here and starts snaring at other people with the info that they gained from those vids, would you accept it or say 'go get your levels up little man/woman'? Btw it's getting old/boring how you keep targetting me Squisher, try someone else would ya? Edit: yeah fair enough you've had a bad day Ari, you posted that after my post though (just saying aswell) :P I've actually tested the charms/slayer thing btw, so that's not hear-say on my part. As for being inefficient...don't troll man, you've read my posts a few pages ago, though feel free to explain why I'm inefficient in your eyes (asked for this few pages ago aswell but got no answer). I can understand why Squisher alias Toony pride would do it, but you? ;)
  18. Well, not people who gained the majority of their money by being gen rank in a 'merch' clan atleast, it seems! :P @Aribiter: Ari, do you have a main or something? Because if not, I don't really think you should be scolding other players about how much exp/h a certain skill method is, unless we're talking about dung or rc (judging on your stats on Aribiterspar). People like to make up numbers, so please test for yourself first instead of using hear-say as an argument. @Paperbag: Right on, mate :) As for spreadsheet...updates will mess it up, trust me lol. All of them have been against me so far (To answer Andmartel, my 200m skills have been devalued alot since I got them). +, I'm sure arcane also applied the superheating method on me while I would be missing out on the mage exp for example, hence low position. It's incorrect, though :P. 1m an hour for summoning? Last time I checked, slayer is only 1:1 charms if you pick up all 4 sorts. gl using all 4 and manage an average of 1m an hour lol!. *waits for agil fish and slayer to become alot easier* ^_^
  19. Telmo is doing prayer soon I think, so he should be closest.
  20. Dw I'm most likely making it public when my alog gets more interesting :) was just preference I guess!
  21. Ohh! sounds like a plan indeed :P gl Water! @Miracle: if you're 99 range they last for 990k exp, that includes the exp you'd normally get, so its 495k extra. :P
  22. Gloves went from 100% to 0% in like an hour lololol XD, nothing to get too excited about hehe.
  23. You going to trim armor? :) Lmao Zygi! Fell for that once actually. Omg my full black set *sheds a tear* XD @Maka: Margins have gotten way too narrow and I'm not sure how free trade is going to affect it all (merching). Of course I'll do bosses etc, but I'm mainly playing to entertain the people now remember. All cb skills 200m is a special achievement imo, and it might be nice to give people a chance to contribute to it. It's more like a community feel (a certain closeness) that would make everybody happy. I'll be happy to achieve the actual goal, and they'll be happy to actually see it happen (in style too, get it in a week possibly) and possibly a bit proud aswell since they added their part to it (big or small, either way). It's hard when you play to entertain others and it does hurt when you're off slaving at bandos etc 18h a day while others make 10x the money by practically doing nothing (which atleast includes clan 'merching', which will be converted into scamming again when free trade returns), then those people get praised all the same (possibly even more) due to their big exp gains that you get from buyable skills. Safe to say I've had my fair share of that so far and free trade isn't gonna help out against that at all >.<. I'll do my best atleast, I guess... Edit: Hi Jamie! Did I get you to post or wut lol :D! I'll Nag Elias with ya *evil grin* XD
  24. All buyables 200m once free trade is out? XD Wonder how much he's gonna get though, + saw Kngkyle ranting how some of his (high level) friends have major donations (billions) lined up for them already. Hooray? :s How you get your money doesn't seem to matter to most people anymore...(respect wise and stuff). Honestly tempted to ditch the hard working diy way and look into them other options a bit.
  25. <3 I'll be rank 1 exp for a short while atleast I think, depends how much fletching/dung/wc I'm gonna do before working on prayer :). #2 exp is about 1 week away atleast, + Aasi still gaining good exp though so who knows. *looks suspiciously at Langer* own style huh? XD lol.
