You can put Black Ibis in your house and get another set like I did this weekend. Took me just under 4 hours with the Sceptre of the Gods. Unsure if you can get a 2nd one if you put your first in keepsake though, as I've had Black Ibis keepsaked before I had the full set and only received the pieces I didn't have (could be luck or could be set like that). But yeah, dying and getting someone to bless ya grave is the other way to do it. :P

Haha, awesome work! The new increased rates have made the outfit ridiculously common if you have a Sceptre of the Gods. :P It actually took me two tries to get the Sceptre. I got my first on the 29th of November last year, but I had a full inventory at the time so the Sceptre was automatically destroyed upon getting it. This was not too long after I reached 93 Thieving, and I'd been opening the ENgraved Sarcophagus every single run since I hit level 91. I got my second one on the 6th of December at 98 Thieving, this time making sure I had an empty inventory space. I'm not sure how many runs that was to get the sceptre, but the two values were between levels 91-93 and 93-98 for those interested in getting one.

As I posted in another topic... As the other guys have said already, opening the urns in the first 3-4 rooms is much faster than opening the urns in the final two rooms. The experience rate is around a maximum of 40k experience per hour when just doing the first three rooms, but you do open a decent number of urns. If you really don't care about experience rates and just want the Black Ibis outfit for the looks, then you're best off just opening the first three rooms worth of urns. It took me 4 and a half hours to get the Black Ibis Legs and then finally the Top with the Sceptre of the Gods with the new drop rates. Previously, it took me over 40 hours (all spent in these first three rooms) to get the Mask and Boots. It's great to have the full set now, although I only use it for the looks, as the 2.5% XP bonus is useless in Pyramid Plunder. It may help one day if I decide to get my Thieving rank even higher. You will get a notification that the Black Ibis has popped up on the ground in your chatbox window, and it doesn't matter if you click away from it.

I've been lucky enough to get 2 of the Black Ibis Pieces, the Mask and the Boots. I got the boots at level 77 Thieving and the Mask after I achieved 99 Thieving, at 13.7M XP. I did manage to get a Sceptre of the Gods at level 92 Thieving, but lost it due to the destroy glitch it used to have if you had a full inventory. I managed to get a second one after they had fixed the glitch at level 98 Thieving. After achieving 99 Thieving, the next 700k experience it took to get the Mask was obtained solely from the first three rooms in Pyramid Plunder. I could generally get through all of the urns in the first three rooms, and a few into the fourth room. It's horrible experience, just breaking into the 30k experience per hour region, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. I now have almost 16M Thieving XP and have yet to get a third piece. The Sceptre of the Gods is a must have for attempting to get the Black Ibis pieces, otherwise you're going to spend the rest of your life there trying to get the set. I've recently given up on trying to get the set because although I love the looks of the set, I really can't be bothered with Plundering any more.

I'll be doing a quick but of Herblore at the beginning of the weekend. Then I'll decide between Agility, RuneCrafting or Combat. I'm leaning towards Agility at the moment though :)

Gratz! What's your range lvl btw? Thanks :D I'm 81 Range. I used the Deflect Method to kill Jad so the healers didn't show up. I thought it would be easier since it was my first time doing it :P
