French relations with England are better then French relations with Canada currently, even moreso due to the discussion of cooperating governmentally. France and Britain have enjoyed great relations throughout the years due to the EU and such and are not likely to come to the parliamentarians side to support a prime minister who is embargoing a country because (and I quote) 'I can and I will', this behaviour is self serving and not in the interests of the Canadian people. The Canadian PM has demonstrated that she is not capable of managing a budget and there is evidence of being a puppet of the Norwegian government, in the interests of the people the British seek to reinstate parliment and vote for a new (competant and sane) prime minister who will do things in the best interests of the people, it is the duty of the monarch to do so. I do not intend to take away the autonomy of Canada, only take away the prime minister in the interests of the people.

Regardless of whether I am the queen or prime minister, the prime minister can still exert a certain pressure upon the queen and the queen would be inclined to make the best decision on behalf of England. Canada's PM has already commited treason against her by their actions so she has a good reason to do so. Although the people may rebel, the monarch is still the commander in chief and can exercise control over the military. I have all intents on making Canada an autonomous nation but the current PM has commited treason and so must be removed. The governor is the equivelant of a benevolent president in Canada so he can control the military at will (the governor is appointed by the queen) This has nothing to do with the commonwealth, Canada's official monarch has been the British king or queen for a long time. As parliment is closed the only leader is the governor (appointed by the queen) so people are either going to riot with no leader or follow him. Basically the choice of the Candian government is: Perform a Coup D'etat, support the unofficial and united government of Lynx which has no parliment and no real power, support the queen who is the official commander in chief of Canada and recieve massive monetry bonuses when they restore order. Either way Lynx has no way of making orders now, she is out of parliment for the time being. If any factions do choose to support her is she going to order them to fire on her own people, if so that will just be a vicious spiral due to murdering her own people.

Emergency rule is instated by the monarch, Britain now controls Canada and due to the arrest of the PM for treason and the removal of the royal preorgative parliment is now closed and essentialy under emergency rule by Britain. With the promise of a new democracy being instated with a more stable British monarch being monarch of Canada Head of State How I have power greater then parliment (OOC: Although I accept that full control over Canada so easily against a player is going to be gamebreaking, the fact remains that the monarch has control over parliment, the military and the police legally and parliment has been closed which will result in a lack of a leader, with no governing body the risk of a revolt is high. The Governor of Canada which is essentially a representative of the queen is a more recognised political figure which acts as the president of the country, he will be making orders to the military to do so and will be the only leader with parliment closed down.)

Britain doesn't dignify a response to the obviously crazy or corrupt Norwegian leader. There was no other evidence found of this discussion apart from the grainy photo. The absence of colour, the obvious blur in the image, the shoddily edited censor done on a bad image editing program. This picture could be a photoshop or simply two different people messaging each other under my name, either way its not true and the evidence does not point towards it. And embargo on such thin evidence has been criticised by the UK government and is planning to have an independant watchdog investigate corruption in Norway.

Although France wasn't merged with me the other parts of the treaty still apply and thus Making a defensive pact with Italy alters the political mood and thus did not happen as per the agreed rules of the treaty, as politically there is still tension France will be able to enter a pact in two-three years but as of now it cannot happen. France has been guaranteed autonomy from the start, a country merging with it would grant the new country autonomy and France and Britain would be disolved. You're pact is based on non-existant things which haven't been a threat to France and has been contradicted by my earlier pact which although didn't result in France being merged with Britain it did create a pact between the two countries that we would not make any agreements that would alter the political mood.
