Agree with discord and spike. I feel like a recent ep about discord really sucked. I guess it's elevating Twilight above the other five, and what you said about princess saturation.

What's specifically wrong with her becoming a princess? I didn't really like it either, but I'm not sure why. But I watched it with 3 friends in an altered state of mind (unsure of tip.its rules of self-incrimination) and one of them cried, "I'm such a great friend! When do I get to be a princess?!". Just stayed up all night with the impossible math problem that's half of my midterm that's a third of my semester grade So goddamn frustrating.

I mean, I touched it, I did the entire tutorial again and walked around draynor. But it felt wrong. 2007 was fun, but it isn't 2007 anymore.

RS2007 would have been as a fun screw around/pk type server. I already have rsc for hopeless lost cause games that will never be improved, but I wouldn't have minded a few afternoons of screwing around in the wild rs2 style (The current game is technically rs2 but I feel at some point it's basically become v3). I doubt most of the people that wanted to have it come back with intention of playing on it wanted to spend hundreds of hours training and developing accounts to pk on. That was a fantastic weekend. I hope yours alls were alright as well.

Thanks. I had a good birthday, way back then. Did some more rsc, couldn't sleep. 626 level, 44 combat, 70 quest points average almost 35 with no skill over 40. I want to pull a renez, but doing 99.99% of everything diy makes that difficult. From my stats, I can only get all 40s in ranged, prayer (lol would take years), magic, crafting, and agility, leaving fletching, smithing and herblaw indefinitely stuck. I may have to borrow a friend to make me raw materials :D Was majorly disappointed today when I realised you can't chop trees at 100% fatigue. I hope I can mine. Finally, [bleep] herblaw. [bleep] agility.

I was under the impression that website TOC were not legally binding in this sense, and I thought that (way off-topic) that court case over that suicide of Megan Meyer over myspace stuff. Morally awful, but nothing illegal about lying about your name on facebook. In any case, it's ridiculous to think that website or video game terms of service should be law. The government should make laws, not Jagex/facebook/whatever. @Kaida, my understanding is that he used a guest access account from MIT, which they provide. MIT had a JSTOR subscription which was extended towards guest accounts and public users (sensible, it is sometimes a pain or takes awhile to have computer login info sorted out. I'm at a small school and didn't get a log-in thing for a few weeks). Users can download pages for research and stuff. Swartz used a script to quickly download a large percent of their library. At this point the TOS was violated. I believe the now-subsided internet outrage was that logging on to a freely-provided guest account and saving files became a CPAA felony because he downloaded them arbitrarily faster than he could have without a script, and that the sum of legal actions shouldn't be something illegal because of the intensity.

Looks to be a good month. I wish I hadn't stopped playing/understood the new game system so as to do that quest. From the description it sounds like the kind of quest I've been longing for since I got my quest cape ~4 years ago. Requirements seem low, but probably just perspective. I really like the idea of re-purposing old npcs. They were annoying to encounter but I kind of miss that they're gone completely.
