Join a Corp Clan. Borrow Zammy Spear. Bring Ovls. Make some decent money from LS. Then slowly work your way back up to the 10M range (or get lucky with a sigil drop). Then buy gear for more boss hunting.

You could just alch if you are worried about money. It would take roughly 21K alchs (about 18 hours) and you would have money left over for 94 Mage. But other than that I recommend Superheat Gold if you want Smithing XP and Burst RLs if you want Crims.

I have heard they will have stats. The only thing I have read is that the Uber Cape will have stats of all the capes combined with a few minor adjustions.
