Here's what I have so far: You will need: about 1k coins just to have enough asgarnian ale (4-12, it seems to vary, 4 did it for me) Bowl of water Bucket of milk an egg and a pot of flour gloves be able to kill a lvl 13 icefiend (ammy of glory cuts down on walking a bit, if you're lazy) Talk to the drunken dwarf in the tunnel underneath the mountain (the shortcut) then talk to the bartender in falador, offer her 200gp for her secret ale recepie, make a few of those then head back to the dwarf, he wil lwant 100gp fro his info. Talk to him when you have the ingredients. (water, milk, egg and flour) he will make the rock cake, take it to the top of ice mountain (west of edgeville) kill an icefeind (lvl13 it looks like a blue pyrefiend) and it's breat cools the cake. take it back to lumbridge and "use" it on the dwarf in the room. Quest done!

Unless there's some random event that steals all your CW tix when you are only a few short, then yea, it's possible. It just takes rediculous amounts of time and effort. next question please

look up 'frigates' As for the idea it self, it is just okay... but I really don't like any of your idea's on the matter. The general concept of it is fine though well im no naval expert, but I'm fairly sure that a clipper (if thats the right word for it) is still far faster than a frigate. American frigates would have to be the model, as the frigates of the 1800's were the best of the time. I'll post more info. Holds more cannon than the clipper since you han have several gun decks

total levels have nothing to do with combat... i think combats would suffice, since it takes into account mage, range, prayer, attack, defense, AND strength levels. Some of those more weighty than others... yea, and my idea that if the ship sinks you still get the loot was kind of dumb... because it defyed physics... can't have the stuff transfered if nobody can swim down there and get it. Yea, having you loose the loot if you destroy the ship would be nice enough. But blow the ship up? The cannonballs aren't explosive, so i don't think so. I meant total combat lvls silly! :P Cannon balls are explosive, if they weren't they'd just be liek giant musket balls, they have been using explosive shot for centuries, causes more damage

How about this, you have the total lvls of all people on board added up and averaged. thast the ship's lvl. And you cannot destroy a boat, you can disable it, the board it and capture it. If you wanted to you can blow it up, but you lose all the loot.

You need fast ships too, like clippers and schooners (might be the same thing) these ships will use fast hit-and-runs and can out run any ship other than one in the same class. You also need freight ships so us pirates can raid stuff :D

Oh yea, and here in the US, we have the exact same problem, illegal immigrants are taking jobs, driving around without licences or insureance and not paying taxes. I want to kick em all out, everyone ofthem. But the moronic libs in california and other special interest groups belive that somehow, they have the same rights we citizens have!!! I pay my god damn taxes, I get my rights, they dont pay jack squat, and they get rights? Yea, that makes ALOT of sense..... Oh and did you know that an unnamed special interest group in arizona lobbied with the mexican government in a lawsuit against the AZ state legislature, which passed a law that requires proof of citizenship when applying for a license, insureance, a job, or anything important, AND THEY WON!!! And in Cali, they wanted to let anyone vote without two forms of ID and citizenship!! WHAT IS THIS BULLCRAP!?!?!
