Moving on up!

Since crafting is pretty afk-able making gold ammies, that is likely going to be how a lot of my RS time is spent coming up.

The screen in the lobby reads 'Merry Christmas, Adventurer...' Interesting...while I have no issue with a Christmas themed event, I'd like to believe that we have moved past the day and age when Merry Christmas is shouted blindly. At least where I'm from, it has nearly entirely been phased out for the more politically correct greeting of 'Happy Holidays'. Regardless, I'll check out the event and discuss my opinion now.

First level in quite some time! I've been very busy lately.

I'm fully opposed to non-pvp worlds...that takes risk out of what is meant to be a risky area. They would defeat the purpose of the Wilderness, in my opinion. That having been said, there is no reason that a Revenant couldn't be stronger than a player. Give a revenant a max hit of 2000...give it high poison, give it protection prayers or curses, give it ancient magic, make it level 1000 combat, and give it some sorts of special attacks, then put it up against a player with maxed gear, ovls (even if they aren't allowed in the wildy now), whatever familiar they would like, turmoil, maxed melee, etc. Then tell me that revenant is less powerful than a PKer. If you're going to make the argument that the player is still more powerful, raise the rev's max hit to 2500. Let it poison higher. Still weaker than a PKer? Make it stronger.

With lack of motivation due to the slaps to the face F2P has been taking and enormously decreased play time due to school work this game is getting tougher and tougher, along with the ultimate goal less and less realistic. I'm still enjoying the game, but obviously I'm slowing down a lot.

How about all of the Barrows armour/weapons? I'm interested to see how this unfolds.

The sad reality is that he probably fooled somebody who wasn't as savvy as you to get all of that money...

Fractite spear + fractite gauntlets for their str bonus and low weight. Unless you have a hard time surviving or use your gates very effectively, in which case platebody can be used over gaunts.

Med, I hadn't even realized that those levels would bring me to 1300 exactly. Good eye. I might ruin it by doing some runecrafting or magic because I'm bothered by my rc level and just kind of want to do some mage.

Might be going for 80 in Ranged, Firemaking, Crafting, Smithing, Mining, and Dungeoneering.

Dungeoneering. Tsk. Im roughly 10k tokens off of my gravite rapier though!

Meh to the hiscores update announcement. :thumbdown: Don't know how it will affect my goal. Perhaps I'll buy members at some point. That is, if they don't start killing the P2P game too.

I don't see myself playing much anymore if the hiscores get removed.
