Well free trade and wildy came back in 2011. Eoc, the new combat system was implemented in 2012. Bots have risen and fallen various times. Player owned ports were also installed. Basically look at rs wiki, it has a page with all the updates in order.

I just know I have received 8 mutes, and none of those have led to a year long punishment. Not even close. At most, this is the 3rd time I have had a named deemed inappropriate. I just think a year is [bleep]ing ridiculous.

The first time I had a forced name change was July 2011. I cannot remember if I received a warning.
