1. I actually meet a lot of girls through sporting events. It's perfect for me because its an automatic common interest, and more often than not it means they have a bit of money. Plus, most are pretty fit.
2. Randoms are ok with me.
3. Haha well I said slaying not staying :P but it is good to hear you're staying lol
4. is there a world where people gather in a bank to skill? No thanks on soul wars, or w100 shantay. Mainly just looking for conversation while doing bank skills.
5. I like the Batman picture :D gonna see the new one soon?
6. I personally love the hell out of my bandos armour. I'd say it depends on if you plan on slaying, and if you have the money to burn.
7. I personally enjoy seeing someone good looking and hitting it off with them in person over online dating. It's one of the most unique feelings in the world imo. I do understand disliking one night stands though. Those are just plain messy. (At least in my experiences.)
8. I don't see your logic. It's like when you get points on your driving license. Now you've got some, you need more. Happens all the time. Fall-proof logic. Except I don't like speeding/parking tickets...
9. I don't see your logic.
10. sorry ambler, i already quoted yours
11. hmm that might be a good point, but if they don't wanna share why, they don't have to
12. [hide=Admin Explanation of Warning Points] [/hide] How many warning points do you have? Thanks to the new IPB forum upgrade, we have been given access to how many "warning points" we currently have, which can be found by looking under our name to the left of each post. If you so choose to respond to this thread - even if you don't decide to say your "magic number" - please bear in mind a few simple rules (in addition to the Forum Rules, which always apply): 1) You are only allowed to divulge information about your account and yours only---no talking about your friends' warning points. 2) If you so wish, you can briefly describe why you received your warning point(s) without going to in depth. Answers such as "censor evasion" and "trolling" are acceptable. 3) As always, you can't use this as an opportunity to bash the staff that was involved (or any staff member). This includes complaining about receiving a warning and the like. I have 10. I'm just kinda wondering if that's high or low.
13. comp cape
14. ^ kinda late, but congrats on becoming an admin
15. Yeah, that is true, you are right about my superficial tendencies. But, is it really that high? that's crazy. so theoretically, of my mom, sister, grandmother, at least one has been sexually abused? of course inner cities spike the statistics, but it still is nuts that its 33%
16. Okay, so I completely ended things with her. She was pretty upset, and I hate seeing girls cry, but it's whatever. It was a pretty typical FWB relationship. We had a first date, realized we had nothing in common, so we then proceeded to only meet up when it was convenient for sex. That is typical right?
I would like to hear how i'm acting weird, and like a big baby. Oh, and of course I didn't have my shit together, no one prepares you for something like that?
You were right, she immediately put together 2 and 2, and soon came to the conclusion everything changed when she confided in me.
17. i use imageshack because it was the only one i could find that didn't make me register an account
18. Most sexual abuse happens between family members and known acquaintances. Either way, would it be better if they were strangers rather than brother or sister? Ok I'll fix it. I don't get how someone could rape another human being.
19. i just don't get how someone could rape their sister.
20. Maybe instead of being a jackass to her, you should tell her upfront. It's going to come off as i'm the jackass no matter what i do. Maybe instead of being a jackass to her, you should tell her upfront. I would just like to take a second and point out that this is pretty much the worst thing you could do. Be a man and tell her you don't want to see her any more. She isn't going to be happy, but beyond the 10 minutes of suck this is going to rain down on you, its a much nicer thing to do than trying to ignore her, and it will probably be a lot better in the long run. I can see the temptation, having been in a situation where ignoring seemed like a good way to go myself (the difference being we lived in the same house, and a totally different point of contention). I seriously regret taking the easy way out even though I can't be sure things wouldn't have been even worse had I not, and its not something I will ever be able to fix, because every day I waged my war of apathy, I dug the hole deeper. I might never be able to fix that mistake, but its not one I ever wish to make again. Yeah I can see where you are coming from. But the easy way out is so... easy. I gotta become a better guy at some point in my life. It's just so fun to not give a shit, but it really is terrible.
21. I don't get attached... Well, I'm just gonna ignore her until she gets the hint I don't wanna see her again. I've been very fortunate I guess, and sexual abuse is something I've never encountered before like that.
22. so ummm.... this girl i was talking to and kinda was a FWB with just told me her brother molested her when she was 8 years old up until she was 12... dafuq do i do? i'm pretty superficial and idk if i can get past it honestly
