I think they're a rare event, maybe only once/twice aday? and as for the levels i think they only show up on floors 1 and 2

I think this needs it's own world and it's own clan chat for giving locations to the yellow mage. TIF do your thing!

Sow what i've found for best afkable exp and points (So far) is to find an island with the highest tier monsters and just siphon. I'm getting 250 ish points and 7,000 exp per 10 minuets (using Death Esswraths) So that's about 10 hours work for the robe top, which seems like a logical time frame coming from JaGex

"See the Future" - ok, but we do that anyway with the weekly teaser threads? Having a weeks countdown to them just to giveus 15 minuets of nothing was a major disappointment, no? I don't understand how it was worth the news feeds, a forums count down and a front page post? Poor work on JaGex's part IMO They could of at least allowed us to enter RuneSpan and at least let us see what it has to offer, see a few trade windows, see and talk to npc's get a feel of things to come rather than 4 wizards and a number or elemental rats.

Finally finished all court summons. Hated how you could only do 1 every 2 weeks. . .
