This isnt a super complicated question really. What gear/strategy should I use to get too jad? killing him wont be an issue due to my fancy new instakill darts (GF Nomad). I would prefer to range, since I have full arma (chest and skirt) but what about ammo and inv and stuff like that?

Unless you are just about to explode with cash, chinning for the 3 levels to 70 range is almost a pointless exercise. Not only expensive, but just the time to set it all up seems like a waste to me. But, this is coming from a person who has vowed never to chin to 99 range.

So, Im looking to get my magic level up. I have about 5-7m to drop on this, and want to get the most bang for my buck. I dont have any of the livid farm spells, but have all the other ones accessible for my level.

In cash and items, around 45m If you factor in gp/xp for the expensive skills like pray, herb, construction, summ, and the like, that increases everything dramatically. Then, if you take in skills and quests completed and the likes, and you figure out your potential gp/hr, that could give you a different number.

Im gonna hijack this since the main question seems to be answered. Is the ccb still the only bow that can shoot enchanted bolts in EoC? And it sounds early, but what exactly are player owned ports?

With the new GWD update, I was looking at getting me a shiny new Arma cbow. Now, I know its to early to have data on the drop rates of the new items. But what Im looking for are the drop rates for the SS and hilt, plys about how many kills I could get per trip using average gear and diamond (e) bolts. Depending on how this goes, Ill either do it till I get a bow drop, the cash to buy a bow (hopefully after it crashes in price) and maybe Ill just stick around If I like it. Also, would it be feasible to go to the beta world and work on tactics since everything is free there? I would just need to avoid using specs and dual c bows and the like to keep it like the current game, and just practice running and shooting.

For a while now, Ive been putting all my free xp towards reaching the goal of getting a base level of 60. Now that that is finished, and I dont really want to just go for flat 70's, where sould I send my free xp now? Im really just trying to decide from summoning, prayer, and herblore. Prayer would have the most immediate pay off I guess since I get the extra prayer points every level. I know its bad form, but I hardly ever use pots, but i know the extremes are legit. Summoning is what Im thinking would be best, since I use it the most, and Im wanting a uni for bossing.

Mine wasnt particularly an embarrassing death in game, but my IRL reaction to it. It was in my first year or so of playing, back in '04ish, and I had just hit 40 def in f2p. SO I take my shiny new full rune set, the entire 200k of it, straight into the varrock wildy. Got murdered. So my 9 year old self screams at the computer, slams my hand on the desk, force shut down the comp and dont log in for a month. My mom was in the next room and just smirked and went back to her book.

Well I was thinking jagex may limit it to non quest/minigame bosses, or else make it so the dart only kills the current stage of the monster possibly? I guess I will just have to wait and see

So I was just thinking about the different uses one would have for the dart(s). Of course, there is Nex, GWD bosses, and QBD will probably be big ones. But is there any info out there saying if the darts will/will not work on monsters such as Jad (I would finally get my fire cape), the Kiln boss, and possibly Nomad? Yea, I could kill them all if I tried, but I dont really enjoy spending an hour and a half in the fight caves only to fail a pray switch and get killed by Jad, and my computer is just laggy enough to make Nomad impossible without me getting lucky.

I just feel like getting it finished before the update, not sure why. And Aviansies were overloaded with bots when I was there doing some arma a while back, plus i did 70-85 there, so its super lame and boring for me. What im really looking for are methods besides the usual, like maybe a minigame that has decent xp (besides pc), or a monster that is just fun to kill for whatever reason.

Ever since I created my first account, I have always wanted rang3e to be my first skill. Ive pushed it, and dropped it for melee numerous times, but now I feel like getting it to 99 before the EoC update. Obviously, I have a decent amount of experience ranging, but I was looking for some different ways to train besides range slayer (dont hate, I love range slayer). And no, I refuse to chin (partly for cost, but mostly because I think chins ruined the skill). So what are some other ways besides the norm to get some decent range xp? Im looking for my fun ways than just xp/hr.

This is where I did most of my training in f2p. I think I remember using steel arrows since you cant recover the arrows.

Just got a black dragon task for slayer, and I thought, hey, why not kill the KBD? I know the guide in the boss hunting section is pretty good, but I thought I might as well get some other advice on it too. So yea, method and tactics plus setup and inventory? Or even just one of the above would be nice.

Basically, the poll says it all. I want to know what would be best to do. I dont really care if I make it ahead cash wise, but I dont want to fall behind from what I have because the items that were good and expensive crashed in price and effectiveness. Where is the best place to find consistent bonfires to cook on? Just the GE, or somewhere else, dedicated to the fires? Also, how should I go about using the urns? Just leave one in my inventory until it fills up or what?

So I thought I might start up cooking again, because I know you used to be able to make a profit once you hit rocktails. Question is, would I still be able to profit, and if so, how would I go about leveling up with my cooking guantlets?

I understood it as someone equal in combat level too you, not specific stats

So, I know the update was just released, but its more or less just pvp, and my advice isnt super specific. Are my stats too bad for doing good in pvp? I think last time i checked into it, since it is my main and i wasnt going for s specific build, none of my stats were high enough to beat a maxed and too balanced to beat a tank or pure. So Ill ask again, just in case. Would I be able to do decently well at the crucible? possibly if i got 99 ranged maybe?

The problem with farming while doing runespan, is that, especially in the higher levels, it takes some decent time to gather the runes needed to navigate to the platforms you are looking for.

Whats better for me to do with the ranarrs I farm. Sell as grimy, sell cleaned, sell in pots, or go ahead and make the ppots (3)? Im talking in not just profitability, because I know there will be profit no matter what. Im also looking at what would be the cheapest gp/xp too, since I could get the xp from the ppots, or from buying other, less expensive ingredients with the cash made.
