if ranging i would use full armadyl and rune xbow with rune bolts. should i use ruby or diamond bolts for jad? Diamond all the way, or rune all the way fury or amulet of ranging? Fury spectral or zammy book? feel like extra mage protection might help if i'm sloppy with my prayers... Spec since its your first time how many potions/flasks should i take? that's my main dilemma... 3 Overload flask max(just in case, probably overkill) 2 Prayer renewal flask. 10 brew flask, and rest restore flasks. You shouldn't really be dieing at all with these set up, unless you mess up switching on Jad, gl.

When i went for 500 kills, i wanted all boss kills as well as the kill count. I did Endurance from 1 to a really bad boss (e.g avatar). Then repeat, remember if you have class A boss left, try and get above endurance lvl 7 before resetting, cos thats where class A bosses can only appear. Once you have the specific boss kills you want/need, do either climber or endurance till you meet a shit boss, reset and repeat.

What do you mean? You will get 10k def xp from doing quest for curses. Instead of becoming a zerker to pk, go with 80/99/75 med lvl account to brid, they are quite decent.

You cant get turm and stay 45 def, not sure if its worth it. Can become a med lvl though
