Head only appears west/south/east, your standing corner should be either s/w or s/e, try and kill the tenticals as fast as you can rather than pray tanking it. When you are attacking the head make sure you still avoid tentcials, try staying in a corner at all times, but not within the melee distance of the tenticals(2 squares away, do not go off edge at all) I wouldnt suggest using mage crystals at all s they just cripple your range level which is needed to clear the tenticals e; your pray is a bit low, not sure if you are gonna make it =/

People tend to use private ts3/ventrilo or skype with trusted friends only. Ip leaks is becoming an increasingly big problems for rs player, so voice chat with randomers would be a big risk

You know DDosing is illegal right? I think most people have common sense not to DDoS for pixel items, whether or not they intend to sell it. Not like you'd get in trouble for doing it on RS, but why take the risk? I would say no and I'm sure most people would. Honestly, though biggest regret on Runescape is supporting free trade.
