The only way pendants wouldn't be useable on Divination would be if they made entirely new Prismatic pendants that used different item IDs (thus essentially being different items.) And judging by how current prismatic pendant do have Divination circle (but greyed out), I think it is safe to assume pendants obtained in the past will be useable for Divination.

That must be why you needed 40 Attack and Defence to wield and wear Rune equipment, while requiring 85 Mining to mine the Runite and 99 Smithing to make a full set.

Not true, it works only for the first 4 people. The enriched spring is using them to prolong the life of the sprin itself. I had my regular memory turned into an enriched memory when I was definitely not one of the first four people to siphon from it.

I'm guessing this would end up like Agility, where many will choose to dump every possible bonus exp into Divination without really touching the skill itself. "I never train Agility because it's too tedious, I just dump every possible bonus/extra exp into that skill" would become "I never train Divination because it's too tedious, I just dump every possible bonus/extra exp into that skill"
