The Boss - We will be taking on the valiant Kree'arra & her three bodyguards for this weeks event! Her three bodyguards Flight Kilisa (Melee), Flockleader Geerin (Ranged) & Wingman Skree (Magic) will be attacking you while in the fight, these minions are the hardest hitting of all in the God Wars Dungeon, so beware! Once regarded as one of the toughest & highest rewarding bosses in Runescape, Kree'ara has had a somewhat timely demise from glory... however it is definitely not to be underestimated & it's drops are still somewhat worth a mention! :D Please Note: Gravestones will appear outside of the boss room & will be inaccessible to you until you get the 40 KC again, someone will be there to bless your grave in case you do die. Please remember to gear up appropriately to get your gear back, you don't want to die another time getting your valuable items back. :P ' Friend Chat: Dwaynee ~~ This event will be CS (CoinShare) ~~ It's advised you bring the best BoB you can get to carry extra supplies, don't forget an extra pouch or 2 also! Recommended stats are; 70+ in either Magic or Ranged - Melee can not be used here unfortunately! :( Overloads help, SoulSplit too, but they aren't a must given the numbers that may well be attending. Please Note: If you have an Avansie slayer task, bring your slayer helm for that extra damage boost! Good Luck all! :D

Heh funny that, I genuinely thought I previously had got the scrolls.. on the weekend I was telling my CC how the herb scroll thing was broke for me! XD Also did not know that you could use the helm to check... Don't actually own a comp helm atm I have no clue were my helm disappeared to, never used it to tele to the museum either.. Must of dropped it by accident lol Thank you & good luck on getting all them requirements out the way too! :) I'm currently doing Ghouls, but there slow respawn rate is rather annoying... Going to do Artisan's Workshop now I think so I can upgrade the cannon to hold 90 >> More afk xd

Ha well I don't know if it was a coincidence but I did notice more of a cluster of imps to the side of the resource dungeon.. will be relocating my cannon there later :P. - My 3rd & 4th Scrolls although I've only bothered to kill one champion so far lol. And I definately will be updating my profile on that webpage from now Levells, kinda forgot all about it tbh but now I have a reason to use it so thank you! ^^ Edit: Thought I'd post my current reqs for the sake of this blog, struggling to make sense of half of the things on there tbh! ~ Considering going for trim..? Crazy weekend of XP gains, now up to 142m Dungeoneering xp most importantly :) However it's becoming more and more clear that when I'm not DG'ing I literally have nothing better to do so often bank stand or sit in the lobby, for this reason I'm contemplating going for trim comp, even if I don't get it given the longgg requirements in the way it'll still keep me occupied for the time being at least. xd For this reason I thought I'd go buy buy 10k Cannonballs and camp Lesser Demons for there champion scroll... After what felt like 20 minutes... (THANK YOU REVOLUTION!!!), I finally got one, although I am slightly gutted as it wasn't the imp scroll as I have no clue how I'm going to get that one! xd Then I moved on to Jorges and within an hour I got the scroll from them too, lucky much? :P Will start boosting Cwars soon too for when I'm idle watching tv etc, like now lol. Getting these Champion Scrolls in quick succession really did motivate me somewhat! :) @Levells - Thanks for witnessing me get comp! :D & rest assured I could not get such xp gains on a daily basis even if I tried XD

The Boss - We will be taking on the fearsome Commander Zilyana & her three bodyguards for this weeks event! Her three guards Starlight (melee), Growler (magic) & Bree (ranged) Will be attacking you while in the fight, there not to be underestimated either with max hits of around 1500! Deemed as the toughest boss in the God Wars area, Comander Zilyana is definitely not to be underestimated. She uses a range of damaging AoE attacks with a max hit of around 2000~.. this means you must keep an eye on your LP as this damage does stack up pretty quickly! Use of protection prayers or soul split is highly advised. I know not much compared to some, but over 2m bonus thieve xp gained now, tyvm this new minigame is #1.....

~ 120 Dungeoneering! Completionist Cape achieved. :D At long last I've got them partycools :) Huge thank you to all the people who helped me along the way to comp, it's been a real epic journey & I'm glad I've finally achieved what I've aimed for all this time, albeit a couple months later than planned lol. The past week or 2 have been some of the most enjoyable I've had on RS in a long time I must say, I've met some really cool people while dg'ing who have made all them long nights of dg so far well worth it! Next Goal: 200m Dungeoneering xp - Will probably take a few weeks tops if I continue to no life the way I have.

~ 119 Dungeoneering, Comp cape in sight! :D A bit later than planned.. Some 10 days behind if the last post is anything to go by but I'm finally within touching distance of 120 DG & Completionist Cape! :D (4M xp away to be precise). Since Sunday I've been grinding away some 12hr daily sessions of dg.. I must say it's been quite enjoyable & I definately will be going for 200m! [spoiler=117 & 118] Will be getting comp around reset time tonight & also I just noticed its a year since I started this blog - coincidence much! :D

~ Back.. Time to get comp :) I had a lovely break, wish I was still out there instead of in cold miserable looking England lol. Before I went I actually managed to grind out some 25m~ dg xp, 10m of which came in 1 straight 24hr session I grinded out a day or two before travelling, reaching 114 in the process. I managed to get 115 dg a few hours ago but I took too long to crop the print screen so that ones lost (laziness on my part). I hope to have 120 by Monday 3rd of Feb, probably could get it well before, like mid week but irl commitments are holding me up for now anyway.. I should also of completed the scroll for the new ports cape by then I have 1 of 4 so far so it shouldn't be a problem at all, not going to bother working hard towards the trim req that'll come in time although the new ring would be nice! So comp due in 2 weeks at the very latest unless Jagex bring another time consuming req out sometime soon (hopefully not!!!) xd 200m DG afterwards most probably.

~ Last post for a while. Originally wanted to get a screenie of 110 and post it on here, but I forgot about it all and lost the file in the process. :wall: Like I said almost a month ago now, I only have dg left till comp but I'm going away for 7 weeks from this Sunday so won't be able to play at all really , comp will have to wait till then! :( Hopefully I don't miss too much, finished that Tuska mask earlier.. hopefully not too many more reqs pop up while I'm gone!!

It's been what, 4 months? Give or take 1 since the bows were released.4 months after KK was released, drygore main hands were like ~100m, assbows are about 250-260% that. Not to mention the off-hand costing as much as the main hand. The way of obtaining these weapons are completely different, time, difficulty & 'drop rate' wise - hence the difference in price.. are you guys suggesting all weapons should be around 100m each? Also fyi - the offhand is made the same way as the main hand as far as I know, I'm unsure of the price of a offhand dragon c'bow but that's the only difference. Maybe they could change this a little, but a little late now don't you think? :P

I have to disagree with you that you think t99 equipment should be obtainable via skills in ~50 hours & I do think it would damage the game - unless it degraded at a ridiculously fast rate or had a specific purpose. Right now there is nothing in the game that can't be put down with relative ease when using seismics, the games barely ready for such a weapon IMO so rightly so it should stay a highly priced item. Until there are multiple bosses like Vorago which require a high amount of dps then there's no need for such equipment. The money spent on Siesmics is worth it simply because it out classes everything else pvm related in this game, its kinda like the Staff of Armadyl.. I bet all the rs gods would would pay bils to get that back from Sliske. :PP

~ Rip super barrows 13/11/13 - 19/11/2013 First there was this one.. 3rd Vengeful kiteshield, just happens to be the cheapest too :( ^ Just noticed 20m Range xp yay haha :D But then came this a kill later :D Pretty much done with Barrows now may go back from time to time in the future but I personally think it's now not worth the effort & my team agree so back to Vorago we go once rotation changes in one & half hours. Was fun while it lasted, tons of deaths but even more laughs such a shame it's not as good as Vorago profit wise as it is a really enjoyable boss, also a huge shame it only lasted a week... =/ My birthday tomorrow had a good day in terms of drops, would like to get a Vorago split tonight maybe too.. that would put the icing on the cake! :) probably jynxed the chance of that happening now though xd

~ 3rd 2nd Barrows drop :P I say 2nd because I'm a strong believer of NO PIC NO PROOF lol Got another shield yesterday but my silly laptop crashed not long after, before I got round to cropping/ saving ofc :( oh well many more to come I'm sure. Huge shame about the price of shields now, they need to make the shields more useful (Not that shields are really needed in EOC =/)... I think maybe if they added some sort of damage reduction like on the spirit shields that would help not only boost the price but make them the best shields in the game 'cause right now there not.

I never once said you are bad, nor am I trying to imply so... If I come across that way I am sorry. :P I am however trying to get my point across that once you get acclimatised to the stuff that goes on in the fight you really have nothing much to worry about & it is all somewhat predictable and not that much luck based as you have said enough times... I accept there are some cases were you do get tough luck, but it's not half as common as you are making it out to be... Also those talking about Karil's bomb, like said it is quite deceiving but after a while you can build up a mental image of whether your in range or not, you get a good 3-5 seconds from the moment Karil spawns to eat & try and get away. He bombs 3 times on each side every time so just ignore him & stay away for that period. :) - Go back a few pages and I even posted complaining about the bomb radius lol, but I've gotten used to it and have no complaints now, without it the kill would be much easier = even less profit from Barrows so nty... It's only a matter of days as it is till it becomes absolute dead content. :c tl;dr - LALALA EVERYTHING'S PERFECT YOU'RE JUST DOING IT WRONG LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU lol

That's hardly a common occurrence though, also that is why you safe up in the shadow realm.. bomb is what 8k max if your standing right next to it, and you can surge from a turrent tbh, just moving stops its dmg.

You all keep on going about this luck factor... whats lucky about getting a kill at barrows? Give me some examples of being unlucky that happens regularly then I'll agree.

Meh, there are people who have gotten constant kills since day one & others that have failed constantly, it's unfortunate but you can't blame the game... The streamers you mentioned are proof it's possible to get b2b kills all day & night, on day on release Dardan's team was really bad.. after switching a few people he's now getting an almost 100% success rate - that's more than enough proof some people are liabilities and have a huge impact on the whole kill. IMO the only thing that's wrong is the huge reliance on your other team mates, if one person messes up then that's gf the kill (depending on which side there on). I think the boss is designed nicely it actually takes a bit of skill, once you get the hang of it it's really quite easy, yes there will be sometimes when you get "Jagex'd" but 95% of the time it's down to human error so there really is no one else to blame but yourself & to try to improve next time. Is it harder than Vorago? - In a way yes, but in a way also no... Barrows takes actual skill, you need to be vigilant at all times blah blah, I'd say it's more comparable to Nex. Vorago does have high gear requirements but is very slow paced and more of a endurance thing till phase 5, we certainly couldn't get through phase 5 of Vorago with the gear we use for Barrows. :P
