I started around late 05-2006.. For me it was because RS was the talk of the town at the time, everyone in school & in my neighbourhood were talking about it, I remember the local internet cafe was packed after school time with people playing this game... I'm sure this was the case in many other areas too. There was huge publicity at the time on Miniclip and other big sites too, it was pretty hard to miss all them runescape ads lol. Lastly gameplay at the time was soo much different compared to what it is today there was no such thing as 'xp waste'.. The majority just made pures & went pking with friends... everyone seemed to love that, a huge amount of people anyway, wasn't really what I was into though. Overall I think 2006 is regarded as the best times not because of game content but because of the people, everyone did what they thought was fun with no cares, whether it be pking, standing in/ around Falador park merching or skilling, we did it cause it was fun not because its a goal we had set ourselves to achieve like now.

~ Good day so far :) Would be nice if I could get 94, maybe even 95 today, alls going pretty well so far :P

~ Halfway point reached :) Definately is nice to have a fast skill such as thieving as my last to max! :) Ok progress being made I guess, haven't really 'grinded' it yet like I said I would, I've been a bit lazy tbh, a lot of time spent in lobby & staring at walls lol :P One thing I really don't like about the NIS is the Minigame HUD, every 'mingame' I do I seem to have to change it to make it look right, maybe if they expanded on this a little bit and made you choose the position of specific minigame interfaces rather than all-in-one like it is now it would be better? For instance like now I've put the timer for PP in the middle, this is because with how I had the HUD previously (spread across the width of my screen), it would of covered my mini map.. also that is the space I normally put my films etc when I'm watching something while playing. :P But with the HUD like this, the POP, Runespan & Fish Flingers interfaces, just to name a few off my head would be positioned weirdly so I'd have to change it again when I go to do them... >.< I'm not even sure if I'm making sense with this but I hope anyone reading this understands & maybe agrees? Cause overall it's annoying, Mod ThatJim & Jagex need to fix it lol. /rant

~ Just 8 levels to go! lolthieving... was getting around 220k xp/hr @ lvl 90, although I did get a aching finger in the process from all that spam clicking.. >.< Horrible skill, I honestly think I clicked more times today while I was doing PP than I have all this past week, I guess the xp rates make up for that though :P Also got 104 Dungeoneering today, via dailies ofc.. Will probably go for 120 dg straight after thieving.

~ It's done! :D Finally, wooot! lol :P Wasn't that bad training it from 97-99 tbh, partly because I had soo many xp boost (pendents & recharge gems). Just one more skill to max cape (thieving).. Will definately be grinding pyramid plunder & Dwarf Traders over the weekend/ week :D I think its time to get a fixed DG team together for that long road to 120 I guess :P

~ 98 Fishing & quest complete. Forgot to save the screenie of getting 98 but yeah, I'm now under 1m xp to 99 :D Going to spend a few hours now at rocktails till I fall asleep, hope to get 99 by Saturday The quest was pretty easy thought lacked the puzzles I thought would come with a grandmaster quest... The recent quest haven't really been that hard tbh, certainly not worthy of the level of difficulty there given, or maybe my IQ has risen. (would be nice if it was the latter :D) ha.

~ 97 Fishing Horrible round of FF wasn't really paying attention tbh lol, If I could get 98 tomorrow that would be very nice :P I didn't bother to check the xp/hr of rocktails, but it didn't seem too bad (w/ pendents).

~ 99 Divination!! :D Happy with myself that I got it before bonus xp was released, albeit a bit later than hoped for but oh well... Another skill down 3 to go! My max/ comp cape is in sight now :P

~ Soon done, 98 Divination! My time here is soon over, I'm expecting to get 99 early Sunday morning.. anything earlier is a plus :D Never really use Runetracker anymore but I was competing with a few friends via it... thought it was kinda cool that I made it to the top 5 & gained 1m xp (supposedly). I personally don't really like Runetracker, I prefer a fixed time window, I figure it a little more accurate.. maybe because I've topped Runetracker several times but never been able to top Runetrack :P

~ (97 Divination) :P I'm a bit late posting this, I hit 97 yesterday & am currently 400k to 98. :) I have absolutely no idea what happened to the screenshot, when I was cropping it, it looked fine :S Going by the last post I am a bit behind on my plans, partly due to being busy on Tuesday, now set for 99 at the very latest on Sunday :P

True but it still goes against everything Jagex have 'supposedly' stood against for so long. Jagex themselves are now gold farmers & we are the bots grinding away for hours making the GP for Jagex to sell.. That's how I see it. The little money sink they have created is good but eh, I'm still not fully impressed by all this.

Took me a while to get used to it all & I still do mess around with a few tabs from time to time but you just got to adapt to the changes <-- One thing I've noticed the RS Community are pretty bad at tbh. Most 'new' players I've seen like the NIS, think it's up to date & cool.. It's just us veterans that are so used to the old school layout that hate, dislike or can't get completely used to all this new stuff. You must remember as well a fair few games out there today use something similar to the NIS...

~ 96 Divination :) Final push to 99 Div now, at this rate I hope to finish on Thursday or Friday.

They look pretty cool :P Haven't been to the BoL in months but I'm tempted to pass by just for them.

~ 94 Divination & 90+ Milestone at long last! :D I actually missed the screenie of getting 90 Thieving I was basically passed out asleep when I got it.. was a longgg day :P lol Slowly making progress with Divination all in all my xp gains this past week or two could of been so much better, but I've been busy like I said in a previous post :P Should be back to regular playtime soon though, hopefully.

~ 93 Divination I've been busy with other stuff so haven't had as much time to play as I would of liked to play and of course the time I have had has been wasted doing a daily, gaining lobby xp or bossing (to no avail.. I'm like 1000000 kills without a substantial drop now grr!) :P I completely forgot about taking screenies for 91 & 92 Divispan, I think I was afk both times, oh well... moving onto the desert spot now sick of Dragonttoth & my friends have been persuading me to at least give it a go so why not :P

Thanks Orangeesh :) Anyway I'm finally done with getting ports gear! I still have 4 scrolls to complete but there the un-important ones like tree shaker & gem crusher -.- Took longer than it should & I've still yet to do the other trio mission as I still haven't got 90 Thieving.. lol In time I guess, Thieving will be my last 99 so will remain 88 for sometime yet (the daily challenges are horrible so I refuse to do them :p)

~ 90 Divination Onto the final stretch now, would like to get 99 maybe sometime next week but I'm unsure how much free time I'll have this week just yet. =/ Also I'm like 70 kills dry at Nex another 30 or so dry at Kalphite King... I've never heard of such bad luck tbh!! > :(
