I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. But you can get from one of the places above to another, it takes 2 teleportations. (From the place you're at, to Zanaris, to the other place)

Complete? You missed out 5 teleports. There are already 2 or so threads showing them all, there's no need for another.

The Penguin Land is just a small island with like 15 low level Penguins ;)

The Fairy ring is not an item. It is a ring on the ground that you step inside to teleport. They are at the places that I described and at Zanaris. It is unlimited teleports.

Kind of, yes. These fairy rings return you to the Zanaris fairy ring, and from there you can teleport to another destination. So, yes, you can get from one of the places in my firt post, to another. But in 2 teleports.
