there will probably be limitations on lent items, such as you can't drop it or bank it, for instance. I'd be willing to bet that there other restrictions, such as a Value limit, number of people you can borrow from at one time, number of times you can borrow in a 24 hour period, etc.

They could impose a penalty for dying while wearing/holding lent items. You could lose your ability to borrow anything for a day, or a week, perhaps.

Lost prayerbook in wildy, went to Jossick to get it back. The chatbox said my grave had crumbled, so Jossick should have it...but he says I have them all. Is there a delay on prayer books getting to Jossick? I cant remember

looks like that guy us wearing a glory ammy, which means he's a member. so he could have done member's quests to get the required 32 qps for dragon slayer.

can someone explain exactly how grappling hooks work? do you lose them after you use them?

to get the tickets youd still have to wait for each game to end, as well as guess the winning team. it's no different than joining a game just to stand there in the spawn room. :?

look at the knowledge base under workshop i think, you can convert steel or rune helms and kites into different crested versions.

I can get it 100% when i play on a f2p world while using an adblocker and i switch to another window that contains another java app on it. doesnt happen on computer without the adblocker. so yeah, many possiblities for this.

snake dropped 5 seaweeds for me. didnt check to see if you warned against the steam vents (they hit 3 x 9 on me when i walked over them). and the young and baby snakes were non-agressive to me (lvl 96) for some reason....maybe i just got lucky

For those who don't know, the glitch has been fixed since early this morning. See sticky on RSO in Rants board. Should still be there.

if a thread gets one vote for "delete," then another option could be available for the thread to be kept. after 10 or 20 votes, a thread would need a majority of delete votes to be deleted. would seem much better to find a greater number of mods though. i mod at a site with nearly 300 mods out of 150,000 users (but with less than half as many posts as tip.it has :?). of course it can be tough to find trustworthy people. perhaps mods could be placed into some kind of trainee program to find who's trustworthy? i know i dont post often, but have been reading here for some time. HTH :)
